Always is possible and what then to cry like a baby or to be worried like I lost my work on bookrix and I still can’t log in with my facebook just to take what I need, I’m very sad that I lost very interesting parts which I don’t have somewhere elese written. It’s kind a fucked up! BUT WHATEVER Better second part than nothing, I’m sure soon I will give you and the second part! Enjoy the Book!

Before I start! So why we don’t do something very useful, it’s not interesting all the time films, books and theories, somewhere in the book there must be and something like jokes. So Let’s put some! (Before I start I need one thing to do, I have promised to finish up to now the book called “10 Steps of Earning

Awesome Grades, so today, I must finish the last chapter and then to finish the book which is 93 pages, now I’m on 84. So few minutes give me!...) I have spending time 3 days, today is the third toda, so Finally I finished it! "Q: Why is air a lot like sex? A: Because it's no big deal unless you're not getting any." "Q. Why did the ant fall off the toilet seat? A. Because he was pissed off!" "Little girl: "Why does your son say, 'Cluck, cluck, cluck?'" Mother: "Because he thinks he's a chicken." Little girl: "Why don't you tell him he's not a chicken?" Mother: "We need the eggs." "Q: What's black and brown and looks good on a lawyer? A: A Doberman pinscher." "Q: What did the bird say after his cage fell apart? A: "Cheap, cheap!"" "Q: How do you know that carrots are good for your eyesight? A: Have you ever seen a rabbit with glasses?"

"Q: Why did the chicken cross the basketball court? A: He heard the ref was blowing fowls." "Q: What do you call a cow who's had an abortion? A: De-calf-i-nated."

Books! 40. Writting Memoir and Craft By Stephen King (Stephen King I don’t know a lot of, but the book meet me with him, he show some secrets, he shows some examples, he show that his mother died from cancer, he showed that he has brother. He show some accidents which we haven’t ever though about, he show that most of his work is done on his life, for example Carrie on his mother life… I liked the book it’s pretty nice one, but I started it to read it, because wanted to see are there any differences between reading it on English (Original),

and reading it on my main language. Which isn’t English, so in the translate I found a lot of mistakes, first! I’m sure that most of the stuff aren’t really translated good, which will mean the translator didn’t understand the main idea! So for the book, Istrongly doubt, but for others, I agree to be simple, powerful clear use normal often words like here I’m doing, not using words which people fill confused or are hard…...off whatever. Do me a favoirite read the book and see how long it will take you, I spend one week and one day. On this book to read it, so I challange you to read it less time… btw for now this year I have read 2 books and starting 3! (Extra bonus! (So here some bonus from me which can help you a lot of) Note: Stephen King starts writting when he is small, a child, first in home and sharing his works with his family and receiving money, then in school, he have some problems he sell there ang gets money, then he starts writting newspaper, the school newspaper in which he uses nicknames to insult teachers and to make jokes. In this time some people like teachers say that he has, talent and he isn't using it... To don't forget this that some of his works are losed also and he starts from nowhere! Btw, his problems are descibed also and things which have around, li mother with cancer then die and after this all stuff he still keeps reading and writting, best of all

he never stops! He also shares that writers use drugs for emotion, he starts with 2 dollars, then more and more money. So as a final conclusion check out the book, second remember this "Write on Open door and Edit on close!" To get this quote check out the book)

41. 10 Steps Earning Awesome Grades By Thomas Frank (I Don’t know from where to start, the book is oe which is very nice and interesting. Very helpful and putting people which use this methods. I think that this will help yo to get it. "...You save the professor’s time and help them understand the exact context of your problem The professor knows that you actually give a damn and will have a much better impression of you By really going to intellectual combat on the problem, you very well might solve it yourself before you need to ask

A programmer named Matt Ringel wrote a blog post a while back about an unwritten law at his company called the “15 Minute Rule.” This is very similar to the Corson Technique, and gives some more specific guidance on how to act when you’re stuck on a tough problem..."

"... Forcing yourself to take notes can be hard, though so you’ve got to turn it into a habit. To do that, you could:

Form a study group and compare notes on a regular basis Use a habit-tracking tool like Habitica or Lift (more about Habitica - my tool of choice - later in the book) Elevate the importance of your notes …which I did in my first Management Information Systems class. How? I made them public. That first MIS class was all about learning tons of facts and details about information systems, so I took all my notes in Evernote using the Outline Method. Evernote has a feature that lets you share a public link to a notebook, so that’s what I did - and I posted the link in the Blackboard chatroom for the class. I’m not sure how many people actually used my notes, but it didn’t matter - in my mind, I had elevated my importance in the class beyond that of an isolated student, and as a result I placed added importance on the quality of my notes. You don’t have to go that far, but you should still find a

way to build a habit that keeps those hands moving when you’re in class. So now that you’ve committed to taking notes in every class (even if you don’t feel like it), the next step will teach you how to take those notes..." ".... Your notes are your method of taking the information that you’re exposed to and recording it in a form that makes sense to you. When you do this, you learn more effectively. Also, you keep margins nearby for spontaneous drawings of those weird “S” things - or elaborately drawn out Mario levels if you’re me. In this step, I’ll teach you what I know about taking better notes - notes that focus on learning rather than simply recording, that cut down on the processing you have to do after class, and that enable you to study more efficiently...." Note: I'm very curious are you still here after checking the privous book and now the quotes! What am I asking now?? Really now?? You've maybe close the book and you are outside, if you are there I can connect with you, or now when you are reading the book it's morning!... When you read this quotes maybe you have discovered that this quotes inspire you in one way or in other this doesn't mean that it won't help you. It will help you a lot

of this book. Really without joke as a short book it has a lot of advantages like giving real people as example giving works like books which can help us to improve and many other stuff. One of the points which I want highlight the stuff for the college or some or some of them work for school have this in mind! "...The Outline Method Aside from just mindlessly writing your notes out in paragraph form, the Outline Method is probably the simplest note-taking method that you could use. To use it, you just create bullet lists out of the lecture material or book you’re reading.

Main ideas are at the top level Supporting details become nested Eventually you build an organized, hierarchical outline of the material This is pretty meta..." "... The Cornell Method I’d be surprised if you’ve never heard of this system

before, though you may not know exactly how to use it. The Cornell Method was invented by Walter Pauk - the man who wrote the excellent textbook How to Study in College - and is designed to cut down on the amount of time you need to spend processing your notes after class before you can properly study them. To take notes in the Cornell style, you divide your paper into three sections:

The Cue column The Note-taking column The Summary column

The Note-taking column will be the most familiar to you, as it just contains the notes you take during class. You can use any style you want, though in most cases people will use the Outline Method. As you take your notes, you’ll use the Cue column to formulate questions based on main ideas and important details from the Note-taking column. Once class is over, you should immediately write a small summary of what was presented in the Summary column. By doing this, you’re processing your notes for efficient study while you’re still in class. When it comes time to

actually study them, you’ll find that you’re already halfway to creating a great study guide, as you’ve already written down questions. You should also have a clearer understanding of the material already, since you took the time to summarize it..." "... plenty of apps that let you make mind maps on your computer; my favorite is Coggle, which is a free web app that has a lot of convenient keyboard shortcuts for creating your maps. For me, mind maps are best used when I’m trying to get a clear picture of all the details underneath a certain topic. I’m not so fond of using them when taking notes during classes, since I often like to create diagrams, write down more detailed blocks that don’t always fit nicely into map nodes, etc..." "...Flow-based notetaking is a creative process, not a recording process. Instead of just writing down what the professor argues, you’re also going to come up with your own ideas examples, and connections. - Scott Young...." "...In the research trial, students who took their notes longhand wrote on average of 173 words compared to computer note takers who wrote 310. Students who typed their notes were also more likely to take down notes word-for-word..."

"... A lot of students think that they’re better off if they record every word that’s said in the lecture, and at first this seems logical - if you write down everything, that means you captured it all right? In reality, though, students who do this actually learn less - and here’s why. When you’re taking notes and a new idea is presented in class, it has to pass through your ears or eyes, and then go through your brain for processing before it ends up in your notes. When that idea hits your brain, that grey goo up in your skull pays attention to two things:

Syntax - the auditory sounds or printed letters/symbols that make up the message Meaning - the actual “meat” of the idea, and how it connects to other ideas..." "... Here’s the thing: All of this happens when your brain processes the meaning. At the same time, part of your brain power is processing the syntax of the message so it can direct your hands to write or type it in your notes. If you devote too much brainpower to processing syntax - that is, if you’re trying to record everything in the lecture word-for-word - then there’s no brainpower left

over for processing meaning. You don’t make any of those connections. At this point, you have basically become an unpaid court stenographer. The lesson here is to be deliberate about learning - especially if you choose to take your notes on a computer. Since you can type much faster than you write, you have to exercise more vigilance and focus harder on actually learning the material - and leaving out extraneous details that only waste your time..." "... Reading books is probably one of my favorite things ever, but when reading is assigned… I’m less than enthusiastic about it. Maybe you’re the same. Still, a lot of the information you’ll need to earn great grades is locked inside required textbooks, so you’ll need to read them eventually. Professors tend to assign too much reading, though; you usually don’t need to pay super-close attention to everything you’re assigned to learn the necessary information to ace your tests. This chapter will show you how to figure out which reading as signments are actually worth doing, and it’ll also guide you through the best strategies for completing those readings quickly and retaining as much important information from them as possible. Don’t Do All Your Assigned Reading

Here’s the thing about assigned reading: you can’t do all of it. And you probably shouldn’t. Most classes assign way too much reading, and for many classes the reading isn’t even useful to do for one of two reasons:

The professor will cover the same material in class, or… You won’t ever be tested on it..." "... Put simply, if your reading assignments aren’t absolutely necessary to do, you shouldn’t allow yourself the time to do all of them. That time can be better used elsewhere. But how do you figure out…” “... Essays and written questions Data analysis in labs Reports and class presentations

The type of assessment you’ll be facing should help you define the specific information you need to pull out of your readings. You can’t remember it all, so the most efficient strategy is to figure out precisely what you need

to learn and focus on that. On the other hand, essays require you to have a firm grasp of the main idea of a reading, and you need to be able to summarize it and build off of it in your own words. To prepare for this, it’s better to practice honing in on the most salient points of a reading and try to summarize them once you’ve finished reading..." 42. Javascript password protection systems The simplest kind of password protection systems is the so-called JavaSeript protection. To enter requested the user when entering a side or when clicking a certain left in addition a password. This kind of protection is very simple and offers only a Minumum at protection. When regarding the HTML source code of the side then often a Javascript code is similar to the following: <head><title> Website-Titel </title> <script><P> function jproto() { pass=prompt("Enter your password","password"); if (pass = "nasenbaer") { document.location.href=http://protectedserver.com/index .html; } else { alert( "Password incorrect!" ); } } </script> </head><P>

As one sees, the entered password is compared and with correctness to indicated URL jumps. Now one sees, how the password was called and it can enter simply or select directly the goal URL. Often also the password is used, in order to generate goal URL. For example the secret goal URL HTTP could: members. more protectedserver. com/members/hu8621s. htm, which Passwort"hu862ls "coded as part of the URL. The appropriate protective function in the HTML code of the side would look then as follows: fucnction jprot () { pass=prompt ("Enter your password", "passwords"); Š 1999 Frank Owens & l@tz@rus 4 Hacker’s Blackbook document. location. href="http. members. Proteetedserver. com/members / "+pass+". HTML "; } Here more protection than in exists the first variant, however the listings are by means of the HTTP server

against bad would often not list the listing estimated. One selects the URL by means of the Browsers http://members.protectedserver.com/members/hu8621.s htm directly into the Browser, then one receives often a listing of all HTML sides in this listing, thus also the side, which is started over the Javascript password protection. fucnction jprot () {<P> pass=prompt ("Enter your password","password"); document.location.href="http.//members.Proteetedserve r. com/members/ "+pass+".html"; }<P> HTACCESS Passwortschutzsysteme Nearly all Web servers used today control the so-called HTACCESS password protection. First it from the Apache Web server begun, meanwhile are however many other Web servers to the HTACCESS standard compatible. Therefore it is used also very frequently by so-called Paysites. Z. B. the Websites www. playgal. com or www. hotsex. com use this protective mechanism.

A Website, which uses HTACCESS, is to be recognized by the fact that with enter the member range a Popup dialogue appears (not Javascript-generated), which measured following looks: PICTURE MISSING In order to understand the function of this protection, one should know some Gmndlagen of the Unix operating system. Under Unix (and/or Linux, BSD etc.. and Š 1999 Frank Owens & l@tz@rus 5 Hacker’s Blackbook also under Windows Webservem like the Microsoft IIS the HTML documents are hierarchically in listing structures arranged and put down as also with a normal PC. One speaks here in particular of einer"Baumstruktur ". The root of the tree (English "root") is the Domain without further information. To Example www. IBM. com are the Domain and this are the root of the listing structure. If in the listing "secure" would lie now the HTML of documents and diagrams which can be

protected, then now a HTACCESS file would have to be put down in this listing. The file must the names ". carry htaccess "(with point before it). The Htaccess file puts to be firmly in which file the passwords and on which kind the listing protect is. The HTACCESS file looks as follows: AuthUserFile/usr/home/myhomedir/passes AuthName MyProteetedSite AuthType basic require valid user Š 1999 Frank Owens & l@tz@rus 6 Hacker’s Blackbook This HTACCESS file specifies that the password file is the file of lusr/homelmybomedir/passes on the server. The password file should not be appropriate for meaningful way in the range of the HTML Dokurnente, not be happenable thus via WWW. The options "AuthName" indicates, which designation in the PopUp dialogue is to appear (in the dialogue for example above "playgal").

Interesting to HTACCESS protection is that by the HTACCESS file also all sublists are along-protected underneath the listing, in which the HTACCESS file is. And this up to any depth. In our example one could put on secure "as many as desired further listings thus underneath the listing". These were protected all. How now does the password file look? In the following one an exemplary password file:

Robert: $1$Ă‚$JRL0VdCRzYtbpekrLBYzl/ Manfred: $1$30$ddEyRldHykHUo654KE01i/ Thomas: $1$sa$09grZEC5VRIWw. QkLA/Ge /

For each member the password file contains a line, which consists of two parts, which are separate by a colon. That first part is the log in name, the second part contains the password in coded form. This coding is very safe. It is machine specific. That is, that even if one would get this password file into the fingers one would know from the coded passwords the real passwords does not back-compute. With the password input the password is coded by the Unix Systemfunktion"crypt("and compared with the coded

password put down in the password file. If it is alike, then the Login is OK ONE. ) © 1999 Frank Owens & l@tz@rus 7 Hacker’s Blackbook Weak passwords

As one can recognize thus, it is very difficult to arrive in Websites, which are protected by means of HTACCESS. However some Web masters are simply too stupid to use the HTACCESS protection correctly and offer so to the aggressor some possibilities. A weak password is a password that will easily guess can. Here some at the most frequent assigned username/password the combinations:

asdf/asdf 123456/123456 fuck/me qwertz/qwertz qwerty/qwerty qlwè3 abc123

Particularly the large Pay Websites, which has some thousand members, is very probable it that such "weak" passwords are thereby. In addition one must imagine

that some members in many different Websites member are and do not want all possible passwords to note. Therefore the name of the respective Website is also often selected of the members as password.

Example:

www. hotsex. com: username: hot, passwords: sex www. hotbabes. com: username: hot, passwords: babes

Š 1999 Frank Owens & l@tz@rus 8 Hacker’s Blackbook Or the members use simply only their name. Are naturally interesting at the most frequent occurring name particularly:

In the American one for example john/smith John/John Miller/Miller rick/rick franc/franc and further more. In German naturally different name is more interesting. That is also asked Login which can be noticed simply consisting of "username/passwords", as it irn password dialogue, occurs also frequently. The weakest of all passwords is however the so-called "ENTER" - password. The Web master must be simply confirmed to any data with producing new member data simply without input once unnoticed its Toot by mistake started with the appearance of the password of dialogue, without at all something to enter, then evenly more solcher"leerer a "entry is in the password file. To the engaged Web master the following safety tips address themselves: A producing "emptier" passwords prevent and control Š 1999 Frank Owens & l@tz@rus 9

Hacker’s Blackbook The members not the passwords themselves to select leave, but one by coincidence generating (z.b. "kd823joq") If the customers may select its username/password combination, not to permit that the username equal to the password is. Direct chopping of the password file Normally it should not be possible to arrive at the password file. In some traps it is however possible to come to it into the following traps: Š 1999 Frank Owens & l@tz@rus 10 Hacker’s Blackbook Direct chopping of the password file Normally it should not be possible to arrive at the password file. In some traps it is however possible to come to it into the following traps: The password file lies in public the HTML range of the Web server, thus in the listings, in which also the HTML documents accessible via WWW lie.

On the Web server have many user an own virtual Web server The second case arises if the Website operator rents his Web server with a large Webspaceprovider, which operates many further Web servers on a computer (z.B. www. Web space service. de, www. webspace discount. de, www. simplenet. com etc.. then it is possible to come to the password file if one has an account on the same computer and the password file is publicly readable. Then one by means of ftp or telnet can change into the listing, by that kept and reading its password file. By means of a Brute Foree password Crackers like "Crack V5. O "can be back-computed then the passwords. The program needs however often many hours to it and it drives not always to success. For an absolutely safe protection thus the Web master should not operate its Paysite on a Web server, which it must divide with other Websites. Š 1999 Frank Owens & l@tz@rus 11 Hacker’s Blackbook The Admin Tools

Many Web masters of the Paysites have a so-called "Admin range", which is meant only for them. There you produce new passwords or delete old passwords etc.. Often these Admin ranges do not lie however in a password-protected range. The Web masters think, it became no the URL of their Admin Tools. But the URL is simple sometimes to guess. Often those is called URL www. thepaysite. com/admin. htm www. thepaysite. com/admin. HTML or www. thepaysite. com/admin / One should test also further name possibilities. Because succeeds coming to the Admin side then one is naturally very best served: One can do so many new passwords in addition joints, how one would like! Š 1999 Frank Owens & l@tz@rus 12 Hacker’s Blackbook Phreaken By "Phreaken" one understands the employment about wrong information, in order to register itself with a Paysite as a new member. That is naturally forbidden

and these references here is primarily the Webmastem to serve, so that they can protect themselves against such abuse. We want to describe that here at the furthest common case, with which the membership on-line is paid via credit card and afterwards immediate entrance is given. Phreaker use for it an anonymous lnternetzugang. In addition the test entrance is often abused by AOL. Test memberships are almost in each computer newspaper. In addition, okay. net offers immediate entrance according to indication of all data. One announces oneself with fantasy names and any bank account, which one knows ago from any calculation or sonstwo. One is long anonymous already one month via AOL or okay. net in the InterNet on the way. Furthermore one needs a "valid" credit card number (preferably VISAS or Mastercard - in Germany Eurocard). To these to come, is already somewhat more difficult. A usual method is it, a so-called "Credit Card generator" like z. b. to begin "Credit Wizard" oder"Cardpro "more oder"Creditmaster". Looking for by means of "more metacrawler. com "and the terms" Credit Card generator "o. ae. often already brings the desired programs.

To the fact one should know that the on-line transaction centers cannot examine exactly, whether a credit card number really existed and whom them belong. There are only certain algorithms, in order to examine the number and the effective dates of a credit card for a valid structure. Therefore one can indicate arbitrary names and address for the registration and one of the generated numbers. However the generators do not supply the pertinent effective date. However there is a simple however quite effective trick, in order to receive card numbers with correct effective date: Most of the above-mentioned programs offer the possibility of generating from a material existing credit card number new numbers. This procedure wird"Extrapolation "genannant. The generated numbers differ usually only in the last places and there the card numbers with the credit card Š 1999 Frank Owens & l@tz@rus 13 Hacker’s Blackbook publishers usually in ascending order to be assigned, had the in such a way generated Kartennumrnern mostly the effective date of the map, from which extrapolates became. Folgendei screen excerpt show the extrapolation procedure: One can take its own,

material-existing credit card and compute from its number new card numbers. The Gueltigkeitsdaturn is then with largest probability with extrapolates numbers identically to the effective date of the own, material credit card. The user of these techniques does not need to have a fear that one can retrace him. The entrance by means of anonymous AOL test entrances offers maximum protection. None is available such entrance ' should a "Anonymizer" be used. One finds such for example under www. more anonymizer. com. Surf one over the Anonymizer, is not retracable the IP address. A somewhat weaker variant to hide its IP address is those to use a pro XY server. Most lnternet Zugangsprovider offers the possibility of surfen waiters a Proxy. But note: If one uses its own lnternet entrance, thus no anonymous AOL entrance or Anonymizer or Proxy, then the operator of the Website, at whom one announces oneself by means of the wrong credit card data, can by means of the IP address, which the server logs, finds out, who betrogen it has and/or. it tried. In addition it needs to only contact and to it the IP address communicate your Zugangsprovider. The Provider leads i. D. R. over the last 80 days minutes, when who with which IP

address on-line was. Š 1999 Frank Owens & l@tz@rus 14 Hacker’s Blackbook Log in name checker Some Pay Sites already gives during the logon procedure before the actual payment the possibility to possible new members of selecting a member name. If the desired name is already assigned, this is communicated and one is to select another name. Gives one for example "John" as member names, then mostly says the server that the name is already assigned. That is naturally one prima a condition for specified the above cheats for guessing passwords. Because now white one that there is already at least the name "John", thus must be only guessed the appropriate password. That is not at all white a substantial better initial position, as if one must guess passwords to Useramen, of those one whether they exist at all! As Web masters of a Paysite one should make certain thus that the new member can select its user name only after verified payment!

