What has happened these last 47 years?

Craig was ordained a priest in 1978 and served as Associate Pastor of St. Luke the Evangelist Parish in Temple city, and St. Genevieve Parish in Van Nuys. He was then assigned to work in the tribunal and pursue studies in canon law. He went to The Catholic University of America and completed a doctorate in canon law in 1989. During this time, he also completed a doctorate in ministry at St. Mary’s in Baltimore. He worked in the tribunal as Judge and last Judicial Vicar. He then was selected as Vicar for Clergy of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Next he served seven years as Rector of St. John’s Seminary in Camarillo. For the last three years he has been Pastor of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, Santa Clarita. In addition to these assignments he has served on the Priests’ Council, on the Board of the Canon Law Society of America, has made presentations on canon law at regional and national conventions, and authored a major section of the New Commentary on Canon Law published by Paulist Press. He especially loves being “Uncle Craig” with his eleven nieces and nephews and many grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
