The current working schedule identifies the most realistic view of the project status given by the supplier to the customer, and reflects the following information: ∗ up-to-date status of activities; ∗ up-to-date status of key milestones; ∗ supplier’s procurement status. The comparison between the current working schedule an the baseline schedule forms the basis for the overall project progress assessment. • Performance evaluation The commonly used project schedule presentation is the Gantt chart, in this type of bar chart each activity is represented by a bar, the length of which corresponds to the duration of the activity. The links between the bars are shown with arrows as illustrated below. The critical path is typically highlighted.