Š 1999 Frank Owens & l@tz@rus 15 Hacker’s Blackbook Log in generator not surely Often is it like that that the new member is sent for the payment of the Paysite to a credit card service (z.b. www. ibill. com). After Verification of the payment comes the new customer again to the sides of the Paysite and accordingly is then further-treated there. Usually it is sent after successful payment to a form, with which the log in data are produced. The new member can select a user name and a password and receives after choice of those immediate entrance. The form inserts the data automatically into the password file. Here however an often made error lies: One goes to production a Usemame/Passwort pair simply by means of the "Back" Buttons of the Browsers back to the form, then one can produce a further pair of username/passwords in simple and legal way and that again and again. As Web masters one should use the following two protective mechanisms: The credit card enterprise should convey a unique pin code, which one would then list from the still valid pin codes paints and so the form

for username/password production with each payment only exactly ONCE be used can after successful examination. This procedure is called of most credit card enterprises also "One time Pin Hardcoding". The Script that the Usemamen/Passwoerter produces, should examine also by means of the HTTP REFERRF r Servervariablen whether the user comes also from the Kreditkartenuntemehmen. Otherwise a gewiefter hacker a Script can write, which tries different Pin Nurninern out from its computer simply until it finds a still valid. Those are pin z. B. seven-place, then it takes only 5000 seconds in the statistic means, until one finds valid pin, if the Scriptjede testct second pin. With a fast lnternelverbindung however also several tests per second are possible! Š 1999 Frank Owens & l@tz@rus 16 Hacker’s Blackbook Pictures not in protected listings This error is one the most frequent, since it will survey easy: As previously mentioned, the respective listing and all sublists are always protected by means of the HTACCESS

protection. If the pictures of the member sides are however in a listing, which is not contained in this geschuetzten"Baumstruk tur ", then this listing and the pictures can be regarded therein without input of username/password. Particularly simply is it if also approximately do not list the picture listing is protected. Then entering the path is sufficient to list around all pictures. These picture listings have often the name "image" oder"gfx ", "pic", "pix", "pictures. .. .. pie. .. .. graphics ". Simple trying one after the other with something fantasy here already often leads to success. That. Htaccess file lies in the protected listing "members". There also the HTML documents for the members lie. Hacker’s Blackbook Pack Sniffing This possibility is somewhat more complicated than the other described, because some Vorraussetzungen must be met: It must sit in a LAN (Ethernet Netwerk) at a computer and have root ACCESS. Then one can use a so-called "pack Sniffer" as for example "SNOOP". One finds pack Sniffer usually as C-Sourcecode in the InterNet. One must compile these short SOURCE codes then only by means of GCC on the UNIX Shell and is possible already it to hear the packages, which are sent to and of other computer in the LAN. Because Ethemet networks use the so-called "Broadcast" technology. A package that for a computer in a LAN is intended, is sent in principle to all computers in the LAN. Pack Sniffing is thus again particularly in the traps dangerous, with which one rents with a Webspace Provider its Web server and naturally with many other customers in a LAN is there. An example is www. pair. com, one the largest commercial Webspace Provider in the USA. There are over 70 Web servers in a LAN, on the z. Time. Upper 30. 000 customers a virtual Web server operate! As protection against pack Sniffing the employment of a "Segrnenied offers itself networks". Used with such a

network the Boradcast technology will not become, sondem the packages directly by means of Rouling tables the target computer geroutet. One for Web Smer suitable solution is particularly the employment of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This minutes ve@schluesselt all packages, which thus be still intercepted can, but no more can not be read. SSL is offered by most Webhosting enterprises against small surcharge. SSL coding Web contents are at the minutes Prefix"hnps: recognize. For the enterprise of a SSL protected Wcbsite one must have an Ssl ID, it for example with www. verisipn. CO gives. A small disadvantage is however that HTTPS connections are somewhat slower than usual HTTP connections, since a relatively high coding Overhead exists.

com) a program with the name published "bakes Orifice", which calls it "remote maintenance tool for networks". The fact that the intention is another results already from the name: Bake Orifice (rear opening) translates one here best with "back door", because the program makes it nearly the children's game to drive Schindluder with Windows PCS. Funny the allusion on MicroSoft's "bake Office" system. Only 124 KByte the large "server module" can to any Windows EXE program be coupled, in order to put underneath it nothing-suspecting users. If the file under Windows 95 or 98 is implemented, the server latches itself quasi invisibly in the system. Of this moment on the Trojan horse waits only for over UDP minutes to be waked. With the Client leave yourself comfortably on strike computers to access. Among other things one can manipulate the file system (files to down-load, magnify the importance of etc.. tasks terminate, uvm. The function mode bake Orifice is already from other hacker Tools well-known; the convenient operation of the graphic "maintenance component" is new primarily -- few inputs and Mausklicks are sufficient to manipulate in order to terminate processes to log keyboard entries the Windows Registry or reroute IP addresses.

One finds an interesting practice report under the German address HTTP: www. puk. de/Back Orifice/default. HTML or HTTP: www. bubis. com/glaser/backorifice. htm In order to examine your system on an existing bake Office, there are programs such as BoDetect, (hitp: www. spiritone. coni/ cbenson/current_projects/backorificefbaekorifice. htm) or the program Borf D (HTTP: www. st-Andrew. AC. uk/ sjs/boredfbored. HTML) It is manually very simple in addition, bakes Orifice to remove: Open the Registry (regedit.exe implement) and look under the key HKEY LOCAL MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVers ion\RunServices Š 1999 Frank Owens & l@tz@rus 19 Hacker’s Blackbook after an entry with the name ". exe "(default file name) and/or. with an entry long 124.928 (+/- 30 bytes). Delete

this entry; it causes that "bake Orifice" servers. with each Windows start one activates automatically. The program lies generally in the listing "\Windows\System" and is recognizable from the fact that it does not have a program Icon and a size of 122 KByte (or slightly more) possesses. If you should not find the file for any reasons, it can help you that different information is to be found as ASCII stringer in the Prgramrn code; like that the character string is contained "bofilernappingcon" with large probability, which you will find over search in the Explorer. Additionally to "bake Orifice Prgramm Datel" becomes in the same listing still the "WINE)LL. DLL "to the rnitloggen of keyboard entries installs, which delete you also meaningful way, which can cause however alone no damage. The problem with bake Orifice is that it is difficult to explore the IP address of the host since this changes when each a selecting the stricken computer. This problem solved, and a still more powerful solution created Carl Fredrik Neikter with its program "Netssus", which is quite similar. It offers still larger functions and is simpler to install. NetBus:

After you hemngergeladen yourselves the appropriate file have, you should unpack these. Now you receive to three files: NETBUS. EXE, NETBUS. Rtf and PATCH. EXE With PATCH. EXE concerns it the dangerous lnfizierungsprogramrn, the actual Trojan horse. Do not start this file thus! D IE file NETBUS. Rtf contains a short English guidance the Authors. The file NETBUS. EXE is the "Client" with that you infected servers to access can. These can start you without concerns. Start for testing the server on your own computer, by opening a DOS request for input and starting in the listing of NetBus the server with the parameter, Jnoadd ", thus PATCH. EXE/noadd [ RETURN ] Š 1999 Frank Owens & l@tz@rus 20 Hacker’s Blackbook Now the server runs. Now you can start the Client (NETBUS.EXE doppelelicken) access and your own computer '. Select in addition as address "local host" or "127. 0.0. 1 "if you the server terminate wohlen, select you irn Client"Server Admin" and then "CLOSE server".

In addition the infecting program can be changed in such a way the fact that it sends automatically the IP address to one of them selected to email address as soon as with one of NetBus infected someone computers into the InterNet goes. This is the enormous advantage against-practices r bakes Orifice. In addition one selects the Button "server Setup" in the NetBus Client and enters the appropriate information. Difficult it is only to find a free Mail server the Mails of each IP address accepts. Then one selects "Patch Srvr" and selects the too patchende Infiziemngsdatei (standard massive "patch. exe"). Who tries to infect another computer the file PATCH can. EXE now simply by email to another more lnternetnutzer send and the file "Windows updates" or than any mad merry Anirnation call. The file can be renamed to it at will (z.b. Win98update. exe or siedler2_patch. exe etc.. ). If the file is now started, optically nothing happens. However the NeiBus server installed itself already on the computer hidden and from now on automatisc ' was started each time, if the computer is gebootet. If one made above changes to lnfizierungsprogramm, one gets now always automatically email with the IP address of the infected computer, as soon as this on-

line goes into the InterNet. This You can enter IP address now in the Netssus Client and manipulate the computer. Hackers use for safety's sake anonymous email addresses, it for example with holmail. com or maii. com gives. In order to protect your system, Norton is recommended anti-virus HTTP: www. symantec. more de/region/de/avcenter/which beside NetBus bake Orifice recognizes. They can work also again manually. That automatic NetBus start is registered in the Registry under "\liKEY LOCAL MACHINESOFTWARF, \Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run" and should be removed. However the file name can vary (patch.exe, sysedit. exe or explore. exe are some well-known names) Š 1999 Frank Owens & l@tz@rus 21 Hacker’s Blackbook Resuming ones lnfo find you under HTTP: www. bubis. com/glaser/netbus. htm

(Who sugges this book?? Robin Sharma in his list of book which is called “The 10 Best Personal Development Books?” He give 10 books and this book is one of these books, this book is on 1 place...Btw, I’m glad that I read this book!) (One very interesting book which is short, but it can be inspire you don’t stop. Never Give Up. I strongly suggest you read it. Here is some quotes which you can find useful "Most gulls don’t bother to learn more than the simplest facts of flight – how to get from shore to food and back again. For most gulls, it is not flying that matters, but eating. Interesting dialogues between Jonathan and his parents “Why ,Jon ,why?” His mother asked. “Why is it so hard to be like the rest of the flock, Jon? Why can’t you leave low flying to the pelicans, the albatross? Why don’t you eat? Jon, you are bone and feathers!” “I don’t mind being bone and feathers, Mum. I just want to know what I can do in the air and what I can’t, that’s all. I just want to know” “See here, Jonathan,” said his father, not unkindly. “Winter isn’t far away. Boats will be few, and the surface fish will be swimming deep. If you must study, then study food, and how to get it. This flying business is all very well, but you can’t eat a glide, you know. Dont’t you forget that the reason you fly is to eat” After the failures Jonathn is disappointed :

As he sank low in the water, a strange hollow voice sounded within him. There’s no way around it. I am a seagull. I am limited by nature. If I were meant to learn so much about flying, I’d have charts for brains. If I were meant to fly at speed I’d have falcon’s short wings, and live on mice instead of fish. My father was right. I must forget this foolishness. I must fly home to the Flock and be content as I am, as a poor limited seagull. When he discovers the technique of flying : How much more there is now to living! Instead of our drab slogging forth and back to the fishing boats, there’s reason to life! We can lift ourselves out of ignorance, we can find ourselves as creatures of excellence and intelligence and skill. We can be free! We can learn to fly! The Elder of the Council bashing Jonathan : “…one day, Jonathan Livingston Seagull, you shall learn that irresponsibility does not pay. Life is the unknown and the unknowable, except that we are put into this world to eat, to stay alive as long we possibly can.” Jonathan raising voice against the Council : “Who is more responsible than a gull who finds and follows meaning, a higher purpose for life? For a thousand years we have scrabbled after fish heads, but now we have a reason to live – to learn, to discover, to be free! “

What he had once hoped for the Flock, he now gained for himself alone; he learned to fly, and was not sorry for the price that he had paid. Jonathan Seagull discovered that boredom and fear and anger are the reasons that gull’s life is so short and with these gone from his thought, he lived a long fine life indeed. The same rule holds for us now, of course: we choose our next world through what we learn in this one. Learn nothing , and the next is the same as this one, all the same limitations and lead weights to overcome” When Jonathan asks, if heaven exists : “No, Jonathan, there is no such place. Heaven is not a place, and it is not a time. Heaven is being perfect.” The Elder explains : “You will begin to touch heaven, Jonathan, in the moment that you touch perfect speed. And that isn’t flying a thousand miles an hour, or a million, or flying at the speed of light. Because any number is a limit, and perfection doesn’t have limits. Perfect speed, my son, is being there.” “To fly as fast as thought, to anywhere that is,” he said,”you must begin by knowing that you have already arrived…” Each of us is in truth an idea of the Great Gull, an unlimited idea of freedom,”

“Well sure, O.K. they’re Outcast,” said some of the younger gulls, “but hey, man, where did they learn to fly like that?” When a handicap gull asks if he can fly : “Come along then.” said Jonathan. “Climb with me away from the ground, and we’ll begin.” “You don’t understand My wing. I can’t move my wing.” “Maynard Gull, you have the freedom to be yourself, your true self, here and now, and nothing can stand in your way.It is the Law of the Great Gull, the Law that Is.” “Are you saying I can fly?” “I say you are free.” 44. It's one incredible and the other books which I will come along here!

45. Quotes from favorite books by Christina Miraz (A great book, some quotes I know them from finding them on the twitter page or on facebook page, but the others I didn't know them some of them for first time I heard. But as usual the book is awesome is unique, just spend reading it and for in 2 days or less you will find so useful quotes which can change your life. I had a chance to get to this book by making a present for a friend, so... this is how I get to this book! Some of the quotes are simple and you can get them easy, but others are kind a difficult! Don't STOP THINKING! - I don’t have any examples so I suggest you to check out the book. It's a great one!)

46. Subliminal: How Your Unconscious Mind Rules Your Behavior by Leonard Mlodinow (I just listened to this audiobook. I don't really remember when I started, but today I ended the book before few minutes, however I had some breaks between this, for example reading other books, watching films as usual. But this doesn't matter, what the book meet us is incredible, it was said by Bob Proctor and by other people, but here are given and examples, I like this I like such way of explaining! I like the way how everything is show, by giving examples from his family by giving examples of famous

people by saying people's opinion about different topics. It's one unique, awesome and gorgeous book. Such books are not everytime met. For example, my style of choosing books is all categories and it depends what's the book, but as usual mostly I like such type of books like here, here it can be said that it's kind book of notes, full of expirements from different people which want to comfirm a theory or something else. It can be a debate book, I'm very interested how it will go this book by viewing by a expert, I'm talking about scientists and people which are on the level of the book. Here in this book I understand a lot of stuff, but still I wasn't on the level like scientists which know more for this path. If I can say like this I'm I still flat on this topic. In other words like viewing the planet as smooth ground...Yeah in one point of view, I little exaggerate, but it can be something like this. I like also and books horror, mystery and psychological, philosophy. The First and the last 2 are one of my favourite categories, this type of book also effects a lot of on me like the horror films. Like Carrie or It, or Cube 1,2,3 or Jigsaw 1,2,3,4,5,6,7, for JigSaw - to don't talk about this film, it's one of the best brutal films ever made. Just how people die, how they are typed it's so unrealistic in one time, but in other just brutal, I just close my eyes and then open them and what happens it looks very real! Couscious and Uncouscious mind he meet us with everything giving experiments and great stories from his life!)

47. The Opposite of Spoiled: Raising Kids Who Are Grounded, Generous, and Smart About Money by Ron Lieber (It's just awesome, I'm excited! that in 1 hour and few minutes the author of the book reveal everything from the book! I just listened to the book when I was playing minecraft, that's my new way of playing and listening + getting knowledge in other words the formula is Playing Minecraft + Listening to one of the books which I have found I have = Getting Enjoyment, before I just was one of the people which have in mind oh,oh what now to do??? Something is missing and I ask myself what??? What?? and I can't get it, but now I don't have the thought that something is missing I just fill my time with this and what happens and I enjoy playing and in the same time listen to the book and paying attention to the both stuff and thinking on both stuff. On minecraft "What to build more in my map" in the book, it comes the thought "Okay and now what next, so it's easy okay then..." such kind a thoughts, but they are just thoughts nothing else. I don't shout or something like this i Just think on this thoughts! So in this book it was said what's happen around the world around average class, how to get our childs in the business and many other interesting topics, in first point of view look jar fill of money what will talk he for what we give money or for what??? For how to save or what???

But it's far from here! - This Book is also awesome, check it out I strongly suggest you! You can check out and the others, but check out the last two first and then the others, but as JigSaw say Make your Choice!) 48. Misery By Stephen King (I want to share one great book today with you, I will start with my last and then I will continue with the others. Today I just finished watching the film Misery, it can be count that I have read it why?? Because what I see in the film that has happen in the book, that in the book there are 20000 details and here less details we just listen to what the actor says, it doesn't matter, again is like I have read it! Don't say bullshit please! Be quite you readers!... Here is mine review!.... Just 5 out of 5 stars, really great book. It was very interesting how it went, first time I just thought that Paul Seldom won't escape from his fan Annie Wilkes, how she likes his works and she wants more and more and he gets angry and moody very fast. Also some killings reminds me for Saw, escpecially how she hurt his legs. By putting wood down between his fee and with axe hurting his legs. Just brutal, no words - Here I can say Saw Style! Who has watched the film knows that Saw is a butal one, you can check out the film by watching from 1 up to 7 - it will blow your mind. It will be awesome to

see and 8 part of the film, because 7 was with open end! - Just Saying! Stephen King is really brutal author, his works are just unique, I'm sure that when he die, there won't such awesome works like his. Especially this book, how is showed, there is such case in which there is snow blizzard, and you make a wreck after couple of minutes somebody comes and after minutes you understand that this is a serial killer. He just show how murder thinks, how one book lover become a murder, just awesome. He just reach crazy level, If I can say this, most books you can predict what could happen, but no and here! Here is different, I can assure you! I always thought that there isn't such author born which can freak me out + to make me feel part of this, because reality I was there I was everywhere watching, I was one moment watching how they were investigate the case, which will mean Paul Seldom (A famous actor - has been gone), and now they must found him, maybe because of money or maybe because they will lose their jobs are literature agent. I really don't know why, I haven't still watch a film about such case, which in other words mean that I haven't read such book about such case, when I read I will say. Now I criticize this book, I also found something which reminds me for "The Shinning", which is slow getting moody and angry, in the film (The Shinning), it wasn't found, but here I found it. Who will thought about that your number one fan will be

your number one killer, I won't thought this. When I hear about fan, hear about lover, when I heard about lover I heard about somebody who likes my work, but not so hight level of killing... Just no words, well written and very well get known to such cases, it can be a true story also!) 49. Harry Potter #3 and #4 Prisoner of Azkaban and Goblet of the Fire by J.K.Rowling (I want to share with you my review of Harry Potter #3 Just an awesome book, the 3 impressed me. It make me an impression and it was very big, in school I was discussing Harry Potter with one friend what is happening how is going with Harry Potter what I must know and so on and so on..But really there was one thing which my friend didn't said, it was in this part I there is chance to think for something, but then something else to happen. Because really a lot of stuff I just thought, but it went like with the Stephen King Movies you think about something will happen, but then it happens something else, as GreenHollyWood my teacher said that Stephen King is showing real crimes and if we really check out his books most of them it's true, maybe for all of them. Little from his life and little fantasy then horror and look what happen like a magic bottle which when you drink it you will fly...Stephen King, J.K Rowling, just great authors. I'm glad that I saw such coups in there films. I really don't know is this

word correct "coups", but whatever I want to say in other words what I thought, didn't happen it happen something else. I can give examples for example about Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley said that "When did she come" which will mean that he hasn't saw her and in other words she has teleported this part I missed it without joke, without lies, I just missed maybe because of the work, when somebody is agitated he just miss some details and focus on the main stuff. This happen, after few minutes we just see that Ron Weasley is right she teleports and somewhere in the end with Harry Potter they just teleport hours before an event (That was the best scene, here we see that Ron Weasley is right). Just incrediable, unique!... Also I want to share and #4 Just a great book, I'm planning to check out and now which is the next part #5. I'm so interested in what will happen next, now I'm very curious! I can't wait to reach and 5 Part! For 4, we have chance to see that Lord Voldemort is relived, he is again the game. In the 1 part he was killed now he is re-born and he is seeking for revenge, he was re-lived by the blood of Harry Potter, by the arm of the servant and by the bone of the father. It's really awesome went, I really like J.K.Rowling style of writing, putting dragons, putting fantasy, putting magic. That's the spirit!

We see also the fight for the cub of the three magics, the participants must go in maze and they must find this cup of this three magics, also in this maze there aren't any specific creatures, but there is a some kind a magic which make you to forgot your personality, but the most interesting part nobody reach this! I just saw how they make attacts with the wands. The other most interesting detail is the end how a ship goes under the sea! I also want to say and (Goodbye to snapes), he pass this year! We also see some kind a love between Viktor Krum and Hermione Granger, we also meet and a Bulgarian Actor called Viktor Krum. Also and we meet the guy who has put a lot of people in the prison Azkaban. But he dies, there are and other examples, we also meet and Peter Pettigrew the guy who escaped from the 3 part... I don't know now what's comming, but I'm sure it will be awesome, one which will be best we will see how fast Harry and his friends grow! (Grow Proccess)!, Btw one incredible news I heard that Harry Potter 2016 will come!) 50. The Stand by Stephen King (Have you read the book the stand or have you watched the film??? If you haven't better go and watch it, I like how some people are highlighted which will mean Stephen King has put special powers to this people! So here is my review of The Stand! (And don't forget to check it out)!

