2026 Marketing Commitment
Electronic Media Package

The electronic media package costs $95 per month and will appear on every agent’s billing statement. This includes:
• $50 Technology Fee – includes email and all technology
• $25 Digital Marketing
▫ Monthly newsletter sent to your individual contact list
▫ Monthly digital e-card to be sent to your list
▫ Weekly tour emails sent to all local firms
▫ Weekly property update emails sent to all local firms
▫ Social media posts on Dickens Mitchener’s social media accounts such as Just Listed, Weekly Sold, and Open House posts
▫ Home walkthrough videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• $20 Personalized Agent Website
Available New Listing Materials - Request Through Asana
• Digital Brochure: A link will be created and uploaded to the listing page on the Dickens Mitchener website, ShowingTime, and MLS.
• Social Media:
▫ Story or feed post for any listing status
▫ Reliance MediaBooster AI targeted ad
• Postcards: “Welcome To”, “Under Contract”, or “Just Sold”
• QR Code Materials: Framed photo, single page property flyer, or table tent
Monthly Postcard Options
Each month the marketing team will create one themed postcard and one events postcard. The events postcards will arrive in mailboxes by the first of each month, while the themed and relocation postcards will arrive around the 15th of the month.
You may select all your postcards for 2026 in advance or decide throughout the year. Each month, the marketing team will remind all agents of the theme and provide the opportunity to change your commitment.
Postcard Pricing
200 Postcards: $125
250 Postcards: $150
300 Postcards: $185
400 Postcards: $300
Over 400: Additional costs will be covered by the agent. A custom quote can be provided upon request.
Please note custom postcard design is billed at $30/hour in addition to the print and mailing cost, and may be charged even if the agent elects not to mail the final design.
