<< What Are the Advantages of Using Microsoft Access 2019? >> MS Access 2019 is quite similar to its predecessors that were introduced in 2013 and 2016. In this article, we have listed some new features that Microsoft has embedded in the latest version. The following features are quite useful; however, none of them are exceptional but certainly helpful for users working on the new version. 1. Property sheet sorting For MS SQL Consulting organizations, this will be a helpful feature for designing new systems using Microsoft Access. At certain times, developers want to make amendments to property but can’t remember where it was listed. To end the trouble of searching up again for a long time, this feature comes handy. All you need to do is go to the “All” tab on the Property Sheet and click on the sort button for adding properties in alphabetical order. However, you’d still need to search for the name of the property you want to work on. But it will be a huge help during the blind spot moments. 2. Large Number data type The latest “Large Number” field data type is compatible with the new SQL Server “bigint” data type. Therefore, it will be helpful to MS SQL Remote DBA users for storing very large numbers with ease. 3. Tell Me box The new feature “Tell Me box” is intended to help users search what they are looking for on the Ribbons. Since it is hard to remember everything, it is a good feature for the MS Access users. However, this feature has not been working great for now and we’re not sure when the new improved version will be available. 4. Linking to dBASE Useful for a remote database administrator, this feature enables you to link and import certain files from dBASE (.dbf) files. Earlier this feature was removed but it’s now back for handling the latest versions. If you want to link to a database system written in dBASE format, you can easily do it with the help of this feature. It can even help you to permanently extract the data out of the dBASE.