It's really great book, I just love it. There is also and film based on the book, the film is somewhere near to 5 hours - Two parts - it looks like the film is 4 episodes! I can say that in one point of view it ended with open end. For example we didn't understand what happen with, with the people like Randall Flagg . Which is awesome I enjoed how it was happening, maybe the effects in the film were old style, but who gives a fuck. The story is very awesome, it's a great work as "IT", "Carrie", "DreamCatcher", "Dreamscapes and Nightmares", "Desperation", "The Fog" and many other films. Most of his films as I have already said are based on stuff which he has read, or have happen to his life! As usual in such films there is some scenes or parts or somewhere in the story some of the actors make sex, and without wanting comes a baby or with wanting. I really like how in the begining there are so much details like cars, bodies and after couple of minutes or just in the 2 part you see so much people that it's a improvement of Stephen King. Up to here what I have found in his books was that there weren't a lot of people just main actors and the everything and how to look it from here or from there there weren't so many people which you know their names. It's really great story it reminds me for Green Mile, such books can't be forgotten you could forget what you have year today after few years, but you won't forget what you have read. That's very interesting, with my experience I found it!

The Stand doesn't have any limits who can read it or who can't maybe there we scenes of sex, but they can be avoided, one-two brutal killings and mainly that's all!)

How to Let Go of Your Past Forever By Robin Sharma Who is Robin Sharma??? Maybe you remember that I mentioned him somewhere that I watch his videos on youtube, but it looks like he is a writer + (#1 Bestselling Author of The Leader Who Had No Title + Founder of

The Titan Academy + Humanitarian / Download my FREE eBook at http://robinsharma.com ) Here in this article you will find one part of his life! Which he shares here…(I think that you will like this article I read it carefully and I find it useful, so you too must find it useful)

Longer post today. But I will never waste your time. Reading this to the end will light a spark of uncommon belief that can ignite a fire of exceptional success. So please allow me to start… As I write this, I’m on a plane. Listening to Roads by Portishead. Feeling blessed. Alive. Grateful. I’m nothing special. I get that. I come from humble beginnings. Zero silver spoon in my mouth. In school, I didn’t fit in. Wasn’t given much of a chance. My principal told me I’d never get into university. I didn’t believe him. [Trust your instincts versus your critics]. I kept on moving ahead. I understood the power of ferocious learning–reading books constantly, studying the best consistently and putting in the effort relentlessly. I made seemingly insignificant small acts that to me revealed a beautiful progress. Quietly proving my naysayers knew nothing. Anyone can put someone down. Heroes lift others up. Thanks Cora Greenaway. My grade 5 History teacher. You saw something in me nearly no one had. You

encouraged me–and helped me believe in myself. Via you, my self-perception changed. My interior story transformed. I’ll always revere you for this. Got to university. Made it into law school. Did a masters on a scholarship. Clerked for a Chief Justice. Worked for the best firm. Bright lights. Big city stuff. But that external success without interior significance is a hollow victory. What’s the point of winning in the world while losing yourself? So, I wrote The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari. The first editor said it was pure garbage. I’ve still got his letter to prove it. I didn’t believe him. I hand sold the book myself. Left copies where people could find them. Stood at a prestigious booksellers conference in Chicago with a cover hanging from my neck, looking like a fool. Famous literary agents snickered at me. One outright insulted me. Security at the gathering asked me to stop blocking the flow of people. I didn’t. My faith was bigger than my fear. My heart instructed me to get the book out to those who needed its message. And so I did. And life, with its SuperGenerous Accounting System, rewarded me with uncommon blessings beyond my loftiest ambitions.

There was no massive machine behind The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari. I self-published the thing in a 24-hour copy shop. Mom edited it. Dad helped me sell it. My first seminar had 23 people. 21 of them were family members. People mocked me. I took it as a good sign. Society ridicules dreams of any value. So what happened next? The book exploded. Israel took off. So did Latin America. Next came India and Malaysia, Europe and Australia. You get the point. Stunning what happened to this simple human from small town Port Hawkesbury, Canada. I wrote with love and my readers felt my love. [I still craft with love. Still working the mission. Still on fire to be helpful to as many as possible. The non-believers say it's all for the money. Sad they are so cynical]. And when I’d fall along the journey, I’d rise. When I’d stumble, I’d dust off the disappointment. And stand. Did it hurt? Of course. There’s a real person, with dreams and fears and gifts and vulnerabilities behind these words you read so often. But unstoppability is the foundation of exceptionality. And luck favors the obsessed. Monk has gone on to sell many millions of copies. Other books I wrote topped bestseller lists. 20 years of highprofile speaking across the planet, so far, and the privilege to impact over 100 million people, so far, via social media (love you Facebook, YouTube, Twitter,

Instagram; we live in an era where each of us can do our part to lift the world with a single smartphone). New books are on the way. I’ll be writing in my “Distraction Free Sanctuaries” of Rome, Zurich and Mauritius this year. The 5 am Club will get finished. Along with others I need you to read. My private humanitarian work will also continue. As will my leadership presentations and my annual flagship event, The Titan Summit [yes, it's true: we're almost 75% sold-out for the December 2016 Summit given all the people who snapped up seats at the one that recently completed]. Anyway, what I’m attempting to say and convey with the utmost respect for your highest life is this… …I’ll keep doing this until I’m dead. Because there are still people without hope on the planet. Citizens without happiness. Brothers + Sisters among us who have lost their best selves. And the magical connection to the brilliance, bravery, love and light that resides at the core of who they are. Today, maybe you just needed a reminder…that… …You are meant to fly. Built to wow. Created to bring on staggeringly great creativity (and ingenuity) that then morphs into inspiration, audacity and humanity for all witnesses. Maybe you don’t believe this. But that doesn’t mean that on this flight into Rome at 40,000 feet I am not writing of truth.

I share all I’ve expressed to you so you get that my ride wasn’t–and isn’t–an easy one. You get knocked down, so do I. You get scared, so do I. You have difficult days, me too. People throw rocks at you. Trust, I get them too. If the pursuit of world-class and positive global influence was easy, everyone would be doing it. Let us not confuse the end result with the rigorous journey. May we not be seduced by the temptation to think those of great success have gifts we don’t have. And opportunities we’ll never see. So today, please understand that everything you’ve experienced in the past was necessary for you to become the person you are today. Your pain has purified you. Your stumbles have strengthened you. Your failures have fortified you. It’s all been a brilliant–and perfect– path, even when you resisted it most. And as you start 2016, the year I viscerally encourage you to commit to growing into the finest year of your life yet, leverage your past to stand in your greatest power. Use the great and the good, the messy and the heartbreaking of your history as a heroic platform to make this new year the year you completely change the game. I’m in this with you. Here to help. Always got your back. Endlessly showing up as your encourager. Why? Because this is what I do. And I know, that as you rise, I get to see our world raised. And what could be better for this very average man than that?

Note after note! What say?? I don't know! After they stopped the free internet, I must try to deal with stuff like to go to the mall, (which a shopping center which is far stop). But it has the best internet as possible, but by been used by a lot of people it loses his fast. Take the users like in one computer 15555 people write or take it like flooding and spam! But somehow in one of days I must deal it doesn't matter, somehow I must publish my work, Yeah,Yeah I know that I have computer, but when I'm there I want to do other stuff!

So Now I work on my phone and publish my work somewhere near where it have free internet - it's a fact! But thia doesn't mean I don't use my computer for stuff like making covers or publishing my work on the internet, before that I just gather the information - so to be writer it isn't hard, but you must try to deal with some cases like reading books and writing as often as possible for example to try to write at least two three books. But try to feel them with your best, however the books are endless and this means that and volumes also are endless! If you feel noy to work you can do like me some of days you make notes and then one day you add tge notes in the book in the same you get experience and in the same make a gorgeous book, you don't need drugs for emotions, you are human so you have them, you aren't a robot! Right? I don't want to kill your thoughs or your phone how it mine died yesterday from the battery. I want from you, your best! After giving comments and reviews of books and films and spending time giving examples, explaining some of them and many such type of stuff. So you must have a view of writer, but remember this "Write on Open Door and Edit on Close door." - By Stephen King

"If you don't have time to read, you don't have time to write." - By Stephen King

Don't stop believe! That something has happen like divorce between your parents it isn't the end. One day they will be together or take it like they aren't suitable couple or more as the theory from the film Mr.Nobody will say, they haven't ever met! So don't stop believe, don't be selfish for xbox360, the newest smartphone, the newest computer, the newest game and etc. Stop wanting this and in this place wish what you want, if you have been good child your wish will become true! (The most cases) I strongly desbelieve that the wishes of bad child and people will come true, maybe it happens some kind a miracle on Birthday, Name's Day, Christmas, New Year. But I don't know!.. As I gave in one of my books as example that everything comes in it's only needs we to believe in it a lot of so much like it's our last day on this planet so we will use this method for this...It's simple, do you remember that I say a lot of games started to run on my computer, before they didn't for example Minecraft. I started it yesterday and today I finish one of my maps on minecraft and I will wait for feedback for the map, before U had a problem with my Video card two-three

times it happened, then the version crashes and finally from nowhere minecraft run. Maybe because I used one of the methods from Jan Van Helsing, he says one-two days to think about what we want and then we left it and one day we get it. I wanted counter-strike:source and global offensive to play I wanted. But nothing, they….So look it from here I have this games, because I used the method by Jan Van Helsing...Do the same, I'm sure that you will also have success! If can have it so you can also have it. Before I change the topic I want say, that I doubt for this method, but one day…. I received what I wanted!

You are supposed to be normal if you follow these stupid rules This is pretty nice topic and it has a lot of to talk! Check out what I found on the internet what you read on the title this is! 1] Believing that dreams are impossible. 2] Believing in everything they tell about who are your “enemies”. 3] Spending years at university and then not being able to find a job. 4] Working from nine in the morning to five in the afternoon at something that does not give us the least pleasure, so that we can retire after 30 years.

5] Retiring only to discover that we have no more energy to enjoy life, and then dying of boredom after a few years. 6] Using Botox. 7] Trying to be financially successful instead of seeking happiness. 8] Ridiculing those who seek happiness instead of money by calling them “people with no ambition” . 9] Comparing objects like cars, houses and clothes, and defining life according to these comparisons instead of really trying to find out the true reason for being alive. 10] Not talking to strangers. Saying nasty things about our neighbors. 11] Thinking that parents are always right. 12] Getting married, having children and staying together even though the love has gone, claiming that it’s for the sake of the children (who do not seem to be listening to the constant arguments). 12ª] Criticizing everybody who tries to be different. 14] Waking up with a hysterical alarm-clock at the bedside. 15] Believing in everything that is printed. 16] Wearing a piece of colored cloth wrapped around the neck, known by the pompous name “necktie” . 17] Never asking direct questions, even though the other person understands what you want to know. 18] Keeping a smile on your face when you really want to cry. And feeling sorry for those who show their own feelings.

19] Thinking that art is worth a fortune, or that it is worth absolutely nothing. 20] Always despising what was easily gained, because the “necessary sacrifice” – and therefore also the required qualities – are missing. 21] Following fashion, even though it all looks ridiculous and uncomfortable. 22] Being convinced that all the famous people have tons of money. 23] Investing a lot in exterior beauty and paying little attention to interior beauty. 24] Using all possible means to show that even though you are a normal person, you are infinitely superior to other human beings. 25] In any kind of public transport, never looking straight into the eyes of the other passengers, as this may be taken for attempting to seduce them. 26] When in an elevator, looking straight at the door and pretending you are the only person inside, however crowded it may be. 27] Never laughing out loud in a restaurant, no matter how funny the story is. 28] In the Northern hemisphere, always wearing the clothes that match the season of the year: short sleeves in springtime (however cold it may be) and a woolen jacket in the fall (no matter how warm it is). 29] In the Southern hemisphere, decorating the Christmas tree with cotton wool, even though winter has nothing to do with the birth of Christ.

30] As you grow older, thinking you are the wisest man in the world, even though not always do you have enough life experience to know what is wrong. 31] Going to a charity event and thinking that it is enough to put an end to all the social inequalities in the world. 32] Eating three times a day, even when not hungry. 33] Believing that the others are always better at everything: they are better-looking, more resourceful, richer and more intelligent. Since it’s very risky to venture beyond your own limits, it’s better to do nothing. 34] Using the car as a way to feel powerful and in control of the world. 35] Using foul language in traffic. 36] Thinking that everything your child does wrong is the fault of the company he or she is keeping. 37] Marrying the first person who offers a position in society. Love can wait. 38] Always saying “I tried” , even though you haven’t tried at all. 39] Putting off doing the most interesting things in life until you no longer have the strength to do them. 40] Avoiding depression with massive daily doses of television programs. 41] Believing that it is possible to be sure of everything you have won. 42] Thinking that women don’t like football and that men don’t like interior decoration.

43] Blaming the government for everything bad that happens. 44] Being convinced that being a good, decent and respectful person means that the others will find you weak, vulnerable and easy to manipulate. 45] Being convinced that aggressiveness and discourtesy in treating others are signs of a powerful personality. 46] Being afraid of fibroscopy (men) and childbirth (women). 47] And finally, thinking that your religion is the sole proprietor of the absolute truth, the most important, the best, and that the other human beings in this immense planet who believe in any other manifestation of God are condemned to the fires of hell. So in other words, if you follow most of this or all of them you are normal, I can count few which I don’t follow

45,21,1,3,6,17, so what does it means?? I'm not normal or ubnormal or unnormal??? Or what’s the English word for this??? Because I’m sure I don’t follow most of them, I can also say also and 47, why??? I don’t believe on what does it said the god Jesus, I also believe what is said from the other gods, but I still don’t believe them. It’s impossible to have a lot of gods, how can jesus allow

"Love You!" I always hear somebody saying this like "I Love You", some times I hear like "I owe you", qnd I say wtf am I only the person on this planet which hears some words strange, however lawyer as liar I hear. So it's enough on one document to be written. .. HUSBAND.... AND.....WIFE???, so one sex make them different ( I can also make sex with girl this doesn't mean that she is my wife, I can fuck a whore in other words this doesn't mean that she is my wife). Before nobody ate meat, until one day come (as Leonard Mladinow, said in his book "Sublimal How unconscious mind effect on our behavior" (it's pretty nice book here are some reasons and some stuffs which I'm sure you will want to check it out. In the book as far as I have reach 5/7, there a lot of experiments, I liked how they are made in one view I think that the results and by their own idea (which mean on the ideas on which is get the results). How our mind do stuff which we don't know happen, how we decide what to choose and some other stuff like quotes from famous authors...Now I give you chance by your own to find your answers and to read the book if you haven't and when I finished I will talk on this topic, as simple as it can

be!)...However it doesn't matter who is in this place whore (which looked reality it's just a rank (look it deeper!), is there creature whore??? Or what on god sake is whore can you tell me without any help, like from internet, friends, family, wi-fi and etc.... As I though you can't just think what’s this, you just remember or have in mind that whore is woman which does sex with a lot of people random and not, however and dick sucker...Did you though this??? (And then oh oh ih, no this is bullshit), unfortunately it's not wake up there are stuff which you haven't ever hear. Jerkoff in the mouth, jerk off done by hands, done by boobs, done by feet(it sounds interesting and I my dick is on the way, "Give the pussy, give it", when you look it it's interesting to see how a woman suck your dick, how she lick your balls,... your hairy balls. How she make turkey job!...It's pleasure I have been always curious what's the feeling ready dick to be in the mouth of a woman, haven't you always had some kind a though oh, ohh, oh what's the feeling to drink your all white juice and then to come second turn, then third and as much as possible! I want to feel the tongue on my dick how is to be the ice scream, but little developed from this level. Doesn't it sound interesting (stop the laugh -nothing here is funny, I don't see any funny thing this the

way we have come on this planet, of course not from dick and sperm in mouth, but in pussy. Which is different!, hey, hey the same stop it you will become crazy from this laugh, slow it down or I will ban ypu from this book you don't want this! Do you? I'm very interested in lick feet, a woman's feet then to touch my dick slowly and to sttart the jerkoff. Doean't sound interesting, or to suck girl pussy with the tongue, then with finger! (Am I right??up to here for your though, can you tell me did I little proveke you???) Everything sounds incredibly, and there is pleasure. But again it's nothing different, in reality you just put a ring and sign a document and that's all, the other stuff are like your family which can do, your friends can do, here is compare the stuff you make sex with a girl, but in the same time (you can make and with a boy it depends from the sex are you male or female), you can make it with your wife, you jerk off on the face of your girl, but in the same time you can do it to your wife, I just find it in the way, that your girlfriend can do everything to keep you near her, it doesn't matter what! Blowjob, sex in the ass or in the pussy, sucking your balls and many other stuff. (Reality look we pay attention on this topic not only on love, but on marriage, and friends)..., I always ask myself how

one document can gurantee that they love each other, what does make this cuple special than others, one ring??? Few documents??? Really?? And with putting down the ring you aren't anymore happy or married, so to be happy get married, do it be productive! Our parents make us to choose this or this, they don't let us choose and this is like a chain from threir great, great great great.... grandfather, until now. We must stop this process... we can do it it''s easy let let our children to choose we just to be there and to give advice what is important they take it and what will not help the don't. It's impossible to take everything, but you can take the essential (that's possible)! Today is the day to say "No" on the useless and "Yes" to the essential is there more simple than this???? It's easy you can get it by stopping some moments and to spend thinking! (I hope that somewhere you will stop here for a moment and you will say “This person was, right”, “Yes, I’m right, but you never focus what I say,.. so I hope the realizing will be soon!)

Seminars

Wow, wow the word sound like something complicated like here isn't “my place to be”. But in other view it sounds like incredible events! It’s not mine place neither and yours, I haven’t been to real seminar which will mean to be like I go to the shop meet people eye in eye in physical form. I just get to this seminar without searching without wanting (I don't know how is called this, I don't know the specific word for such moment!)... As Always, (Now I see the way, maybe I will need and more space to talk about some other topics, this part went to 364 Pages (WOW) and with this page it goes and more long I assure you, but the value is big you see it we pay here different attention to different books, stuff and I give the essential like the film 7-8 parts and from it you get everything important the other are useless details!), you need to know something before entering this place it’s like rules to follow some rules (don’t watch somewhere else, don’t think for something else! Pay Attention on this hear what you see), not on your fucking mother, yeah you hear me right I know what is happening now. Mother: Hey Whorenzeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee I gonna FUck you … (some stupid meaningless comments and text for the nothing she shout does she?? Do you have problems from nowhere??? Do you think by her seeing that you all

you are wrong?? If everything here the answer is “Yes”, the problem isn’t in you, but it’s in your mother I can sure you, my mother is the same like yours! What I want now from you, before you change yourself! - Go in Quite Spot (If you aren’t you will listen and listen again and again and why you won’t get it from the whore and from horse, they are all the time shouting and making noises to learn something you need to focus!) - From my Own Experience - If you have something throw it or give it like me (So here is my story for this one time I gave to one friend 0.10$ it wasn’t a lot of, but it wasn’t and nothing you could by two candies with this or one gum or something else… I also in one other day when I was walking on the street as usual I looked people pictures you everyday you saw them but they don’t make you impression (Let me guess why?? You are rich and you don’t care you say “Look I’m rich I have everything,...I have money, I have BIG TV, I have few books in my small library (No, No you won’t say this as some wise people said “You have big tv and small library, from this you can get what person are you…” - It’s true, I can make a bet that you have read only one book like this guy here

I have info that he has done this and I he hasn’t read any other book and look him he is gues who?? Prime Minister of Bulgaria from 2014)...” I think that this is enough!... I’m sure what you will point won’t be the books, but the other stuff and for what are they you buy them from the store as Alan Macmillan Orr in the book “What’s my Life Purpose” or “The Little Book Of Life” (It’s a long one, but it have a big value I can assure you), I haven’t end the book I’m somewhere 90-something page, but I enjoy reading I read it slowly and try to get what he is saying if I’m readin something and not paying attention what he is saying what’s the purpose??? Read, READ, READ - To do something, if you don’t like to read

it or you aren’t interested what’s the purpose to read it weeks,...months,.... to read it years and in the end nothing. That’s called

You know how this people are called… do you?? Because there is chance to don’t know! I’m not talking about the famous start and his past, but I’m talking about the people with glasses, don’t go out, anti-social, no friends and you get it where I’m going… The same, this people are doing this with the reading and in the end what they remember or know is what maybe 5-7% out of 100% from everything, talking about math (The subject which is going so far, that you won’t need it), Chemistry (I never get what’s the purpose to solve problems with letters CH4+Ch5 =? ?? Something like this or here is real solving problems

That’s a hard one, tell me what it has doing with geography?? Because to enter the specific place NASA or such type of organisation you must know chemistry and geography, yeah, yeah you hear me write. Something chemistrerian with geograopherian??? .... You think that I have gone, no I haven’t unfortunately I will continue until I say what I want when I finish I’m gone that’s my purpose, so if you don’t like me, start likeing if people have suggested this book read it, if teachers (which is interesting) read it! It will change you forever, I’m sure that the person from the beginning no matter from here or from the 1 volume of this book up to here. I’m sure that you have changed! It’s not bad, it’s great! I’m glad that you changed keep it up!

