In the fullness of time a life journey ends but loved ones shared continue to live and beyond this day … that love prevails.
Melvin Benjamin Budd, Jr. made his transition from labor to reward on January 18, 2024. He was born October 27, 1955 to the late Melvin Benjamin Budd, Sr. and Deloise Evans Budd. He was preceded in death by his Grandson, Qurante’ DeZahn Budd, his Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles. Melvin attended East Suffolk Elementary School and graduated from John F. Kennedy High School. He also attended Norfolk State University and served in the United States Army. Melvin leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Charlene Budd, daughter Kameshia Budd of Suffolk,VA, son Latrung Budd (Jessica) of Orlando, FL, two grandchildren Adrian and Ayden Nichols, two Great-Grandchildren A’Zorie Knight and A’Zani Budd, Mother-inLaw Vivian Turner, Sister-in-Law Mary Patrick (Henry), Brother-inLaws Charlie Jordan, Jr. (Diane) and Walter Jordan (Keisha), Uncle Dennis Hill (Connie), devoted Cousin Wayne Brown, Special friends, Lisa Respass, Martrell Scott, Eddie Richards and a grand collection of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.
