The proposal is a large scale development that includes two basement, 107 hotel units and 105 residential units valued around 60 million dollars.

My Role

- Developed massing strategy considering LEP controls, context, DRP panel suggestions, solar and ventilation access.

- Prepared elevations and material pallette for client approval.

- Planned hotel, typical floor layouts as per clients suggestions, NCC standards and ADG requirements.

- Ensured the documentation meets the council standards.

- Liaised with traffic, access, planning, landscape consultants etc as a part of DA Lodgement.

My Role

- Assisted the director in concept and design development.

- Ensured that the design complies with setbacks, building height restrictions, parking provisions, accessiblity standards and ADG requirements.

- Assured the necessary documentation in terms of general arrangement plans solar, COS and ventilation analysis using Revit.

- Liaised with consultants and council authorities to address any conditions, modifications required for approval.

My Role

- Finalised design details based on approved development applcation.

- Prepared detailed construction documentation as per NCC and Australian standards.

- Co-ordinated with various consultants such as structural, mechanical, fire, access and others and ensured that the documentation reflects their input.