… Do you know that the same people like this with the glasses, anti-social are the future people which don’t know where are going, you ask them and they don’t know, you ask them at what are they laughting they say that they can’t explain it, you ask them for unknown word or word which you don’t know in one subject like geography and the guy who you ask have 3, you have 2 and he answers “I don’t know, just remember it like this” - WTF and what happens here…! To remember it like this or to go to check it out on the internet, or to go to tutorials on Geography why??? Because I don’t know the word and in the end the teacher say “You could check out this stuff on the internet” or not the teacher, but in your mind comes such kind a thought! … NO COMMENT! How can you get what kind a person which we want to be?? (IT”S EASY, everyone can do it now is 10:16 pm and I can assure you that everyone can do it! But some people are gifted with this like me and my grandmother and others aren’t it’s a fact this with teacher of Bulgarian reach this topic, how??? I don’t know she said “It’s interesting how you the young people judge people how you just judge them by their look… and you in the end

you are right!” - A FACT!) From Here comes this question so I want to answer it - A point from 16 Years old! It’s Very Easy, Listen To His Talk On The Phone (In other words look how much words does this person uses, does he say’s “Hello”, “What’s Up” “oh that Bro”, I can assure you that this people are weed smokers...okay most of them the other just smoke normal cigarettes. Most of this words if you think more deeply and what I have said in this series of this book + some other books which I have gave as extra + the films + the other mine books you will get what can this words mean or if you want now to get it. It’s not going to end well, it will end bad! - Take it like this! - Judge! Listen How He Behave In Certain Stuff - Judge! Listen to Conversation (How Is Started, What Is Said, How Is Ended) - Judge! By Their Look (Important) - Judge! By their smell (If they smell bad I’m sure on 90% even 99% you won’t be next to this person, of course if the cases don’t go to sit next to this person) - Judge! By what they read if they read books like politics, psychology, philosophy and they read with understand I can comfirm that this people are the best friends, but it depends you will see listen to how they

talk, listen how they start and end a conversation how they use their vocabulary step by step and you will get the answer. If they read Horror and they liked it I can say that this people are the killers, mad illness people! Judge! What they watch, if they watch all they porn or they play all day games, from here you see that what you will learn from them is like to ask the guy who is searching food in the junk or to make the dog to talk (The Rubish Man can’t learn you something, if he can why he is there? Ask this question! Is very provocative!),...(If the Dog can talk, how the scientist haven’t discovered it and haven’t check out how this has happen???) Isn’t it provocative - Judge! “What they watch, if they watch all day porn or they play all day games, from here you see that what you will learn from them is like to ask the guy who is searching food in the junk or to make the dog to talk (The Rubish Man can’t learn you something, if he can why he is there? Ask this question! Is very provocative!),...(If the Dog can talk, how the scientist haven’t discovered it and haven’t check out how this has happen???) Isn’t it provocative - Judge!” - Make goals, goals become habits! I started three goals here you are which are they

#1 - Read Books (It doesn’t matter how much pages or when, but you must try to read everyday, sometimes you can make a break by rewarding yourself with something as Thomas Frank - said, or to take a big breath an maybe this days you will do something else out of this. Maybe it could be rewarding 2-3 days, by making some kind a celebrating this, or to watch films, or to play video games (which make you out of the real world and put you in the virtual world) - It’s really great goal! Everyone must run such goal!) #2 - Watch Education stuff (It could be 5 videos about self-devoloping, it could be facts, or could be question which you have asked and you want the answer. It can be something else, not videos you can read stuff about your question, about what you are interested in!) DeYtH Banger note: The best in goals you choose what they will be, you have chance to decide, you have chance to run it without paying it’s free fee! #3 - Don’t Masturbate (It’s my goal this I just put it in on the list of paper this goal, WHY??? Masturbate is bad, here why you become depressed (Take it as becoming depressed), lose hair, lose contacts (When you are depressed, you can’t contact normal with people you have the poor image of you, you don’t have grit (grit means to don’t give up - as Robin Sharma explained it) You don’t want more?? Right?? I think this is enough, lose contacts - lose life, they are equal!)

- I really fail in the first time of the #3 Goal, which mean I somehow wanted to watch porn and from there I wanted to masturbate and opps --- I didn’t want it do it, but somehow I must it to do it! It’s really not healty one don’t listen people if you want to stop, such problem check out a program about as I did! Or do like me Right something which will make you inspired everyday it can be on journal or on paper and there to put this, then to put why by putting disadvantageous, I already said them above, about LOSE HAIR, LOSE CONTACTS… you know what I’m talking! Then put what to do like don’t watch porn don’t watch xxx image don’t discuss sex, try to avoid such topics… you get it the other part is which very important read this which you have written 90 days, you can put a counter which will count the days or to put on your journal everyday day like Today 1, 2, 3, 4 it looks little messy, but you always can change it, which will mena you can make other strategy to avoid such counting, or to change in 2 weeks or in 3 weeks the paper on which you have written it like, for example to update it with new stuff which you have found, puting the last day, and other such type of stuff. ….

This is available for every single goal you write it and start thinking why, up to when, what! You can check out “Success Puzzle” By Bob Proctor, there was said or discussed how to make a goal! To think it, it isn’t enough you won’t succeed the chance to succeed there is funny maybe 10% or less, with writting it’s double or tripple from this, because you make your mind to what to focus (As Bob Proctor Said and Robin Sharma also). “Why?” You must always know why you want this, why?? - Better Life - More friends - or something else This above can be “better life”, “more friends”, can be typical reasons for masturbate, if you stop you will have this, or if you start read this you will have this! “What?” Another Important part from the people, which is what to do to succeed this goal! - By Reading it 90 days (For every single goal this is valid) - By don’t watch xxx image (Valid For masturbate) - By don’t watching porn (Valid for masturbate) “Up to when” - Here you must put at least 90 days, you can put and more days, but not and less!

and as logical to have goal to do this! Judge always good be perfect if you ask yourself questions after saying something like how it happen above! Here I repeat!

IMPORTANT! #1 - Make a Goal! #2 - Know where are you going (Bob Proctor Said it, Earl Nightingale)! #3 - Know “WHY”, youy are going there!

I don't know how much do you like books, so I will ask you do you like to read?? As for me I like, I now am watching Stephen King movies and reading this books (who is an actor and writer one of my favourite). Stephen King said once if you don't have time to read you don't have tools to write (if you are thinking about writer or something else which is with reading), so what happens now, I left going outside with my friends and focused on movies, books and audiobooks, last but not least writting, you see me now where I'm, privious month 17-18 Books read, now I'm on the end of the film Breaking Bad Season 5 episode 16, I need + 50 minutes and I will finish with this movie, then I will finish the series of Dreamscapes and Nightmares By Stephen king, there have left 2 episodes and I will finish!... … It’s incrediable how the time goes so fast, I have finished watching “Breaking Bad”, I finished watching “Dreamscapes and Nightmares” By Stephen King also now and from 3 to 7 I have watched Harry Potter. It’s really incrediable! (Are you interested in reading No?? Do you know what I’m talking? No? Do you want to change? No? Okay,

then okay still you can left this book if the final question the answer is no and the first one. If you want to succeed you must become a learner to stop with the bullshit and to do useful stuff, you always could close a book, you always could start a short book and then start shouting I read this short book I read this short book, you always can open 500 books or even 4 and to read them, it’s hard to focus on so much, to succeed means to focus on one thing and to upgrade it as much as possible (Robin Sharma)) I'm sirious about this, try one challange 10 books this year the other 20... or watch films more often or do like me turn on the audiobook and start to play game, but turn off the sounds of the game and play without it, and try to focus on both stuff, before few days I started on experiment about this and it went well, I made it! So try and you try to train yourself… The experiment went on the game Minecraft, turn of sounds, mod: creative! And in the same time I’m listening to Bob Proctor + I’m making maps for minecraft and then publishing them, but what I done was important when I was making map or the whole, I was thinking about what was saying the reader (In this case Bob Proctor), such way is easy to focus you just listen and turn on your imagine and you imagine everything what has he said, you think about it! ... As one friend from my English class (A guy who little

reminds for one school friend, but my school friend is 10 grade and can't talk very well, even bad with English, but the other friend from English class can talk and speak very well and he is 7 grade also he is fat and low on size! ), said that Hollywood provides lies on the films which are based on books! There is less maybe the easy part, maybe the less important, maybe dramatically different from the book, maybe the most important. I'm sure that you can count few or even more examples for this kind a stuff...)... (Did you said Yes?? (Because before few moments I just close my eyes for little to take big breath and to look the time, it looks like it's 23:48), wow, wow almost Sunday, now Saturday, yesterday Friday..., so you are free to go, reading books or listening to them like audiobooks is the best way to learn the best and the most important stuff and done by yourself, you want this, don't you?... To change you must start from yourself, by putting goals, you must be open to change failures are your teachers! … How about now I’m in a break, I’m ill and now is 2.16.2016 and look it’s Tuesday, the time is really fast! Maybe now looks long, but after few days, it’s just one big breath, it’s short, it’s a illusion! ... I just spend today I couple of minutes from 9 pm to 10 pm rought said on listening one Seminar, as I said in the begning I thought that this is complicated, but this isn't

the topic was about the money, how to get rich and some other bonuses quotes which can inspire us. I think if we look deeply in such seminars about money, self development and other topics you will upgrade your other faculties which in the future you will need! Am I Right?? Please tell me, if I'm not so you have opinion shared it in this discussion, we want mostly people like you capable to have opinion about something, to think different to dream bigger and to do small steps (not bigger, if they make them so every second or other step must be bigger, but we can do the same but with small steps which after a time it become one big step which has stunning results.) ‌ Everything starts from the goals, from the small step you make few small steps, by putting 3 goals (which reality are small steps) in the end the result is bigger your reward as one author said is the proccess and also the bigger result ... eveything starts from growing your dream don't be A, don't be B (the group which doesn't want you to leave), be C (the group which you grow your dream and you can leave). Take it like this if you want change it don't make it three groups as Bob Proctor done, in my opinion I didn't get the first or the all of the system, but you can make it like A and B (A for people which are open to change, which can dream big and so on and so on all

posetive stuff) and B (For this all people which want to work not for pleasure but for money, for the people which do stuff which they don’t want and here you can take this group as the group negative thoughts) now you must make your choice who will be, the guy from “A” or from “B”?? (Bob, is perfect example a guy without education for business or other stuff, get better results than people which have done everything, every single of his days is different, I think that Sandy Gallagher and Bob Proctor are the perfect mentors, I'm sure that I can make big risk but a boy 16 years old's need experience, so I will try it his way to follow what I want to focus in it, I won't let logic to beat me (as Bob Proctor said). As we are created as individual from the view by Leonard Mladinow we can't focus two things in one time, we do this we look the first note read it, then we go to to the second and then we see both letters and we know the information. This explains why we have problems, we focus on million stuff and we start becoming rough, then we start becoming level not understanding and we start feeling that we aren’t reading the book for the pleasure we are reading it for how much pages have left to the end and how much pages I have read (I had this problem, it’s one very awful problem), by focusing on a lot of stuff we reality forget where are we "Oh, from where that come from???” So today do me a favor, stop doing million stuff and try to focus on one or on 3 goals and try to do them everyday, when the shift is changed

and you can make changes like for example if before the reading was from 22:00 up to 23:30! Now it will be somewhere else, like for example 14:00 and 15:00 or in the same time, but it’s important when you are doing something like reading to be in quite spot where nobody will judge you, where nobody will disturb you (by making specific noise, by listening to music if you want to read and to get of most of the book you must be on a quite place and to be focused on it) Stop thinking about the pages how much have left and how much you have read, it’s normal some moments to check out and to put bookmark on this page, because there are moment something happen and you lose the page and you remember what you have read, but you don’t know the page and what you will do start all over again the book?? Or you have accidentally close the book, if it is on the phone it can be saved somehow, but if it is on physical little harder! DeYtH Banger Note: “Yesterday wasn't there, but today it is here!" In other words the moment we see something now, but after few minutes we discover a new object around it and WTF?? It's one scary fact! So what you need to get?? As one clever guy say "Somebody call something, and something recall", which will mean (as Bob Proctor

Said), if you give love to the dogs (by giving them walk, food, take care for them, give water and etc.), they will answer it. They will love you too, they will be your friends! It's simple rule like growing flowers here the agricultural proccess! You give to your flower water and after period time you start see the process like growing tomatoes, or potatoes you give water and they recall simple as possible. So get it like this world isn't hard or complicated it's simple, the complicated is made by the mankind!

Choices! A number of years ago I had a two-hour layover in the Los Angeles airport. I still had 14 or 15 hours of flying time ahead of me so I decided to pick up a good book. Fortunately, I selected a classic. It is a release published in hard cover by Pocket Books written by Shad Helmstetter, titled Choices. Helmstetter writes about choosing not complaining. I quote: “Imagine the incredibly powerful, productive moments, minutes and hours of the days and

weeks of our lives that we could complain or not – simply by our own choices. I doubt that we could accurately calculate the amount of additional productive time each of us would have in one year if, for that year, we turned every moment of complaint into a moment of choice to do something better instead. Imagine what we could do in our homes, with our families and in our personal lives if we made the choice to replace complaining with positive belief. Imagine what you could do with those extra moments and hours of your life if you made the choice, right now, to never complain – and at every opportunity from here on out to replace even the most minor complaint with the positive energy of your own potential. Imagine never again complaining. Could you still be a strong person, a person of conviction and opinion? Would you still do everything you need to do to make change in your life, or to deal in a clear and effective way with the obstacles and problems that come along? The answer is that you would be more effective, as you would be concentrating on positive actions to improve situations.

DeYtH Banger: I was used to this which my father said "You are an idiot when you think", but this is the world bluff in other words which is false. Everything is in the thinking people which don't

think they just go in direction where the wind put them! Maybe a lot of people follow this thought, so today make a chance by reaching here do this, change your vision and delete this stupid thought from your brain!

Hello! Who am I?? If you ask me compare to all stuff, I'm nobody I'm from level 2 in life, because I already recognized what I'm doing and I changed my path by choosing other, but nobody knows really where is going this path... Most people know me as DeYtH Banger, but you can find me on twitter https://twitter.com/GordanFreem My Name is there Gonatan Freem. So today My work is to meet you with 4 books by Graham A Dragon! The First Goals! One great book I finished it before few days, it changed me from one side, but I still needed work on my, until I reached the 4 books which will mean the 4 books I read. Don't worry they are short, fast reading and as most people will say it's like 1000 pages, from where you will just remember 10 pages or 30 pages of the all book in this pages will be the important

characters, what happens and such kind of stuff. Not every single detail, but maybe is possible to remember it if you imaginate everything what you read, maybe you will reach this level who knows, it's a fact! Goals! They are one of the most important stuff in your life, you need goals to know where you are going and why! 2 Chapter 1 - Why Set Goals? Why do you need goals? Why not just relax and not bother about setting yourself goals at all? At least you won’t be disappointed that you never reach them! That is very true, of course, but you will also never have the satisfaction of achieving them either. And it is possible to achieve your goals if you are really determined.

Without goals you will simply drift aimlessly through life. Do you really want this, or are there things in life you do want to achieve? I think you already know the answer to this, otherwise you would not even have started reading this book. The exciting thing is that if you set your goals properly and genuinely work towards them there is nothing you cannot achieve. The universe is just waiting to propel you towards everything you really desire. It is just up to you to recognise this and start working to get there.

3 Chapter 2 - Are You At Risk Of Wasting Your Life Away Without A Goal? Boy, I did learn a valuable lesson when I did not put up a plan for my online

business. I have no goals, no plan of action. I was wasting 2-3 years of my time! Now I have learnt the importance of goal setting because it sets the path for me. When it comes to goal setting just how many people out there are really willing to set some goals for themselves to go by and live by anymore? There are probable not as many as you think there would be. This may be because there are more people that are going to live life as it comes to them. There is nothing wrong with that but you may want to still think of setting a couple of goals that could help you out in the future with your job or family situation. If you think about it when you set goals you are going to be able to better your life in the long run. With setting realistic goals you will soon see that the goals

that you did set will be achieved with ease if you just put your mind to it and stick to the goal that you want to achieve. You and your family may even notice a change in how you feel about yourself when you are working towards a goal that you set for yourself. You could be more focused on what you are doing so that you are moving a little closer to reaching your goal in life. That will not only make you feel better but it will also prove to your boss and you family that you are ready to take on anything that they may throw at you. If you notice that you have a little more self-esteem than what you started out with you are defiantly going to feel better about everything that you are going to be doing in your life. You could even notice that you are going to be offered a job promotion because of the way that you are representing your self in the

company that you are working for. You are going to feel better about yourself because of the goal setting you have done in the past. It is going to be all because of you working hard and proving to people that you are going to reach any and all of the goals that you have set. 4 In conclusion, goal setting is important and you should have a yearly goal setting activity done. Remember that without a goal, there is no plan. When there is no plan, nothing is done. Source: Free Articles

5 Chapter 3 - Goal Setting As A Means Of Self Improvement It is often easy to forget exactly how important goal setting is to self

improvement. We can have lofty ambitions for changing or improving who we are, but if we don't begin the journey with one step as Confucius once said and then break it down into smaller plans, the journey might begin to seem impossible. The reason goal setting works as a means of self improvement is two-fold: the first part is obvious it allows us to break a really complex task down into small components that are easier to follow, more detailed, and less overwhelming. The second reason why goal setting is an effective means of self improvement is that it provides us with constant motivation. Whenever we accomplish that goal or objective on the way to the greater goal, we feel as if we have made progress, and it emboldens us to work towards the next goal in line.

Before anyone can begin goal setting for self improvement, he must determine what it is about himself that he would like to change and for what reason. For some people, the ultimate act of self improvement would involve quitting smoking cigarettes. For others, weight is a self improvement issue for which they are most concerned. For others, it might be something different, like being more assertive, more financially secure, or more charitable. Of course, no one knows our faults better than we do. If we're overweight, we usually know just horrible it makes us feel, even if no one around us even really notices it. If we drink beyond what could be considered careful moderation, we know how it makes us feel and what it has done to our relationships. Now, once you have identified what it is that you would like to improve about

yourself, you can begin the goal setting process. Start with the ultimate goal (i.e., to lose 30 pounds). Next, depending on how large your ultimate goal is and how long it will reasonably take you to accomplish begin goal setting for objectives with timelines. For these smaller objectives, it is a good idea to tie them to actions, rather than results. If, for instance, your goal is to go to the gym three times each week and decrease your fat and carbohydrate intake, you might accomplish all of those goals, but it doesn't mean you will accomplish your short-term intended result, which was to lose ten pounds in 30 days. 6 If you only lose 10 pounds when your goal was 30 pounds, don't feel like you haven't succeeded. Instead, see if you followed the goals you set out to

accomplish for the time period: did you go to the gym three times each week? Did you decrease your fat and carbohydrate intake? If you answered yes to all of these questions and you DID lose at least some weight, then you know your goal setting activities are on the right track, but you just need to intensify the components or increasing the overall timeline. So, to reiterate, successful goal setting for self improvement consists of three things: creating long term goals, short term objectives, and re-evaluating the plan to make sure it is more realistic. 7 Chapter 4 - Three Goal Setting Tips That Will Change Your Life

If you use these three goal setting tips you will be on your way to creating the life you desire. Goal Setting Tip #1: Where are you going? This goal setting tip can be summed up with the title of a book my father bought me on goal setting quite a few years ago. The title of the book was "If you don't know where you're going you'll probably end up somewhere else". Those words have stuck with me all these years. When you think about the title and realize that most people have no idea where they're going or what they want. It's really sad. Our minds are goal seeking computers. Just give it a specific goal and it will work to complete it. However, all most people have is vague wandering thoughts of what they want. They've never written their thoughts down in a coherent manner. If you send a message to a friend you don't write the words down in whatever

order and expect them to figure out what it says. Why do we do it to ourselves with what we want out of life? It's your job to write down on paper how you want to live. Get out a piece of paper and start with your top 100 goals. Start writing a list of the things you want to accomplish in your life. I mean anything you can imagine, learning a language, taking a trip, meeting a famous or not so famous person. Write on that list everything from the littlest thing like brushing your teeth twice a day to flying in the space shuttle. Keep making the list until you reach 100, however, don't stop there. Carry the list with you and continue to write down more goals as you think of them. It may take several hours or days to complete this list. However, it's essential that you do it.

