Secretary Tis the Season of Change, and real change can only come from us. While the DICT strives to shape our nation for the better through ICT, we also keep the teachings we learn from our families and loved ones close to heart. With each new innovation, we take one more step forward, but we also keep our values intact. As we embrace the future, we also carry on the lessons from the past, and this is how we should live in the present. That is what Christmas stands for: living in the now; and that, is what you call a “present.”
