The Rada for Europe project will support the VRU to serve as a model and driving force for governance reform, by producing enhanced quality legislation, and effectively monitoring its implementation, in line with its Constitutional mandate, and with a special focus on implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. The Rada for Europe project will underpin implementation of the reform recommendations of the European Parliament - VRU joint Needs Assessment Mission.

Activities of the Communication Plan are implemented and at least 2 pilot communication campaigns are conducted by the VRU, in Kyiv and in regions of Ukraine.

Support partnerships established and implemented with the European Parliament and three European national parliaments, with at least 4 exchanges of expertise with the VRU. 31 May 2018