8 Goal Setting Tip #2: Let's get specific The second goal setting tip, get specific about the things that you want. Take your top 100 list and start with the easiest ones and write a more specific description of what you want. If it's a car, what make and model, what color, leather or cloth seats. If it's a trip, where are you going, how will you get there and what will you see. If it's money, be specific. How much, why do you want it and what will you do with it when you get it. Remember, BE SPECIFIC! Goal Setting Tip #3: It's in the want to, you'll find the how to. Now let's discover the key to successful goal setting. Why do you want it? Think about and write on paper why you want each of the dreams on your Top 100 list. Get specific and dig deep to the emotions and feelings that are behind

each one. It's in this step you'll find which ones you truly are willing to pay the price to get and which ones are not really important. "The best way to predict your future is to create it". 9 Chapter 5 - Goal Setting Tools Make Achieving Goals Simple Many people know about the power of goal setting. Some people even go through the trouble of setting goals. However, for most, part of the reason people don't set goals is they find it to be a tedious exercise. In order to eliminate that, goal setting tools such as software can make goal setting

activities much easier. The new age has arrived. Computers and the software that run them are helping humans in ways we never imaged just ten short years ago. There are a multitude of goal setting tools out on the market. The best ones allow you to not only set goals, but also to help you achieve them. Writing down or typing a list of goals is not enough. They must be reviewed and action must be taken on a regular basis. Goal setting tools will help you do just that. I myself use goal setting software and it really helps me to stay focused on my goals. Depending on your preferences, some software is available on the internet and some come as software for your computer. The advantage of the internetbased goal setting software is that you can access it anywhere there's a

computer with an internet connection, and you won't need to haul a laptop around to get to your goals. The disadvantage is that you have to have a computer with an internet connection. Software on your computer is advantageous in that you can use it regardless of whether there is an available internet connection or not. The disadvantage is that it has to be on a laptop if you want to use it away from home. Some software will allow you to do both - it is installed on your computer and will allow you to upload your data files to the internet. Then, if you have the software installed on another computer, such as at work, you can download your data from the internet and pick up where you left off. The first thing goal setting tools will assist you with is setting a proper goal.

Many software applications have a wizard that walks you step-by-step through a properly-defined goal. In fact, it should be one of the first things that come up when you run the software. After inputting your goals, it should allow you to 10 revisit them every time you fire up the software. It will help keep you on track until you achieve your goals. Source: Free Articles

11 Chapter 6 - What Personal Goal Setting tip increases your chance of achieving your goals by over 1,000%? Personal goal setting is a major component of any personal development program and indeed for anyone wanting to succeed in any or all areas of their

life. Why set personal goals? By setting personal goals on a routine basis you decide what you want to achieve, and then move step-by-step towards the achievement of these goals. The process of personal goal setting allows you to choose where you want to go in life. By knowing precisely what you want to achieve, you know what you have to concentrate on to do it. Personal goal setting is a procedure used by successful business people, top level sports women and men and achievers in all fields. It gives you long-term vision and short-term motivation. By setting clearly defined goals using a goal setting worksheet, you can take pride in the achievement of those goals. You see progress in what might otherwise seem a long pointless struggle. With personal goal setting, you will

also raise your self-confidence as you recognize your ability and competence in achieving the goals that you have set. The process of achieving those goals and seeing this achievement, gives you confidence that you will be able to achieve higher and more difficult goals. How should you set your goals? When personal goal setting, take yourself off somewhere where you feel totally in tune with yourself. I have a favorite caf? that plays the right kind of music and early in the morning there are few other people around. I sit in the sun with my coffee and the thoughts, ideas and pen just flow. Be as descriptive as possible and notice your emotions whilst you are writing. If you can, close your eyes and visualize yourself experiencing and having everything right now! This can add 12

huge weight to having your achieve these personal goals. Do this as often as you can. The first step in setting personal goals is to consider what you want to achieve in your lifetime, as setting Lifetime goals gives you the overall perspective that shapes all other aspects of your decision making. In order to find out what personal goals you want to set, you need to ask yourself some pertinent questions and could include to the following: • What will your life look like when you have what you want? • What is the ideal career/job/business? • How much money do you want to make? • What things do you want to experience? • Where do you want to go? • What does the ideal relationship look like? • How do you feel when you have everything you want?

These questions may relate to Personal, Relationships, Financial, Business/Career, Health & Fitness etc Once you have the questions answered, make each goal as specific and clear as possible and start breaking things down so you have clear timeframes around each objective. Personal goal setting usually includes and a series of lower level goals culminating in a daily to-do list. By setting up this structure of plans you can break even the biggest life goal down into a number of small tasks that you need to do each day to reach the bigger personal goals. Write down your goals - make up and use a goal setting worksheet. ...and the answer to the question above? Did you know that the single act of writing your goals down increases the chances of achieving them by 1,100%? Amazing, isn't it! You can increase your

chances of reaching your goals by 11 times just by writing them down. A major newspaper did a significant survey and asked people if they had achieved their goals from the previous year. 46% of those who had written 13 down their goals did achieve them. And only 4% of those who didn't have written goals achieved them. That's 11 times the difference! Want to catapult your way to achieving your goals? Make sure you increase your chances by over 1,000% by writing down your goals and read them every day! Source: Free Articles

14 Chapter 7 - Setting Your Lifetime Goals

Setting goals needs to be holistic. It is no good focusing on one narrow area, for example your business, and then ignoring the rest of your life. That is the way to become unbalanced and miserable very quickly! So begin by looking at all the different areas in your life and figure out the broad categories and what, in general, you want to achieve in them. Do not be too specific here – just the overall plan will do. By definition, this is a very personal exercise. I cannot tell you what those broad categories are and what you need to achieve, as I do not know you. Everybody will end up with a different broad plan. But just to give you a taste of what I mean, here are some examples of categories and general goals you might consider. • Business or Career. Where do you want to be in, say, five years from

now? If you run your own business, what do you want it’s turnover and profit to be? How much do you want it to be worth? If you work in someone else’s business do you still want to be there? If not, where do you want to be? If you want to stay there, what do you want to be doing? • Financial. How much income do you want? How wealthy do you want to be? Note these are not exactly the same thing, as one is an ongoing flow and the other is a measure of what you have already built up. Do you still have any debts (including a mortgage), and if so when do you want them paid off completely? How does this relate to your answers to Business or Career? Change the answers in that category if necessary. • Family. Do you already have a family? If so, what do you want to

achieve in your relationships with them? What do you want to achieve for them (but be careful here that you do not then attempt to push them in a direction they don’t want to go!)? Do you want to create more quality time to be with them? If you do not have a family yet, do you want to find a partner, and if so what kind of person do you want to find? • Education. I mean this in the broadest sense. Do you have any knowledge you would like to acquire? Perhaps you have never thought about doing this before, but there is nothing to stop you. Spend some 15 time thinking about it. Maybe you would like to learn a foreign language. Learn to play a musical instrument. Broaden your general knowledge.

Improve your English language abilities by extending and improving your vocabulary. Or learn another entirely new skill set. There are plenty of courses out there to help you if you really want to do this. • Leisure. What do you want to do to relax? Once you have spent some time thinking about this and listing some of the things you enjoy doing, and other things you don’t do yet but would like to try, check how that might impact your answers to Education and maybe add some additional goals there. • Health. Do you want to get fitter? Slimmer? Stop doing something that is damaging your health? Don’t be judgemental when compiling this list. Don’t begin with the limitation of what you think is possible. Put down what you really want to achieve. You can

deal with how to get there afterwards! When you have finished building this list you may be surprised by some of your answers. You will almost certainly find some goals appear here which you never knew you had, and which excite you when you read them again. Just the exercise of putting these goals on paper is a really great step towards having a happier, more fulfilling life.

16 Chapter 8 - Creating a Five Year Plan Now that you have some broad lifetime goals you need to start working on your plan to achieve them. I suggest a five year plan is a good way to do this. First, spend some time brainstorming all those goals you have listed. Make sure they really are goals you want to achieve. Remain true to yourself, and

not simply put down something you think someone else wants you to achieve. Make sure you have not included any negatives in there, as the Universe has a way of punishing us if we go after negatives rather than positives. Those goals should all be aligned with your own sense of personal morality. Slim them down a little now, to end up with maybe two or three main goals in each broad category. You can always add to your goals later when (as may well happen) you find you have achieved them ahead of target! Take each major goal and consider what smaller goals you need to achieve in order to reach it. There will always be some smaller steps you can take, and which are much more easily achievable than that main goal, so spend some time looking for those steps and write them all down. Put a timescale for when

you would like to achieve each step. This timescale should lead to achieving your main goal within no more than the next five years. For some goals it will be a lot shorter. Make sure you have some small goals there that you can achieve over the next six months. With some even smaller ones you can get to over the next month. Steadily strip those big goals down into easily manageable bite sized chunks. Now prepare daily “To Do Lists” of the things you can do to achieve those bite sized chunks. If you need some help with your “To Do List”, read my publication “The Best Time Management System in the World” to master a system you can use to do this.

17 Chapter 9 - How To Achieve Your Goals In 5 Fast Tips

Now that you have some clear goals, how can you achieve them? We need to take action and do something, but first we need a plan that help us to stay organized and focused with mindfulness. Here are some simple tips that can help you reach your target: 1. Study the target. In order to reach our goal we must first take a step back and look the object or the work of our desire. Make a list of pros and cons that will help you to consider why we want that thing and, done that, if we feel that is worth we can proceed and make a plan. 2. Make a plan. How to achieve goals? Write a list of thing and moves that you can realistically do, efforts you can bear, and once you have a nice number of options simply chose by elimination the best one. With a plan, and some patience, we can avoid some mistake (the ones that can be prevented) and

save some trouble or money. 3. Talk with someone you trust and listen what they have to say. Other people may offer you their opinion and some advice that you have not considered. This part is important because it takes into reality your plan or idea and once you have told to somebody you had done the first step to realize your goal. 4. Commit to your plan. How to achieve goals? Commitment. Without effort or even some sacrifice you will hardly succeed in your plan. Accept that things almost never come easy to us and no matter what stick to your general plan. 5. Learn to be flexible using a little bit of mindfulness. It is very important to maintain, through the entire process of our plan, a flexible mind. When we put our dreams into reality the things change. We cannot predict our future and the

variable between us and our goals are infinite. We may find ourselves take a different direction or a different path along the way. Remember that there is always more than one way to achieve goals of any kind. Source: Free Articles

18 Chapter 10 - Using the Laws of Attraction to Achieve your Goals Once you have formulated your goals, written then down, and started working towards them you should leverage the power of the Universe to achieve them far quicker than you might have dreamed. The starting point for this is to internalise each goal and affirm it. Visualise what your life is like now you that have achieved it. No, that was not a typo. I

said “now that you have achieved it”, and that is what I meant! Believe with every ounce of your being that you have already achieved this goal. Feel it. Internalise it. Know how good life is now you have achieved it. This is the beginning of your application of the Laws of Attraction. The Universe will respond to this creative visualisation of your goal by moving towards it faster. Many books have been written on this subject. Perhaps the most famous of these is “The Secret”, but it is not the only one and nor was it the first. It is certainly a very good introduction to the Laws of Attraction though, and you will find a lot in that book to help you focus on and achieve your goals. 3 Chapter 1 Starting Your Day off the RIGHT Way The morning is the most important time of the day. Why? - Because it can easily set the mood for the rest of your day! - This is due to many reasons. One of the most significant is that it is much easier (scientifically, almost 25

times easier) to develop short term paradigms (viewpoints) upon first waking up. When you first awaken, your mind is slowly leaving the delta state, (low brain wave frequency) where it is most easily influenced by mental suggestion. In other words, your mind is most open – and what you put in it will stay in it, until at least the end of the day. It is for this reason that often, if you are awakened by a sound or a song, you may be able to easily recall it again and again throughout the day (even if it’s a song you cannot stand!). That being said, it is absolutely critical that you start your day off on the “right side of the bed.” Any negative thoughts you have will shape your subconscious for the entire day. Realize, if you wake up and say “Sh*t…

today’s gonna suck…”, then it will suck! - Your subconscious would be imbued with a belief that “today sucks” and would work with your mental filtering systems and all of your senses to perceive information accordingly. There’s a lot to it, but the point of this article is to give you a list of tips to start your day off the right way… so back on track. We know you’re busy as #%$! In the morning and don’t have time for therapeutic, two hour spa sessions when you’re trying to get to work or class on time. Therefore, this list is as “grounded” as is possible, and you can start using it – Now. Also, for the record, we DO use every single one of these ourselves. 1. Initial Wakeup GET UP! FAST! When you wake up, get out of bed as fast as you can!

(without sending yourself into cardiac arrest, of course.) Waste no time in getting up. The best cure for procrastination is action – so if you’re procrastinating about getting out of bed, just force yourself to get up! …and wallah! - Problem solved! Jumping out of bed will spike your metabolism, 4 and will end all thoughts of “just lying there” a little bit more. As an added bonus, I put my alarm clock on the other side of the room – forcing me to jump out of bed and go turn it off… and once I’m out, I stay out! 2. Light The power of light is severely underestimated by most people. How? It has profound effects upon body chemistry and energy levels. You circadian

rhythm (based on light levels) affects nearly all aspects of your physiology. Over 200 processes are controlled by the level of and type of light that you receive, including heart rate, digestion, appetite and thirst, fluid balance, stress level, emotions, immunity, hunger, energy, blood pressure, body temperature, physical strength, reaction times, sexual appetite, urine production and brain balance – just to name a few. Bright, natural light is ideal for bringing the most energy to all these systems. The more light you receive, the more serotonin your pineal gland produces – a “feel good” neurotransmitter. The less light received, the more melatonin your pineal gland produces. Melatonin is essentially a depressant / sedative. This explains why humans living in Spain are some of the most upbeat, positive

beings on the planet, where as residents in Norway or Russia are some of the most depressed. Your body makes melatonin at night, and makes serotonin during the day. So, the sooner you turn on the lights, or open the blinds preferably, the sooner your body’s systems will increase their energy levels. The longer you keep it dark, the harder it will be to wake up – that simple. 3. Wake Up to a Clean Room This one may not seem that significant, but believe me – it is. Waking up to a clean, organized room has a positive first impression upon your mind. Waking up to clutter, dirty clothes, and piles of beer cans from the night before does not. This may seem like a bit of a feng shui thing, but give it a try, and you will realize – it does work. It’s easier to vacate a room when it’s

clean, pristine, and relatively organized / empty, versus one that is piled high and more “cozy.” Keep your room stark… put things away from you’re done using them. It will help. 5

4. Fresh Air Open the window. No matter what season it is. Open the window… even if it is just a crack. Your bedroom has sat stagnant all night, void of fresh air, especially if you leave your door closed as I do. When you open the window (and the door preferably) you create a cross draft to bring in fresh air. You have lowered the oxygen level by rebreathing the same air in the room at night. However, as soon as you open the window, you bring in

fresh air with high oxygen levels – instantly raising your energy level. Even if it is 10 degrees out, open the window just a tad. When it’s cold out, it will have even more of an effect – the cool, denser air will carry more oxygen, and the temperature alone will help you to awaken. 5. Music Music is a huge part of my morning. Even if you are not musically motivated, music can shape your mornings. Turn on music as soon as you can after waking up. Make sure it is something positive and uplifting – as chances are it may become stuck in your head for the rest of the day. Personally, I love pounding trance in the morning – it’s positive, uplifting chords and driving bass last with me all day. Make sure you’re listening to something that pulls you up… not down. The effect of music upon the brain

is something we will discuss down the road – stay tuned. Also, if music is not available, any high frequency sound chords can work. Birds chirping, wind chimes, ect – all help awaken and sooth the mind. 6. Food Start your morning off with a full glass of water before you eat anything else – This is essential. Toxins have been ejected from tissue and line your throat and mouth (thus, morning-breath) and the last thing you want to do is to allow them to adhere to your breakfast. Drink a full glass of water –and give it ten minutes. If you have an empty stomach, the toxins will be flushed down, and pass out with your urine, with no food to absorb them. Ten minutes later, you may eat your breakfast. The subject of a healthy 6

breakfast is obviously a lengthy subject, but I’ll be brief – DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST. They’re not lying when they say it’s the most important meal of the day. Your body has been starved for eight hours or more, and breakfast is crucial. Breakfast jumpstarts your metabolism, ends your body’s “hoarding mode” from the night, and will actually help you lose weight and stay lean if you chose the proper foods. Make sure you eat some fruit, some protein, and some carbs. My typical weekend breakfast consists of an orange and three scrambled eggs… very basic, but quite healthy. If you’re eating loads of sugary cereal, or worse, doughnuts for breakfast, you need to go do some basic research online on how to eat healthy. You could be lean and good looking, but lack energy, and your

arteries may be 90% blocked – as a result of your diet. 7. Cold shower Take a cold shower. Yes, freezing cold is unbearable. You don’t have to do it that way. Start it off hot… like me. Then, after you’re medium-toasty (not well-toasty... it will make you more tired), put it on cold for as long as you can take it. Then, put it on hot for a minute… then cold for a minute. Repeat the hot-cold cycle a few times – this will not only wake you up fast, but it will expand and contract your pores to force out toxins and oils from the night. End the shower with a cold rinse – you want to be cold when you step out… it’s critical, as it will raise your metabolism, and keep it there. Try the cold shower thing for a week – you’ll notice a difference. A long, hot

shower depresses your physiological systems and makes you want to go back to bed. A cold, invigorating shower will wake you up – fast. Try it. 8. Make Your Bed This doesn’t serve as much of a purpose for in the morning, as it does for in the evening. I’ll explain how it works from my situation. I wake up. I do my morning routine. I (in this example) do not make my bed. I leave. I work all day, and at the end of the day, I think of all the projects that I am going to work on when I get home. However, when I get home into my room, I suddenly feel tired… there’s something drawing me to my bed. The covers are thrown back – like a great, yawning mouth of gaping comfort… calling 7

for me to dive in after a long day at work. So I do – I jump in, cover up, get all toasty, and sleep away half of my evening – only to go to bed again a few hours later. Leaving your bed unmade kills your motivation. Not only does it appear messy, which drains your energy in its own right, but it also invites you back in repeatedly, when you usually cannot afford to. So, make your bed. You’ll notice you get more things done in the evening. 9. Time Savers There are several small, simple things you can do to save time in the morning. For one, if you check your computer in the morning (MySpace, Facebook, email, stocks, weather, ect), then try this. Rather than shutting down your computer at night, put it in standby. You will save a few minutes

over turning it on, and it won’t use any more electricity. If it takes your computer four minutes to boot up, multiplied over a year, that is over 24 hours! An entire day you would save if you followed the routine everyday. Another rather obvious tip is to put all your “to-go” items in one spot. Put your phone, wallet (or purse), watch, rings, notepad, ID badge, car keys, ect; all on the same part of the counter, or in a bowl perhaps. It will save you time searching for everything. Additionally, whatever time you are waking up now, wake up ten minutes earlier. It makes a world of difference in the morning. If you can get over the “I could sleep for ten more minutes” thinking, you will reap amazing benefits. Ten minutes can take a lot of the edge off of your morning, allowing you to take your time as you go about

your routine. It can save you money as well. I can tell you in my case that if I leave a few minutes early, rather than driving 80 MPH to make it to work on time, I can drive 65-70 MPH, which, due to exponential drag and air resistance, is optimum gas mileage speed for my car, and saves me a few bucks each week in gas. 10. 9 Chapter 2 Know Yourself How Can You Know Yourself? Most every self-help courses start with the idea that you must know yourself before you can know what you are going to do and how you will act with others. Even he Bible tells us to "Know thyself." before you can know God. Even though most people would claim they know who they are, in reality they don't. People may have a general idea of what they like or

want or may even have some sort of direction; but they don't pursue what really makes them function as they do. Why do you react the way you do? What makes you get angry or happy? Most people can't begin to answer these questions about themselves. This is why some people require long term therapy with an analyst to help solve their problems. Psychiatrist can detect the complexities of people much better than the individuals themselves. They realize the layers of entrenched beliefs within the human mind must be approached with caution and restraint. Common people do not evaluate the physiological side of someone else, because they could not detect abnormal traits without proper training. Even if they tried it would still take a trained professional to make a valid

evaluation. Any evaluation of a person would differ from person to person. Certainly your evaluation of yourself would be strikingly different than any persons' evaluation of you. You would tend to be harder in your assessment of yourself than someone else. Why? Because you know what your expectations are, and if you are living up to them. Only you would know what you believe in and how you would react to different stimuli. Another person's evaluation would be based on their own value system and their perception of how it should be structured. We see ourselves and the world from the inside out, others see us from the outside in. They see a projection of us, like an actor in a play. Remember the saying, "the world is a stage and we are only actors," well it's true. You

project what you believe to be appropriate for the particular situation. That is why it is called "action" because you become engaged as the actor in the 10 act. Because your actions are determined by your associations and experiences. How past encounters are interpreted will establish precedence for how it effects you in the future. No two individuals will make the same judgments and have the same reactions to a given situation. Just like everyone looks different and sounds different they also see the world from a slightly different angle, color and emotion. For a person to know him/herself is to have self assurance, but then, everyone harbors some fears and doubts that they don't know about. You can set down and self-evaluate yourself, but your examination would

be bias and would never be true in the eyes of someone else. Their examination of you would always be tainted by their own self serving eccentrics. You can only make a determination of how you are going to accept or reject any particular person or thing, but not why you made the assessment. True assessments come from a mixture of previous determinations. These are accounted as values and morals which are driven by your individual, social, financial, physical, interaction, and religious considerations. These differences are what makes you an individual. The fact is, you can know what you want but never totally why you want it. The most valuable contribution you can make to yourself is in the quality of your relationships with others. Be truthful, faithful, and diligent

in all that you do. Honesty, and forthrightness, comes as a result of your doing the right thing. So, don't worry who you are but rather concentrate on how you are. Develop a positive attitude No one is guaranteed to live life in a rose garden. You are bombarded daily with stressful and negative events that there is no getting around. At times life really stinks but you still have to face the relationships, jobs, financial matters, physical fitness, religion which all pose questions and all present challenges. Each phase of life will present complexities unique to that particular period in your life. How is your inner self contending with all the complexities you face on a daily bases? You will never be completely free from challenges but by knowing yourself you can face adversities with

11 confidence. Each life event can be met with the assurance that you can and will triumph. It is important that in the face of adversity that you are collected and maintain a positive attitude. Anything can be overcome by a person who knows what his/her limits are and with the right attitude. It is attitude, without a doubt, that is the one most important things you possess, and guess what, you are in control of it. It's up to you how you greet the world and everyone in it. Positive is met with positive, and your positive attitude will reflect a winning personality. Let’s face it, success and failure are the same, only on opposite sides of the rule. It’s the law of cause and effect. If effects are to be changed, the cause must be altered. It’s the

law, nothing personal, it’s the same for everyone. Source: Free Articles

12 Chapter 3 Be Positively Passionate True passion is one of the most powerful feelings one may feel in their lifetime. One can become so passionate about something that they feel they would die for it (and sometimes do.) It may be one of the most powerful of all human emotions. Passion can be harnessed for good, or for evil. It is when people harness their passions in positive ways that the world is shaped in a beautiful way. These people are not lazy, unambitious, unmotivated, depressed bags of flesh that mope about all day wallowing in self-pity. They are alive,

energetic, proactive and dynamic beings who have come to fully realize the divine potential within their own mind, body, life and soul. As you'll learn in many of our products, the people that you surround yourself with have a huge impact on your mind, and thus your life. Takes risks The positively passionate person takes risks when appropriate - knowing that risks are the only way to grow. Unless they risk something, even if very small, they will not grow. They realize they must step outside of their comfortable current conditions in order to achieve anything. They take wise, informed risks in order to achieve what they desire. Assertive The positively passionate person is assertive in all decisions. They are intuitive, use good judgment, and make good decisions fast. When

They decide what they want, how they will get it, and then focus on it with all their power until they make it happen. They only allow things to enter their life that will help them achieve what they have set out to do - they develop powerful paradigms and mental filters that only accept positive thoughts in order to bring them closer to their goals.

