My name is Indronil Chakraborty, and since February 2024, I’ve been the Supply Chain Head East at DFM. My story is about resilience, dedication, and the ever-evolving journey through life’s highs and lows.

Born in 1972, I’ve woven a tapestry of experiences encompassing both the professional and personal realms. With 28 years in the service industry, I’ve soared the skies with expertise and passion. My career, spanning projects, FMCG, oil, and shoe

manufacturing, reflects a diverse and adaptable skill set plus a curious and open-minded approach to life, embracing new challenges with gusto!

Beyond the boardrooms, my heart lies with my family. My son’s aspiration to become an engineer speaks of the legacy of ambition and excellence I am passing down. And my wife, who selflessly prioritized our family’s well-being over her career, now embarks on her journey of rediscovery. My commitment to supporting her in this new chapter underscores the strength of my bond and the reciprocity of love. Yet, amidst the triumphs, there have been losses. The year 2022 marked the loss of my parents, victims of the COVID-19 pandemic. Their absence leaves a void, but their memory is a beacon of strength and resilience, guiding me through life’s uncertainties.

My childhood in Rourkela, alongside a supportive sister, laid the foundation for the person I have become. The move to Kolkata in 1993 symbolizes a transition, a continuation of a legacy set forth by my father’s journey in the Rourkela Steel Plant since 1956. It’s a testament to the intergenerational bonds that shape our identities and aspirations.

As I navigate both professional ambition and familial love, I find strength in my resilience, solace in my memories, and joy in the journey ahead. I always see life as a glass that is half full, not half empty. I accept and learn from the various challenges it throws at me and face them smilingly, which helps my growth as an individual.

where my strong independent mother raised me following the untimely loss of my father when I was just 14. Educated at Kurukshetra University and later at Delhi-ICSI, I draw profound inspiration from my mother’s unwavering strength, embodying independence and fearlessness in every aspect of my life.

Life is a game of chance, where each twist and turn is embraced with equal enthusiasm, driving me forward with relentless determination. While my circle of friends may be small, our bonds are forged in the fires of time, standing as a testament to loyalty and steadfastness.

As a woman of refined taste, I find joy in discussing the latest fashion trends and styles, preferring light-hearted conversations over prying into others’ personal affairs. Yet, amidst the glamour and excitement, I find true fulfillment in moments of genuine appreciation and acknowledgment.

Reflecting on my journey thus far, I take immense pride in defying societal norms that seek to confine women to conventional roles. My greatest achievement lies not only in my professional accomplishments but in carving out my own identity, standing tall as the queen of my destiny, nurtured by the unwavering support of my beloved mother and the guiding hand of faith.

I’m a proud mother of two beautiful teens who are my real support and reason for my smile. I’m very ambitious with a long wish list. For me, the sky is the limit but I want to reach it with the ones I love the most—my family.

Ankur Davesar

Hi, I’m Ankur Davesar, born, raised, and educated in Amritsar, Punjab. I’m a Food Scientist/Food Technologist by profession, with over two decades of experience gained at Wrigleys, GSK CH, PepsiCo, and Herbalife, holding various roles from Production Shift In-charge to Director, Worldwide Manufacturing, Engineering & Innovation.

In April 2023, I co-founded “Good Nutrition” with three like-minded friends, focusing on marketing nutrition supplement products.

After streamlining our product development pipeline, I took up the offer from DFM Foods. The opportunity at DFM is both challenging and exciting. My goal is to strengthen systems at the Greater Noida plant and improve processes. I thrive on working with people, and nothing satisfies me more than watching my team members reach their full potential. Empowered individuals, in my belief, contribute significantly to common goals, yielding positive results.

My personal life revolves around my wonderful wife, Pooja, and our son, Avishank, who aspires to be a finance professional. My parents still reside in Amritsar. Both my younger brothers are computer engineers and are settled abroad (US & UK) with their families.

Technology team in college tournaments at Khalsa College and Guru Nanak Dev University. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, listening to audiobooks while driving, and watching documentaries.

As a child, I was shy and quiet until a close friend encouraged me to participate in on-stage activities in college. This experience greatly aided me in my professional life, where I’ve taken the stage multiple times as a speaker, podcast participant, and expert panelist.

I’m eager to restart my exercise routine after a leg injury disrupted it in the last 2-3 years. I prefer resistance exercises to cardio and look forward to shedding the extra pounds. Tennis has been on my wish list for a long time, and once I’m back in shape, I’m determined to learn it!

Sneh Tiwari

Hi, my name is Sneh and I’m thrilled to be part of the DFM family. With a background in engineering, I bring over 27 years of extensive experience in Manufacturing, Quality, SCM, and Business Excellence, having worked with renowned corporate entities such as Unilever, PepsiCo, and Sakata INX.

My professional journey is replete with notable achievements. I hold credentials as a TPM instructor accredited by JIPM, a certified LSS Green Belt from PepsiCo LSS

Academy, and a Lead Auditor for ISO standards. Additionally, my qualifications encompass HR, EHS, Industrial Psychology, and Disaster Management, providing me with a comprehensive skill set. Representing India twice in Japan for the TPM Excellence award has been a proud moment, reflecting my unwavering commitment to excellence, particularly in TPM implementation for Unilever and PepsiCo.

Over the years, I have assumed various roles, from individual contributor to undertaking plant responsibilities, multi-location assignments, cross-country projects, and consulting for prestigious firms such as Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., ACC Cement, and Balasore Alloys Ltd.

My contributions as a SET (Site Expert Trainer) for potato chips from CTG of PepsiCo International have been instrumental in the food sector. I have played a key

role in commissioning 3 mega PC lines in India and the Middle East, contributing significantly to their success.

Originally from Kanpur, my family is my pillar of strength, comprising my mother, wife Preeti, daughter Kanak, and son Dhruv. While my daughter pursues her undergraduate studies and my son is in class IX, I cherish spending my free time understanding and spreading spirituality. Recently, I completed a Diploma in “Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta” and am pursuing “Upadhi” on the same. I’m a lifelong member of Shanti Kunj, Haridwar, and ISKCON, Ayodhya, and I’m actively involved with two NGOs in Kanpur, supporting physically challenged individuals and super-senior citizens.

I believe in “Karmyog” and aspire to be a responsible corporate citizen, making positive contributions to the corporate world and society.
