Professional Designer

To streamline the coordination of your event, we offer assistance with various aspects such as organizing your floorplan, creating itineraries, providing vendor recommendations, and curating tablescapes. Our services extend to accompanying you to the rental showroom for selections, aiding in menu planning (including attending tastings upon request), and managing vendor contracts as needed. You can choose to add an official wedding planner on your own if you prefer.

Venue Manager / Security Staff

Venue Manager are available to assist with setup, oversee vendor coordination, manage restroom facilities, and ensure the seamless organization of all behind-thescenes elements. Security is required when serving alcohol.

Wedding Coordination

Wedding Coordinator to aid with wedding party coordination, orchestrating room setup, executing the itinerary, supporting vendors, and managing various other tasks. If you have your own wedding planner, we will deduct $750.00

Culinary Staffing

All your culinary staffing is also included. In the catering pricing per person. Bar staff is calculated separetly.

We cannot attend any vendor meetings you set up outside of our venue ( except with Catering and Rental company) . We cannot help coordinate events outside of Diamond Creek Farms, such as rehearsal dinners, brunches, welcome events.