14 Creative The positively passionate person cultivates and utilizes their inner creativity. They create ways to reach their goals and to overcome obstacles placed in their path. They strive for innovation and for new, better, easier ways to do things. They use the power of their mind and their subconscious to show them the way. They utilize techniques such as those taught by our company to find inventive ways to crystallize their dreams. Self-Evolved The positively passionate person is self-evolved. They are self-confident, introspective, self-guided, and self-reliant. They have learned how to rely

on themselves through the good and the bad. They are the reason that they are where they are, and that they are who they are. They use the lessons of the past to their advantage, and learn from every mistake. They examine their own mind and soul regularly, and learn to understand and control their every thought, feeling, and action. They know where they have been, and they know where they are going. If they do not like something, they change it. They continuously strive to move along the path to their dreams, and fully realize that they are the only vehicle that will take them there. Mastery of subconscious The positively passionate person has mastered their own subconscious mind. They realize that every thought and thus every action is a result of

what has been put into their mind. They have a powerful, positive belief system and mental filters that allow them to recognize positive things in the world around them that they can use to reach their goals. They have positive habits and a positive self image, and everything produced by their mind conforms to their positive beliefs. They take on the rightful duty of programming their own mind - of eliminating negative programming, and positively affirming and regularly reaffirming every desirable aspect of their 15 own being. They use mental tools and techniques, such as those we offer, to program their mind to receive exactly what they want out of life. You'll know a positively passionate person when you see one. They are the

ones that stick out above the rest - the successful ones the happy ones. When you become passionate about something positive and follow it... when you harness your own thoughts to get there... when you master your own mind - you become happy. Negative thoughts cannot dwell in a mind that has no place for them. Being passionate about doing something positive in the world and taking action to make it happen will not only bring happiness in your life, it can also bring happiness to those you help. We have the tools to allow you to get whatever you want out of life. You have the power to live your dreams. Let us help you along the way. Source: Free Articles

Chapter 4 Meditation is a Quiet Revolution For over 30 years, I have been meditating. For almost as many years, in workshops, consultations, friendly conversations, and writing, I have been encouraging, teaching, or leading people to meditate and create quiet times. During this time, the world has changed considerably, and so have I. My most important learning is: everyone is different. Certainly there are commonalities in meditating, but each individual is unique. I consider that meditation is one of the most empowering practices that anyone can engage in. A "quiet revolution" is an oxymoron, of course. Meditation is generally a private, quiet practice. In North America its acceptance has changed dramatically over the last several years, although it is still not universally

accepted. As with most revolutions, an underground is established before, during, and after the outward manifestations of the awakening. In this culture which I know, more and more individuals are speaking and writing about their meditation practice. Meditating in groups is also common and very powerful, and yet each meditator still has a unique, quiet, private experience. In the workplace, meditation is rarely practiced openly, nor is it discussed, except in safe, small groups or among friends. When I was a frequent workshop presenter, I had many participants speak to me privately in hushed tones at break times to confess that they meditate. The voices may not be as hushed these days, but still there is a quietness, even a silence, about the practice in many settings.

I am comfortable with the variety of words used to describe meditation. My own purpose for meditation is to connect with the Divine and be replenished by the Source. Some speak about mystical experiences and higher consciousness, while others are more comfortable talking about relaxation, calmness, and resilience. Heightened awareness, intuition, imagery, and vision are frequently used to describe experiences of meditation. I find that helping others to express their own meditation 17 experiences is a powerful process for them, even when the words do not flow smoothly. Long-time meditators can find other long-time mediators easily. Meditators give off signals or vibrations that are calmer and more aligned with self than

those who do not meditate or do not have a meditativetype practice that taps into higher consciousness. Gardening, yoga, certain athletic activities, and regular relaxation can achieve the same soothing signals when practiced in ways that achieve harmony with self. No matter how or where you meditate, you must make a choice to meditate and practice it regularly in order to benefit fully. Full benefits come with regular practice over a period of time. Meditating only when stressed may certainly be beneficial in the immediate situation, but the long-term benefits of a regular practice include general well-being, health, a strong immune system, longevity, clarity of thought, and balance. Meditation is sometimes associated with certain religions. Meditation can be practiced in any and all religions, but the two are not synonymous. In my

work, I keep meditation distinct from religion; if my clients choose to join the two, that is fine. Those with strong religious beliefs gravitate to the types of meditation that fit their beliefs. Wikipedia has a comprehensive listing of meditation methods. Regardless of the chosen method, the benefits of regular meditation, over time, are as varied as the individuals who meditate. It is quite common for long-time meditators to acknowledge they benefit physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Recently I received an email message from a long-time meditator in India talking about her meditation experiences. It was a delight to read. It became clear to me that she has integrated the same elements that I encourage people to discover and use.

She uses her breath to relax. She has several processes to handle mind chatter and stress so that she is not disturbed by them in her meditation. She has two different "focal points" for her attention. One is a visual focus, a traditional Indian lamp, which she visualizes as divine light that lightens 18 her heart. Another focal point is one of the most famous mantras, Om, which she chants repeatedly, finding that it takes only a brief time to achieve the state of consciousness that is her purpose for meditation. And she has a regular practice. Her message was a beautiful summary of what many long-term meditators might report. While working with both new and long-time meditators, I have discovered that the most difficult aspect of meditation is to practice it

regularly. All the elements of meditation are easy to understand, but to sit and do it challenges many new meditators. If you have not meditated before, it may seem mysterious. However, meditation is simple. I recommend a maximum of twenty minutes for new meditators. Here are the elements: • Arrange time when you will not be disturbed; • Sit in a comfortable position and relax; • Close your eyes, unless you prefer an open-eye meditation; • Breathe intentionally for a few breaths; • Choose a focal point, such as music, a chant, a pleasing image, a guiding voice; • Stay with the focal point; if your mind wanders, gently return to the focal point;

• Bring the meditation to a close and return to your activities, refreshed. If this is your first time meditating, you may feel that "nothing is happening" during the first few times you sit to meditate. That is a common sensation. At the end of your chosen meditation time, simply get up and continue with your day. The benefits are cumulative, which is why I advocate a regular practice. If you want to meditate, yet are not meditating or are not meditating as frequently as you want, please be gentle with yourself. While it is true that only you can sit down and do it, you can also find ways to make it more appealing. In order to have a meditation practice, you must practice meditation. Above all else, follow your heart and trust your own inner guidance.

19 What about you? Do you want to be part of this quiet revolution? Are you already part of the revolution but wanting to meditate more regularly? If so, meditate one session at a time until it becomes a natural part of your life. Source: Free Articles Copyright Š 2007 Marshall House

20 Chapter 5 The 5 Step Personal Development Plan Personal development has become increasingly popular in today's busy world for everything from career improvement and weight loss to public speaking. While the methods and tools used to achieve the desired personal development outcome may vary from high priced seminars to

moderately priced books, there are a number of simple steps that can be used to get you started on the right path to reach your own personal development goal, such as: 1) Identify the Cause A good starting point with personal development is to look at how you got to where you are right now. For example, if your area of personal development relates to weight loss then look at what lifestyle factors contributed to your weight problem to start with. Write down everything you can think of that contributed to the problem and then analyze how you can modify each factor to get the result you desire. 2) Goal Setting It is essential to have a clear goal in mind to achieve your own particular personal development requirements. Ask yourself exactly what it is that you

wish to achieve and the more refined and clear your goal the more chance you will have of successfully attaining it. 3) Make a Plan Once you have decided on your goal then formulate a plan that details the steps you will take to reach your goal. Use the details you uncovered when identifying the cause of the problem and expand on these to incorporate as much detail as possible on how you can achieve your personal development goal. 4) Focus and Commitment Once you know your goal and have designed your plan you then need to focus on your goal and commit to the plan you have designed. Set aside a 21

certain amount of time each day to work on your plan and do not allow general daily chores to distract you from what you need to do. Once you have become accustomed to working on your plan each day it will become a habit and therefore easier over time to stick too. 5) Look for Inspiration It will be of great benefit to look for inspiration from others that have overcome the same personal development challenge as your own. This can be in the form of books, seminars, courses or even a person from your local community that you may be able to contact to get some tips or advice. Personal development is about identifying areas of your life that you wish to change for the better and having an attitude of continual selfimprovement. No matter which area of your life you intend to improve by

following the steps outlined above and committing to the plan you can be assured of achieving your goals and in doing so gain more confidence to not only achieve other personal development goals but do it quicker and easier each time. Source: Free Articles

22 Chapter 6 Using Positive Affirmations to Achieve Success Although people do not always realize it, they can often be limited in what they can achieve by mental boundaries. These mental boundaries can in turn be overcome by positive affirmations and affirmation enhancement. When a person is mentally limited, they may find that they are unable to

complete a task or goal that they are aiming for. Whether this is career progression, overcoming money problems or even passing a driving test; being able to understand and achieve your full potential can be difficult. Very few people manage to achieve exactly what they want to in life. Those that manage to achieve everything that they want to tend to be good at entering into a dialogue with their sub-conscious and they also tend to be open-minded as far as their perception of the potential for humanachievement goes. Positive affirmations help people achieve what they want to, and live a more fulfilling life; those that are able to free their mind to the potential for physiological modeling often manage to achieve much more than those who are skeptical from the outset.

While some people may decide that they wish to achieve financial success, others may wish to find love, or re-unite with their family for example. The truth is that everyone has the power within, and the ability to absorb enough power, to achieve their absolute full potential – through using the process of affirmation enhancement coupled with daily affirmation you can achieve exactly what you have set as your goals. While goal setting is important, you should not lose sight of how you enjoy yourself on a daily basis. That is why, with experience, you may start to use your daily affirmations as a means of ensuring that you are able to enjoy yourself on a day-to-day basis, as well as achieving strategic happiness. As people realize, our goals can often change. One day we may wish that

we were able to play an instrument for example, and then as we start to learn how to play it, the fun associated with it can often disappear. This is an example of a gateway to happiness, rather than happiness itself. For example, you may wish to learn to drive; however you only want to be able 23 to drive so that you can work in your dream job that deems that you need a driver’s license. The driver’s license is a gateway, and in fact so is the job – everyone makes goals which they set as a means of achieving happiness. Which begs the question: can you merely affirm towards happiness, rather than the means of getting you there? The answer is no. Through merely aiming towards your end goal of happiness, rather than the strategy to get you there, you will lose focus on

what you enjoy, as well as the trial and tribulation involved in finding true happiness. While happiness is subjective, using affirmations as a means to get there can be the best solution for those with an open mind. Source: Free Articles

24 Chapter 7 Discover Secrets Of Acquiring Self Confidence Self-confidence is one attribute every person should have in order for him or her to assert himself or herself. Many kids and even adults suffer from lack of confidence. There are people who lack the ability to make strong decisions in life. Others are unsociable and are almost left alone often, while still others are

too reliant on outside opinions and lose the independence of decision making. All these result from a lack of self-confidence. That is why some parents of children who are exhibiting signs of lack of confidence are taking the problem very seriously. They immediately send the child to a therapy or to a behavioral treatment program. Self-confidence is a really important for everyone, and lacking it should be treated as a serious problem. A person's future and career certainly depends on whether that person has trait of selfconfidence in how they present themselves and solve problems. Starting to build self-confidence: People are not born with self-confidence. That trait is developed as a person learns more about the world from infancy to childhood to adulthood.

Remember, without confidence, you would not have been able to learn how to walk, talk or do other necessary activities. People with good self-confidence are those who have a belief that everything in life is achievable if there is proper motivation. Usually, these people are those with positive and cheerful disposition in life. Some observations also indicate that those lacking selfconfidence are usually those who have experienced sad or traumatic events in the past. A dysfunctional family life in childhood can fail to provide the modeling needed for a child to emulate. A simple disappointment can be considered a major event in a child's life, especially if the ill feelings that came along it were not properly addressed. 25

Thus, simple embarrassment can be a major and serious cause of lack of self-confidence in a person. Shame can easily develop. To start building up self-confidence, it is advised that the person gain and have a positive outlook about life. He should be cheerful and fun-loving and must have a good outlook. Tips on gaining self-confidence: Through the years, behaviorists and experts have been sharing some basic and helpful secrets that surely and effectively help people gain and develop self-confidence. Here are some of those simple tips: Just feel good. People with confidence are usually those who feel good about themselves. If you feel good about yourself, confidence is a natural occurrence. It makes it easy to talk the talk and walk the walk.

If you find it hard to feel good, there is a simple tip to help you out. Think of good and fun memories, think of a fun activity, or think of a person who really makes you feel happy. Redirect your thinking and use some positive self talk, Some experts advise that thinking of a favorite celebrity or an idol could also help build good confidence and disposition. Overcome self-consciousness. The most potent factor in sustaining lack of selfconfidence and staying stuck is self-consciousness. Why do people not feel good about themselves? Because they think they are inferior to other people. When people think they are ugly or are less desirable, they start opting to withdraw. When we judge others with our own yardstick we often come up short. Why? Because we are our own harshest critic.

Another tip is to think of other people and how they get things done, then motivate yourself to doing the same. If you want to be a millionaire do what millionaires do. Keeping busy and productive helps. Remember, idle minds are the workshops of the devil. If you are too bored because you don't have much 26 to do, chances are that you would start noticing yourself and then develop a sense of self-pity and affliction. Don't criticize yourself. Criticisms surely are constructive, but often when they come from yourself, they have adverse effects. Self-criticism could lead to too much focus on self and eventually, to the feeling of inferiority, which could lead ultimately to lack of self-confidence.

Lastly, the most effective secret to building up a firm self-confidence is a belief in self, and motivation to succeed. If you keep on comparing yourself to others, you would certainly end up feeling less confident, so stop the habit and focus on the things you can accomplish, and then just do it. 27 Chapter 8 Do Not Be Afraid To Ask For Help! I used to keep problems to myself. I never want to ask for help. This is because I feel that if I ask for help, it will reflect badly on my capability to deal with personal problems. In other words, I was too proud to ask for help.

For example, if all my peers know how to swim very well and I have difficulty learning to swim, I will be too proud to ask them to share and teach me how to swim well. I am afraid that they will laugh at my inability to swim. Another reason that I never want to ask for help is that I do not feel secure sharing my personal problems with people. I feel that if I share my personal problems with people, they think that I am a problematic person. For example, I do not dare to share with people that I worry a lot. I feel that if I shared with people about my anxieties and worries, people will look at me strange eyes because I am different from them. And they may outcast me. But after sharing with people, I find that actually all people suffer from

anxieties and worries at one time or other. It is normal for everyone. And they are able to offer suggestions on how to deal with anxieties and worries because they have been through it before. Imagine if I keep these problems to myself, I may end up depressed because I feel that I am helpless in solving my problems. This vicious cycle may cause further damage in my life. For example, if I did not share with people that I worry a lot, then I will keep thinking that I am the weird one with such a problem. Due to lack of experience in dealing with worries, I am unable to manage them well. My worries will make me feel insecure and depressed that I am not able to function properly as a normal human being. I may resort to getting drunk or taking drugs to escape from this painful feeling. In short, more damage will

be done. 28 It is normal for people to have problems too big for them to solve alone. It is normal for such people to ask for help. Talk to people around you, especially old people. You will find that they have asked other people for help at some points of their lives. What I am trying to highlight is that any problems that you have encountered is nothing new. History of human civilization is already so long. This means that there is definitely someone else that has encountered the same problems as you. This implies that there are ready solutions to your problems. All you have to do is to change your mindset and ask for help! The idea that I would like to share with you:

29 Chapter 9 Living with an Attitude of Gratitude Creating an attitude of gratitude is one of the easiest steps we can take to improve our lives. The happiness that we create for ourselves by showing our appreciation has far-reaching effects, both for ourselves and for those

we come into contact with. The potential for gratitude to spread beyond those people also increases significantly – it can be highly contagious. There are so many different ways that we can express an attitude of gratitude. Here are just a few: Say “thank you”. This is the most basic and well-known way to show appreciation to others. Saying “thank you” is a great way to express your gratitude and can be done in several different forms. You can say it in person, over the phone, in a note, or in an email. Using this when it’s least expected can have significant results in lifting someone’s spirits. For example, a quick note to your child’s teacher thanking her for her hard work and patience might give her the boost of energy that she needs right when

she needs it most. You may never know what effect this has had on her, but it will have an effect. Stop complaining about your life. Even as tough as life can be sometimes, remember that there is always someone that has things worse than you do. Constant complaining about what is wrong in your life will keep you focused on that. The opposite is true as well – focusing on what is right in your life will keep you focused on that. Focusing on the negative will bring you down while focusing on the positive will lift you up. Focus on what you have, not what you don’t have. This is very closely related to not complaining about your life. Being grateful for what you do have keeps you in a positive place, whereas focusing on what you don’t have keeps you in a negative place. Focusing on what you do have,

regardless of how little or how much that may be, is a great expression of gratitude. Model your attitude. Modeling your attitude of gratitude is a great way to spread it to others. We’ve all heard the Golden Rule to “treat others the way you want to be treated. Showing your appreciation to others shows 30 them that you like to be treated this way too. An attitude of gratitude can be quite infectious! Be satisfied with simple things and be mindful of little things. Being grateful for the little things in our lives is just as important (if not, more so) than being grateful for the big things. Our lives are filled with little things every day that we can be grateful for. What about that front row parking spot you

found when you were running late? Or the beautiful weather outside? How about the store clerk that went out of her way to help you? This may take a little practice, but there are many little things throughout the day that we can be grateful for if we take the time to notice them. Give to someone else. This is the best way to spread your gratitude of attitude. There are so many different ways to give to someone else. You could volunteer your time to help those less fortunate or give you time to children by mentoring them. The possibilities are endless but could make a huge difference in someone’s life without you evening knowing it. If they in turn give to someone else, the cycle could continue without end. Keep a gratitude journal. Let’s just be honest here: there are some days

when it is hard to find anything to be grateful for. Keeping a gratitude journal can help with that. There are preprinted journals so you can just fill in the blanks or you can make your own. The important thing is to find at least 5 things each day to be grateful for, no matter how big or small those things are. A gratitude journal can serve two purposes: it will help you stop and remember what you are grateful for or it can serve as inspiration on days when you find it difficult to find anything to be grateful for by reading over past days. Practice random acts of kindness. This can be one of the most fun and rewarding ways to live a life of gratitude, especially when it’s done anonymously. Surprise someone with something unexpected. You may

never know what it meant to them but it will likely make their day. Try putting a note in your child’s lunch or bringing treats to the office to share. Even a small gesture can mean so much to someone. Living a life of gratitude is one of the easiest ways to live a happier life. It takes very little effort to show someone you appreciate them but will mean 31 so much to them. There are so many ways to make gratitude a part of our life and to spread that attitude to others. Make today the day you start living a life of gratitude and spread your light to the rest of the world! Source: Free Articles

32 Chapter 10 Extend Your Philanthropy Past Money

Do Not Burden Your Children with Unearned Wealth While you want to give your money away, you want to give it to people and causes that will truly benefit from it. Unearned wealth can be a tremendous burden and stunt the growth and spiritual development of those who receive it. Wealth is earned by creating and giving value. Make sure your children learn this lesson. Have Fun! Be sure to have as much fun giving your money away as you did earning it! Helping other people can be hard work, but hard work can be some of the most fun you have. Enjoy the process. Find projects and opportunities that jazz you and wow your soul. The Law of Tithing

Tithing is the common denominator of the truly wealthy! The law of tithing is simple. It will change your life. It is one of the most important principles you will ever learn. Give away 10 percent of all your increase! It is as simple as that. If you make $100, give away $10. 3 Chapter 1: Why Personal Motivation is The Key To Success When it comes to success, a person needs to be able to achieve personal motivation. Personal motivation is what drives us internally and externally to succeed in what ever we want to succeed in. Without personal motivation, we wouldn't be able to accomplish anything.

