BCL leader runs torture cell at Victoria College n Our Correspondent, Comilla

A Chhatra League leader from Comilla Government Victoria College has allegedly set up an infamous torture cell in his room. These accusations have been raised against the convenor of Kobi Kazi Nazrul Islam Hall unit Chhatra League, Bashir Ullah. His torture is not limited to just students of the college but also journalist, Chhatra Dal and even BCL activists have all been allegedly tortured in his cell.