Personal motivation can be motivation to do just about anything. It can be motivation to lose weight, or to complete a task at the workplace, or to do something that you have put on the back burner for a while. A person can also be motivated to stop doing things such as using drugs, drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes. So how do we gain personal motivation? The first thing we need to do is set goals for ourselves. These goals have to be realistic goals and they have to be a possible gain. We tend to set our goals too high and then fail. This is just a step backward in the personal motivation search. Goals are of utmost importance in gaining personal motivation. They give us the push we need to get the job done. It is a good idea to write down your goals. This makes it easier to see them on

a daily basis and be reminded of what you are reaching for. Another great strategy is to write up a contract between you and yourself and state the goals in it. Then sign and date the contract. You might even put a deadline for the goals to be met. It is just another way of pushing ourselves into doing something we want. We also need to look at the objectives. The objectives are going to be what it will take to get us to our goals. Be specific with your objectives. It is a good idea to have your objectives measure what and when the goals need to be done. For instance, an objective might be like this: I will lose 10 pounds in 1 months time. After our goals have been set and we know exactly what our expectations of ourselves are, then it is time to go to the next step. The next phase to personal

motivation is making a commitment to keep after these goals until they are met. Keep pushing on, and then maybe even raising our standards higher. 4 Never look back on past failures. This really does nothing for our self-esteem. It will only set you back to dwell on the mistakes you have made in the past. Now then, you can learn from your mistakes, just don't keep looking back at them. Rewarding ourselves when we do meet our goals is very important in this process, as well. We need a pat on the back for hard work and effort. Personal motivation can be achieved if goals and objectives are set and a commitment is made to keep them. Source: Free Articles

5 Chapter 2: How to Discover the Champion in You and Achieve Your Goals Have you ever felt like your back was against the wall? You didn't know what to do? Everyone goes through periods when they feel pressured. Why do some people succeed when their back is against the wall, while others fold? There are many examples of how people perform when they are backed against a wall. Consider how Tim Tebow, quarterback of the Denver Broncos, has been highly criticized regarding his skills as a NFL quarterback. Many have indicated that he should not be a quarterback in the NFL, and that he could not deliver, Tim Tebow found himself with his back against a wall on

January 7, while playing in an AFC Wild Card game against the highly favored, Pittsburgh Steelers. How did Tim Tebow fare against the Pittsburgh Steelers? What did Tebow do? In the overtime meeting of these two teams from his first play, Tim Tebow threw an 80-yard touchdown, ending the game. Denver upset Pittsburgh, and won the game. How do you respond when your back is against the wall? Do you drown yourself in self-pity? Negativity won't help. This is the time to give it your all and never stop believing in your ability to reach your desired outcome. Do you recall Game Six of the World Series in October 2011? It was the bottom of the 9th inning: two outs, two strikes. The Cardinals were playing the Texas Rangers. The season was almost over, and Texas was about to walk

away with the World Series Championship ring. What could they do with their back against the wall? David Freese, a hometown guy, hit a walk off homerun and the Cardinals won. The Cardinals ultimately went to game seven and beat the Texas Rangers and became World Series Champions. When you are down to the last plays of the fourth quarter in situations in your life, what do you do? 6 Perhaps it is the last test in the semester and you need to earn an "A" to pass the class. It could be the end of the quarter and you need to close deals to meet your quota. It could be a deadline you need to meet at work. Remember the fourth quarter of Super Bowl XLII. The New England Patriots

were highly favored to win over the New York Giants. However, Eli Manning's pass to David Tyree in the final two minutes of Super Bowl XLII was a defining catch. With this catch, David Tyree leaped and pressed the ball against his helmet making a catch so spectacular that it has become known as "The Helmet Catch." This play was key in the Giants' 17-14 upset victory over the New England Patriots. How unlikely, for David Tyree to be a hero in this game. During the 2007 season, David Tyree was a rare target for Eli Manning catching only four passes and no receptions for touchdowns. However, he is remembered as the player who caught the Giants' famous Helmet Catch. These are all examples of how champions respond when their backs are against the wall, but what makes them different from you and me?

Nothing. There is no difference. Athletes train and dream for the time when they will have their moment to hit the winning homerun like David Freese, to throw the winning touchdown like Tim Tebow, or make a sensational catch like David Tyree in the Super Bowl. This is what they live for. This is what they practice for. When you feel pressured and are not reaching your goals, try these four steps to discover the Champion in you: (1) Dig Deep and Remain Committed (2) Reexamine Your Goals (3) Visualize Your Desired Outcome and (4) Keep Believing in You. You have to dig deep and think like a champion. Everyone has some champion qualities in them. However, during challenging times, you have to dig deep, work harder and commit to staying focused on your goals. It is your

level of commitment that ultimately distinguishes whether you accomplish your goals or give up. It is your level of resilience that allows you to say "I can" rather than "I cannot." Always keep your goals in sight. This is the ability to say "I will keep preparing," and "I will continue to perfect my skills even though I may not be 7 reaching my goals today." This level of commitment will allow you to be ready when your opportunity comes. The next time you feel like your back is against a wall and you aren't reaching your goals, think about how champions respond. Know that you can be a champion, and that there is a winner in you. My prescription to discover the champion in you is to Keep Believing in You. Start today, saying "YES" to the Champion in you!

8 Chapter 3: Dream Big Shoot for the Moon Why not dream? Why not have outrageous goals? Why do we limit ourselves? There is nothing to be afraid of. If you set your sights on a lofty goal and really commit to it, you guarantee yourself a measure of success. It's as simple as that! What is the worse that could happen, you fall short of the true goal but get close? In any case you have made progress. I can make an argument that if you set a low, easy to achieve goal, while it has nice benefits in building` confidence, and make it, that you would probably

make more progress shooting for a higher goal and not making it. Break the Mold Don't let the culture limit your existence. You can still make it, the people who are achieving their dreams (or importantly what you perceive to be their dream!) are just like you. The difference is they have acted and commited to the goal. I can not emphasis enough the need to act, to take steps in the direction of the goal you have. Do not get boxed in by your personal situation, such as age or weight, economic status, lack of contacts etc. etc. There are countless people who have overcome the odds that our culture puts on us. (First off ditch the most common mind set that you're too old to be doing that! You are never too old to do anything, so stop convincing yourself otherwise) LIVE YOUR LIFE

Each of us have met people with a passion or purpose. They seem more alive than most people! They are engaging and pumped up! (some of us say they are nuts or crazy but that is just a manifestation of jealousy) Whether they achieve their dream or not is beside the point; it's the damn journey that counts. I know it sounds like a cliche but if you get down to it, it's the pursuit of whatever interest you may have that counts. It does not matter what you do as long as you enjoy the activity and improve at it. 9 Instead of watching others attempt, grow and succeed in their life's pursuits, get off the couch and start participating. No more excuses, no more delays, there is never a better time to get moving than today. Don't be a bystander in your own life. Start doing the things that improve your

life and that interest you. Š Daniel Petrosini

10 Chapter 4: 15 Questions to Boost Your Confidence into Action Today! Have you ever had a great idea, but you stopped before you even started? Maybe you thought you weren't good enough, or that it was never going to work out, or that you didn't have the means to do it, or you feared that everybody would think you were crazy? Or you wished you were braver? The problem is that if we procrastinate, ignore, or stop the flow of our divine guidance long enough, eventually our creativity dries up.

Last week a client told me that she feared she'd loose her talent to create art. She said, "I keep waiting until I am in the mood to start painting, but somehow it never happens, and maybe it never will." Her honesty was admirable, and we all recognize ourselves in her. We allow our minds to talk us out of taking action, and we stifle our playful self with all kinds of reasons before we allow our inspiration to flow. The first step to tap into your creative juices is to take action, and then you'll get in the mood, not the other way around. It's like Leonardo da Vinci said: "I have been impressed with the urgency of doing. Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Being willing is not enough; we must do." True self-confidence doesn't come from a serious ego but from the Soul, who is playful and connected to your true source of genius. So let's play!

Here's a playful approach to let go of excuses by connecting you to your playful self. Take a moment, write the answers down, and have fun. It really takes the seriousness away. 15 Questions to Boost Your Confidence into Action Today: 1. Describe your perfect day. 11 2. What single experience has transformed you, and why? 3. What would you do if you were braver? 4. If you had 60 seconds to share the most important lesson learned, what would it be? 5.

What are your 5 favorite activities? 6. What's one thing you experienced that blew your mind? 7. Have you ever ignored your gut feelings and then wished you hadn't? Why didn't you listen? 8. How do you drive yourself crazy? 9. What invitation will you get out of bed for at night? 10. What is the best compliment someone can give you? 11. Describe the best meal you've ever had? 12. What do you say to your friend who has lost his/her job? 13. What is something amazing about you that nobody knows? 14. What one eye-opening experience should everyone have?

15. What would make you super-proud if you accomplished it? Š Saskia Roell

12 Chapter 5: I am so happy that I am still not satisfied "I am so happy that I am still not satisfied" This is the feeling which will reveal the Best within you. Try to understand the philosophy behind it, the feeling of being happy because you still not satisfied and want to do something new something outstanding. This will lead to add quality in your life and will make your life the big reason to celebrate. Satisfaction and Happiness are the two different things together. It is not necessary that you can only be happy when you are satisfied, it's a myth.

Satisfaction doesn't bring happiness it's the success in life which brings happiness. The moment you get satisfied with what you are, where you are, your progress will stop right there and will not make you successful because success need that unsatisfied feeling of being not successful in life. "I am so Happy that I am still not Satisfied" This is the comment of World's Best batsman Sachin Tendulkar on making the biggest record in Cricket History then, scoring double tone in One Day Inning cricket match. His popularity, achievements are beyond this world. "My Best work is always the Next one which I am going to do now" This is the comment of world Famous Bollywood Actor Shah Rukh Khan after each Blockbuster release, when asked about his best work. The stardom of Him is divine and Beyond the limits.

"Man needs his difficulties because they are necessary for success."This is the saying of Ex President of India Dr. APG Abdul Kalam. All these people and few more are beyond this world because they have understand this secrete and achieved outstandingly larger than Life things in their lives. There is no comparison of these Great Persons in this World. The one common thing is there in all of them and that is, they are so happy that they are still not satisfied. So Friends whenever you get angry, when things don't work in your favor don't disturb and keep that fire alive within you. That Fire within you will make you Successful in life. The Life's sole purpose is to feel good and nothing else. What we have to do is to make our Dreams and chase our dreams make them

our reality. It will be the best way to live our life. The One thing I want to 13 mention here is that when you don't have your own dream you will work for someone else's. Be Happy when you are not satisfied because it will find out the Best within you. Š TheSky

14 Chapter 6: Who Says I Can't Run Faster Than Your Horse? You Don't Know That All too often individuals in our society are underestimated. Often society tells the individual they can't do this, that, or the other thing. But how would the

society know? Is there really that much knowledge of the ability of an individual person in the wisdom of the crowd? I would submit to you that the answer is no. Now, some might say that there is no way that human can run faster than a horse. But that may not exactly be true, there are Olympic athletes who can out-sprint a horse in a short distance, at least certain types of horses. Therefore, if someone says that an individual can't run as fast as their horse, they are making a blanket statement for which they could be wrong. They are making too many assumptions. Further, I would submit to you, that a superstar competitor, can do almost anything they will their body and mind to do, they can beat the odds, overcome obstacles and challenges, and become

victorious. Those who underestimate the strongest willed people and individuals do so to their own peril and folly. How would I know this? Well, I'm glad you asked, because I've always been considered the underdog, but I've also been underestimated. It's a nice place to be actually because no one is expecting the performance level that you can attain. Perhaps that is because most humans are weak, and even though they hold their "self" in high esteem - they know they have limits and therefore they project those limits onto other individuals. When an entire society, or group of people project their inabilities, or belief that something is impossible onto an individual, they are making assumptions for which they cannot prove. If someone tells you that you can't do something, generally they are making a

statement about themselves, and that they believe they can't do it, and they believe they are pretty good at what they do, therefore if they can't do it, neither can you. As you can see that logic is built on so many false assumptions, it's hardly even worthy to argue. Nevertheless, think about how many times groups of people, perhaps even yourself make assumptions that other individuals can't do something. How on earth would you know? You don't, and I would suggest that you keep it to yourself, but I know you are only human, and you won't be able to keep your opinions to yourself. 15 However, what are you going to do when you tell someone they can't do something, and that someone turns around and says to you; "oh yeah, just

watch me!" Has that happened to you yet, because I've said that a number of times to quite a few people in my life, but I didn't bother to look back at their face after I just did what they said I couldn't or that couldn't be done, because at that point their opinions are irrelevant. Don't make yourself irrelevant, and stop making ignorant assumptions, you are making yourself look stupid to those of us who know no limits. Go back in your box, and I will turn the handle when I want Jack to come out, because you don't know Jack. Please consider all this and think on it. Š Aliva Kar

16 Chapter 7: Is Fear Making You Afraid of Success?

Is Fear Making You Afraid of Success? Is success scary? Fear is sometimes a fantasy of our own making. There are things we should be fearful about, such as having a traffic accident, falling from a great height or certain illnesses. There are things we are fearful about in our everyday lives like talking to strangers. Because of this fear we put up a wall to protect ourselves. From what? Being rejected? As children we are taught, and rightly so, not to talk to strangers and there are very good reasons for this. But as an adult what is the problem. Very few of us ate going to be taken away with a piece of candy. The fear of rejection by another is only that, rejection. Some will say yes and others no. We do not die when this happens; the sun rises and the birds will sing. There are ways to learn how to approach people that will minimize

rejection. That type of fear we need to put them away with our childhood games and toys; it need to be banished with Santa For more information and help on the subject visit CB Mall (address at the end of this article). Fear cannot stop us from accomplishing what we want to do, we that for ourselves and very successfully. The only thing to do with fear is to go through it. Now, fear can be used as the energy to help us do our best when entering a new situation. For example, the first time I thought about writing articles for the net, I was petrified. Who me, I thought, I cannot do this, where do I start. Well, I put pen to paper or shall I say fingers to the keyboard and I conquered the fear. Each time I write and article I get more confident and the fear

lessens. Someday I will be very good at it but only if I keep writing. One of the wonderful benefits in my opinion of the internet is that no one knows who you are and they really do not care. I can sit around on my bed in my nightdress and write. 17 You can try out your own intentions with privacy and in time become successful without anyone knowing what you look like, how old you are and where you live. One more thing about fear and success is that you must keep your intentions away from people who will not support and build your confidence. Only after you obtain your goal you can tell if you wish. I have not told anyone that I write. They would only raise their eyebrows and say, who you? write?

By telling one person you open yourself to all in your circle knowing and some will have all the reasons in the world why you will not succeed. You know the saying, silence is golden. Go ahead, fear the fear but do it anyway. Š Theresa Williams

18 Chapter 8: Visualizing, Believing And Attainment Visualization is a mental image which is incapable of either viewed or visible, at any particular moment. A thought which invigorates a chain reaction within the mind of an individual translates into infinite intelligence. Those who capitalize this effect and pursue until desired results are achieved are the

people who believe in themselves. Their faith in realities of life plays a dominant role. The term visualization is not restricted to any particular brain storming sessions. In fact, it is wide spread and at times beyond the imaginative expanse. Visualization cannot be left alone to be neglected in a routine fashion, thus getting relegated and forgotten. On the contrary, it should be probed and explored beyond the subconscious realm. The determination and consistency of an individual will pay rich dividends. William Shakespeare says, "Nimble thought can jump both sea and land." It is also a fact that visualization requires believing in self and corroborate with others so that a perfect chemistry is formed. This will catapult an individual towards transcend life in a different realm. The subconscious mind is

extracting feelings and ideas from unconscious state thereby expressing to believe in the conscious realm. Therefore, it transpires into believing in self with purpose and passion. Now, it is necessary to understand the meaning and definition of believe. Believe is an intelligible entity that transforms its effects and eliminates doubts unequivocally. It means faith takes the driving seat supported by believe. In the factual sense, believe and faith is two sides of the same coin. Probing further, it is the faith, which is unconditional with realities and remains steadfast against all odds. Therefore, believe is a selfdiscipline entity, which streamlines all aspects of human values. Dr.Cherie Carter-Scott says, "Ordinary people believe only in the possible. Extraordinary people visualize

not what is possible or probable, but rather what is impossible. And by visualizing the impossible, they begin to see it as possible." Visualization and believe along with faith collectively become the supporting tools of human values. It is like warp and weft of a woven fabric. These twists and turns can be advantageous or disadvantageous subject to the aims and objectives. It becomes important to evaluate the potential in attaining the 19 purpose. Hence, talents and abilities form the part and parcel of accomplishment. As we all know that principles do not change, whereas values change depending upon the commitments and convictions. These values are also changed under variable circumstances and developments. Hence attainment

of aims and objectives should be restricted within the parameters of principles. Here sincerity of an individual or group within the sanctity of principles will lead to attainment of the highest order. The image of attainment becomes unrealistic when values become materialistic and unethical. It becomes a virtual image of attainment hence people get carried away and failed in their mission. The aim should be to acquire attainment of contentment and peace, both materially and spiritually. It will generate values of morality, dignity and respect among all sections of society. As Thomas Huxley an English biologist says, "I take it that the good for mankind means the attainment, by every man, of all the happiness which he can enjoy without diminishing the happiness of his fellow men."

20 Chapter 9: Seven Steps to a Positive Mindset Have you ever heard the saying, "You are the company that you keep?" If you have, then you understand the powerful affect that others' attitudes can have on your own‌negative or positive. Conversely, you understand that your actions toward others cause them to act and react in kind. It can be quite a cycle. The good news is that it's never too late to change your mindset. You can start today. There's an adage and old bumper sticker that notes, "Today is the first day of the rest of your life". Here are seven steps you can take toward

developing a positive mindset today…for the rest of your life: • Alter your vocabulary. The language you use influences the way you think, so eliminate words like "can't", "won't" and "failure." • Throw the kindness boomerang. Every day, perform one unselfish act. Remember, your actions - positive or negative - will come back to you. • Avoid spending time with negative-minded people and chronic complainers. As the saying goes, "Misery loves company." • Whenever you can, change the subject to a positive one. Be the one people describe as "always cheerful." • Counterbalance each negative piece of news with at least five positive ones. Stay up-to-date with what's going on in the world, and highlight the good stories in your conversations with others.

• Convert "should-a, could-a, would-a" to "shall, can and will." • Create a list of the traits, habits, attitudes and skills that exemplify the ideal you. Then, make every effort to follow those guidelines. When you've read through the steps a few times, write them down and keep them in a place where you will see them regularly - on the refrigerator, on your bathroom mirror, or on your desk at work. To help you stay on track, consider setting a notification on your phone to display one of these steps in the middle of the day. As soon as you put your new steps into practice, pay close attention to the way others react toward you. You'll notice that the positive words and actions you put out into the world will come back to you with the same regard, and

you'll find that other positive-minded people gravitate toward your sunny disposition. 21 Prologue: Establishing and maintaining a positive mindset requires commitment and reinforcement, over time. Get your own audio program and iNFO_NOTEŠ from Springboard Training on creating and maintaining your positive mindset. Make sure you repeatedly listen and read them, and take action. 22 Chapter 10: Self-Motivation: The Desire to Succeed It's 6 in the morning. The alarm clock is buzzing, and you're thinking to yourself, "What's the point in getting up this early for work?" For some of us, the motivation is simply the desire to shut off the clock that is vibrating off the nightstand. But for others, it is truly self-motivation. It is an internal alarm clock that motivates a person to make the best of his or her day. Certainly, everyone wants to succeed in the world. Everyone wants to have a purpose, to be at the top of the corporate ladder, or to be the best he or she can be in any given area. But why do some people succeed in doing these things, and others do not? The answer is: selfmotivation. There are several factors that contribute to selfmotivation. They include:

• Self-esteem • Desire to succeed • Will power • Mental stability • Family • Life goals • Daily activities • Daily pleasures All of these factors will directly affect success in a career, in academics, in playing sports, and in marriage and parenting. Whether you desire the highest position possible at your job, or graduating with a 4.0 grade point average, you need self-motivation to do it. Self-motivation drives an athlete to score the winning soccer goal, just as it drives a parent to be a good role model for a child.

Along with the desire to succeed comes mental stability. Everyone has a bad day here and there; but what self-motivates a person to continue on with the bad day? The answer is mental stability. The mind is a great force. When you put your mind to accomplishing something, you will try your best to do it. As a result, your will power is tested. Being able to stay selfmotivated and focused on what is important rather than "throwing in the towel" allows you to succeed in the end. Will power, mental stability, and the desire to succeed are all the result of self-motivation. 23 Another factor that drives self-motivation is the family unit. Family can selfmotivate an individual to be successful. An individual especially a working spouse - will crave the family's pride and approval. The working spouse self-

motivates himself or herself simply by worrying whether or not the family is taken care of financially. The working spouse will most likely want to earn a high paycheck, and in the end provide for the family. Children often idolize their parents and will mimic what they see their parents doing. In the end selfmotivation is passed on from one generation to the next, as it is an important role in family affairs. Lastly, self-motivation is driven by daily goals and basic daily routines such as losing weight or learning how to play a sport. The simple daily pleasure of waking up to see the sun shine, to hear the birds singing, or even listening to the rain are all pleasures which can self-motivate a person to get up in the morning. (DeYtH Banger Note:), Yesterday I check out who is Graham A Dragon, it apears that he is a person who looks for self developing or in other words a person who helps with personal developing. I also find his youtube channel it's a nice channel there aren't 2016 or 2015 videos, but there very interesting videos which you will want to view don't forget if you want more check out his blog and also check out his channel!

Now comes the last book and the most important part if you want called it the puzzle, maybe some people will called it as the puzzle! But it doesn't matter it's very imporant part. Bob Proctor Said one time in one of his videos, time can't be managed, this is said also and by Earl Nightgale, but who knows can it be or Bob has said this and Earl didn't understand him and he has reached with this thought up to here, nobody knows what really happen only Earl and Nightgale really know what has happen! Maybe it can be who knows so here comes and Time Management! The Best Time Management System in the World

2 Chapter 1: The Master “To Do” List In this little book I am going to reveal to you the secret of what I believe to be

the best time management system in the world. The Master To Do List system. And the best thing about it is that it is absolutely free! This is a very short book. Only 5 chapters, and only 8 pages. Why? I could have spun it out to at least twice the size. But the whole point of this system is to enable you to manage your time more effectively, and I have therefore begun by making sure you only need spend a few minutes studying my system before you can put it into practice and immediately begin reaping the benefits. The Master To Do List Tool is the most effective tool I have ever found to keep me focussed on what is important and ensuring I achieve what I need to achieve each day. I use it in business, and I also use it (slightly modified) to ensure I achieve my personal goals.

It can be operated either on paper or on computer. I use a paper system and suggest you begin this way. Once you have got used to it you can then adapt it to a computer system if you are more comfortable with this. I use an Excel spreadsheet for this. You may even find a time management program out there you can make achieve the same results. Just make sure it operates in exactly the same way and that you do not have to sacrifice any of its key elements to fit the software you are using. But why bother investing in yet another programme if you do not really need it?

3 Chapter 2: Creating Your Master To Do List Creating your Master To Do List is not complicated. Once you have read and

digested these instructions you can do it in a matter of minutes. And when you have created the list, maintaining it takes no time at all. Get yourself a shorthand pad. This will contain your Master To Do List. Begin by writing down absolutely everything you can think of that you need to do. Do not be judgemental, trying to decide how important this task is, or whether it should be done at all, just write it all down. Do not stop until you have got everything out of your head and you cannot think of anything else you need to do. Do not be overwhelmed by just how much is on your list. If you are anything like me it will be enormous. Of course it is! This is a list of everything you have to do, not what you have to complete in the next five minutes!

Now that you have this list, you can start to be judgemental. Is there anything that should not be on there at all? Remember, though, if you take it off this is because you have made a conscious decision that you are not going to do it. Either because you do not believe it needs to be done or, if you are in business and have members of staff, because somebody else should be doing it. In the latter case, make sure you give it to that “somebody else and that they put it on their Master To Do List. In both cases, cross it out in your Master To Do List. Next, go through all the remaining items and make sure they are tasks which can be completed quickly. Ideally in no more than a few hours each. Where you have projects that will take longer than this you will need to split them up

into manageable tasks. Simply cross out the major task and write it as separate manageable tasks. Finally, go through all the tasks on your Master List and give them a score for urgency, and a separate score for importance. These are not, of course, the same thing. If you have to prepare an agenda for a meeting taking place in the next half hour, this is pretty urgent. There is no point trying to do it in two hours time when the meeting has finished! But this task may be much less important than preparing for a promotional seminar that is not going to take 4 place until two weeks from now. So you need to decide on a score both for urgency and for importance. Some people use a score from 1 to 10. Other people score from 1 to 5 or from 1 to 6. It really does not matter, as long as

the range is wide enough to prioritise your tasks effectively, but not so wide you spend too many precious minutes trying to categorise those tasks.

5 Chapter 3: Creating Today’s To Do List Now turn to the back of your pad, and write today’s date at the top of the page. This page will contain Today’s To Do List. Go back to your Master List and identify the most important items which are also noted as urgent. Pick six of these and copy them into Today’s List. Once you have copied them, cross them off your Master List. Look at Today’s List. Ask yourself this question: “If I could only deal with one item on this list today, which would it be?” Work only on this task and keep working on it until it is finished. Once it is

finished, you can congratulate yourself. You have completed an urgent, important task. One you may have been happy to have completed even if you did not manage to get anything else done today. And you probably still have plenty of time to get through some more tasks too, so you are now ahead of the game. Look at the remaining list, and ask yourself the same question: “If I could only deal with one more item on this list today, which would it be? Then work on that task until it, too, is completed. Keep doing this throughout the day until either the working day comes to an end or you come to the end of your list. Usually you will not complete all six tasks in one day, but if you do and there is still some time left, simply transfer another from your Master List.

If you have started a task but it cannot be completed, for example because you now need to wait for someone else to take some action, copy it back to your Master List, perhaps in a modified form which shows what now needs to be done. Cross it off Today’s List.

6 Chapter 4: Maintaining Today’s To Do List At the end of the day, decide which (if any) of the remaining tasks should be tackled tomorrow. Turn to the next page in your notebook, write tomorrow’s date at the top of the page, and copy those tasks onto the new list. Cross them off Today’s List. Copy back into your Master List any tasks on Today’s List which you have not completed or entered on the next day’s list.

Tear out the original Today’s List and throw it away. The back page of your notepad is now Today’s List ready for when you start work tomorrow. Finally, go back to your Master List and decide whether any tasks there should be added to tomorrow’s list. Do this religiously, so that at the start of each day you already have a list of the tasks you wish to complete.

7 Chapter 5: Maintaining Your Master To Do List Whenever you think of something else you need to do, add it immediately to your Master To Do List. Promise yourself you will never do anything you do not put on the list, and keep that promise. If you do not think it is important enough to add to the list, then it is not important enough for you to spend any

time doing it! Do not become fixated on just how long this list is. This is your Master list. You should expect it to be long – very long. You should never expect to finish it. Ever! This realisation can be enormously empowering. You can give yourself permission to stop worrying about having too many things to do and not getting through everything. Each day you are getting through what needs to be done, and that is all that matters. It will probably take you three or four weeks to make this a permanent habit. You will keep forgetting to add things to the list and do them anyway. But do not give up simply because a few tasks slip through the cracks initially. Move past the errors and keep using your Master To Do List Tool. Soon you will find you are accomplishing far more than you ever did before and will wonder

how you coped without the Tool.

I hope you enjoyed reading this little book. But more importantly I hope you will start to put what you have learned into practice and will find it has helped you get done the things that are really important for you to do. The Last Question by Isaac Asimov — © 1956

A Great Story I don't know does somebody knows about this, but I can say with sure, that this story is a great one you will like it. I liked it! I found this story in one youtube channel and I want here to share with you this. Maybe from one point of view everything what you read here is true, maybe from other not IT'S A FACT! The last question was asked for the first time, half in jest, on May 21, 2061, at a time when humanity first stepped into the light. The question came about as a result of a five dollar bet over highballs, and it happened this way: Alexander Adell and Bertram Lupov were two of the faithful attendants of Multivac. As well as any human beings could, they knew what lay behind the cold, clicking, flashing face — miles and miles of face — of that giant computer. They had at least a vague notion of the general plan of relays and circuits that had long since grown past the point where any single human could possibly have a firm grasp of the whole. Multivac was self-adjusting and self-correcting. It had to be, for nothing human could adjust and correct it quickly enough or even adequately enough — so Adell and Lupov attended the monstrous giant only lightly and superficially, yet as well as any men could. They fed it data, adjusted questions to its needs and translated the answers that were issued. Certainly they, and all others

like them, were fully entitled to share in the glory that was Multivac’s. For decades, Multivac had helped design the ships and plot the trajectories that enabled man to reach the Moon, Mars, and Venus, but past that, Earth’s poor resources could not support the ships. Too much energy was needed for the long trips. Earth exploited its coal and uranium with increasing efficiency, but there was only so much of both. But slowly Multivac learned enough to answer deeper questions more fundamentally, and on May 14, 2061, what had been theory, became fact. The energy of the sun was stored, converted, and utilized directly on a planet-wide scale. All Earth turned off its burning coal, its fissioning uranium, and flipped the switch that connected all of it to a small station, one mile in diameter, circling the Earth at half the distance of the Moon. All Earth ran by invisible beams of sunpower. Seven days had not sufficed to dim the glory of it and Adell and Lupov finally managed to escape from the public function, and to meet in quiet where no one would think of looking for them, in the deserted underground chambers, where portions of the mighty buried body of Multivac showed. Unattended, idling, sorting data with contented lazy clickings, Multivac, too, had earned its vacation and the boys appreciated that. They had no intention, originally, of disturbing it.

They had brought a bottle with them, and their only concern at the moment was to relax in the company of each other and the bottle. “It’s amazing when you think of it,” said Adell. His broad face had lines of weariness in it, and he stirred his drink slowly with a glass rod, watching the cubes of ice slur clumsily about. “All the energy we can possibly ever use for free. Enough energy, if we wanted to draw on it, to melt all Earth into a big drop of impure liquid iron, and still never miss the energy so used. All the energy we could ever use, forever and forever and forever.” Lupov cocked his head sideways. He had a trick of doing that when he wanted to be contrary, and he wanted to be contrary now, partly because he had had to carry the ice and glassware. “Not forever,” he said. “Oh, hell, just about forever. Till the sun runs down, Bert.” “That’s not forever.” “All right, then. Billions and billions of years. Twenty billion, maybe. Are you satisfied?” Lupov put his fingers through his thinning hair as though to reassure himself that some was still left and sipped gently at his own drink. “Twenty billion years isn’t forever.”

“Will, it will last our time, won’t it?” “So would the coal and uranium.” “All right, but now we can hook up each individual spaceship to the Solar Station, and it can go to Pluto and back a million times without ever worrying about fuel. You can’t do THAT on coal and uranium. Ask Multivac, if you don’t believe me.” “I don’t have to ask Multivac. I know that.” “Then stop running down what Multivac’s done for us,” said Adell, blazing up. “It did all right.” “Who says it didn’t? What I say is that a sun won’t last forever. That’s all I’m saying. We’re safe for twenty billion years, but then what?” Lupov pointed a slightly shaky finger at the other. “And don’t say we’ll switch to another sun.” There was silence for a while. Adell put his glass to his lips only occasionally, and Lupov’s eyes slowly closed. They rested. Then Lupov’s eyes snapped open. “You’re thinking we’ll switch to another sun when ours is done, aren’t you?” “I’m not thinking.” “Sure you are. You’re weak on logic, that’s the trouble with you. You’re like the guy in the story who was caught

in a sudden shower and who ran to a grove of trees and got under one. He wasn’t worried, you see, because he figured when one tree got wet through, he would just get under another one.” “I get it,” said Adell. “Don’t shout. When the sun is done, the other stars will be gone, too.” “Darn right they will,” muttered Lupov. “It all had a beginning in the original cosmic explosion, whatever that was, and it’ll all have an end when all the stars run down. Some run down faster than others. Hell, the giants won’t last a hundred million years. The sun will last twenty billion years and maybe the dwarfs will last a hundred billion for all the good they are. But just give us a trillion years and everything will be dark. Entropy has to increase to maximum, that’s all.” “I know all about entropy,” said Adell, standing on his dignity. “The hell you do.” “I know as much as you do.” “Then you know everything’s got to run down someday.” “All right. Who says they won’t?” “You did, you poor sap. You said we had all the energy we needed, forever. You said ‘forever.'”

“It was Adell’s turn to be contrary. “Maybe we can build things up again someday,” he said. “Never.” “Why not? Someday.” “Never.” “Ask Multivac.” “You ask Multivac. I dare you. Five dollars says it can’t be done.” Adell was just drunk enough to try, just sober enough to be able to phrase the necessary symbols and operations into a question which, in words, might have corresponded to this: Will mankind one day without the net expenditure of energy be able to restore the sun to its full youthfulness even after it had died of old age? Or maybe it could be put more simply like this: How can the net amount of entropy of the universe be massively decreased? Multivac fell dead and silent. The slow flashing of lights ceased, the distant sounds of clicking relays ended. Then, just as the frightened technicians felt they could hold their breath no longer, there was a sudden springing to life of the teletype attached to that portion of

Multivac. Five words were printed: INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR MEANINGFUL ANSWER. “No bet,” whispered Lupov. They left hurriedly. By next morning, the two, plagued with throbbing head and cottony mouth, had forgotten about the incident. Jerrodd, Jerrodine, and Jerrodette I and II watched the starry picture in the visiplate change as the passage through hyperspace was completed in its non-time lapse. At once, the even powdering of stars gave way to the predominance of a single bright marble-disk, centered. “That’s X-23,” said Jerrodd confidently. His thin hands clamped tightly behind his back and the knuckles whitened. The little Jerrodettes, both girls, had experienced the hyperspace passage for the first time in their lives and were self-conscious over the momentary sensation of inside-outness. They buried their giggles and chased one another wildly about their mother, screaming, “We’ve reached X-23 — we’ve reached X-23 — we’ve —-” “Quiet, children,” said Jerrodine sharply. “Are you sure, Jerrodd?” “What is there to be but sure?” asked Jerrodd, glancing up at the bulge of featureless metal just under the

ceiling. It ran the length of the room, disappearing through the wall at either end. It was as long as the ship. Jerrodd scarcely knew a thing about the thick rod of metal except that it was called a Microvac, that one asked it questions if one wished; that if one did not it still had its task of guiding the ship to a preordered destination; of feeding on energies from the various Sub-galactic Power Stations; of computing the equations for the hyperspacial jumps. Jerrodd and his family had only to wait and live in the comfortable residence quarters of the ship. Someone had once told Jerrodd that the “ac” at the end of “Microvac” stood for “analog computer” in ancient English, but he was on the edge of forgetting even that. Jerrodine’s eyes were moist as she watched the visiplate. “I can’t help it. I feel funny about leaving Earth.” “Why for Pete’s sake?” demanded Jerrodd. “We had nothing there. We’ll have everything on X-23. You won’t be alone. You won’t be a pioneer. There are over a million people on the planet already. Good Lord, our great grandchildren will be looking for new worlds because X-23 will be overcrowded.” Then, after a reflective pause, “I tell you, it’s a lucky thing the computers worked out interstellar travel the way the race is growing.”

“I know, I know,” said Jerrodine miserably. Jerrodette I said promptly, “Our Microvac is the best Microvac in the world.” “I think so, too,” said Jerrodd, tousling her hair. It was a nice feeling to have a Microvac of your own and Jerrodd was glad he was part of his generation and no other. In his father’s youth, the only computers had been tremendous machines taking up a hundred square miles of land. There was only one to a planet. Planetary ACs they were called. They had been growing in size steadily for a thousand years and then, all at once, came refinement. In place of transistors had come molecular valves so that even the largest Planetary AC could be put into a space only half the volume of a spaceship. Jerrodd felt uplifted, as he always did when he thought that his own personal Microvac was many times more complicated than the ancient and primitive Multivac that had first tamed the Sun, and almost as complicated as Earth’s Planetary AC (the largest) that had first solved the problem of hyperspatial travel and had made trips to the stars possible. “So many stars, so many planets,” sighed Jerrodine, busy with her own thoughts. “I suppose families will be going out to new planets forever, the way we are now.”

“Not forever,” said Jerrodd, with a smile. “It will all stop someday, but not for billions of years. Many billions. Even the stars run down, you know. Entropy must increase.” “What’s entropy, daddy?” shrilled Jerrodette II. “Entropy, little sweet, is just a word which means the amount of running-down of the universe. Everything runs down, you know, like your little walkie-talkie robot, remember?” “Can’t you just put in a new power-unit, like with my robot?” The stars are the power-units, dear. Once they’re gone, there are no more power-units.” Jerrodette I at once set up a howl. “Don’t let them, daddy. Don’t let the stars run down.” “Now look what you’ve done,” whispered Jerrodine, exasperated. “How was I to know it would frighten them?” Jerrodd whispered back. “Ask the Microvac,” wailed Jerrodette I. “Ask him how to turn the stars on again.” “Go ahead,” said Jerrodine. “It will quiet them down.” (Jerrodette II was beginning to cry, also.)

Jarrodd shrugged. “Now, now, honeys. I’ll ask Microvac. Don’t worry, he’ll tell us.” He asked the Microvac, adding quickly, “Print the answer.” Jerrodd cupped the strip of thin cellufilm and said cheerfully, “See now, the Microvac says it will take care of everything when the time comes so don’t worry.” Jerrodine said, “and now children, it’s time for bed. We’ll be in our new home soon.” Jerrodd read the words on the cellufilm again before destroying it: INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR A MEANINGFUL ANSWER. He shrugged and looked at the visiplate. X-23 was just ahead. VJ-23X of Lameth stared into the black depths of the three-dimensional, small-scale map of the Galaxy and said, “Are we ridiculous, I wonder, in being so concerned about the matter?” MQ-17J of Nicron shook his head. “I think not. You know the Galaxy will be filled in five years at the present rate of expansion.” Both seemed in their early twenties, both were tall and perfectly formed.

“Still,” said VJ-23X, “I hesitate to submit a pessimistic report to the Galactic Council.” “I wouldn’t consider any other kind of report. Stir them up a bit. We’ve got to stir them up.” VJ-23X sighed. “Space is infinite. A hundred billion Galaxies are there for the taking. More.” “A hundred billion is not infinite and it’s getting less infinite all the time. Consider! Twenty thousand years ago, mankind first solved the problem of utilizing stellar energy, and a few centuries later, interstellar travel became possible. It took mankind a million years to fill one small world and then only fifteen thousand years to fill the rest of the Galaxy. Now the population doubles every ten years –” VJ-23X interrupted. “We can thank immortality for that.” “Very well. Immortality exists and we have to take it into account. I admit it has its seamy side, this immortality. The Galactic AC has solved many problems for us, but in solving the problems of preventing old age and death, it has undone all its other solutions.” “Yet you wouldn’t want to abandon life, I suppose.” “Not at all,” snapped MQ-17J, softening it at once to, “Not yet. I’m by no means old enough. How old are you?”

“Two hundred twenty-three. And you?” “I’m still under two hundred. –But to get back to my point. Population doubles every ten years. Once this Galaxy is filled, we’ll have another filled in ten years. Another ten years and we’ll have filled two more. Another decade, four more. In a hundred years, we’ll have filled a thousand Galaxies. In a thousand years, a million Galaxies. In ten thousand years, the entire known Universe. Then what?” VJ-23X said, “As a side issue, there’s a problem of transportation. I wonder how many sunpower units it will take to move Galaxies of individuals from one Galaxy to the next.” “A very good point. Already, mankind consumes two sunpower units per year.” “Most of it’s wasted. After all, our own Galaxy alone pours out a thousand sunpower units a year and we only use two of those.” “Granted, but even with a hundred per cent efficiency, we can only stave off the end. Our energy requirements are going up in geometric progression even faster than our population. We’ll run out of energy even sooner than we run out of Galaxies. A good point. A very good point.” “We’ll just have to build new stars out of interstellar gas.”

“Or out of dissipated heat?” asked MQ-17J, sarcastically. “There may be some way to reverse entropy. We ought to ask the Galactic AC.” VJ-23X was not really serious, but MQ-17J pulled out his AC-contact from his pocket and placed it on the table before him. “I’ve half a mind to,” he said. “It’s something the human race will have to face someday.” He stared somberly at his small AC-contact. It was only two inches cubed and nothing in itself, but it was connected through hyperspace with the great Galactic AC that served all mankind. Hyperspace considered, it was an integral part of the Galactic AC. MQ-17J paused to wonder if someday in his immortal life he would get to see the Galactic AC. It was on a little world of its own, a spider webbing of force-beams holding the matter within which surges of sub-mesons took the place of the old clumsy molecular valves. Yet despite it’s sub-etheric workings, the Galactic AC was known to be a full thousand feet across. MQ-17J asked suddenly of his AC-contact, “Can entropy ever be reversed?” VJ-23X looked startled and said at once, “Oh, say, I didn’t really mean to have you ask that.”

“Why not?” “We both know entropy can’t be reversed. You can’t turn smoke and ash back into a tree.” “Do you have trees on your world?” asked MQ-17J. The sound of the Galactic AC startled them into silence. Its voice came thin and beautiful out of the small ACcontact on the desk. It said: THERE IS INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR A MEANINGFUL ANSWER. VJ-23X said, “See!” The two men thereupon returned to the question of the report they were to make to the Galactic Council. Zee Prime’s mind spanned the new Galaxy with a faint interest in the countless twists of stars that powdered it. He had never seen this one before. Would he ever see them all? So many of them, each with its load of humanity – but a load that was almost a dead weight. More and more, the real essence of men was to be found out here, in space. Minds, not bodies! The immortal bodies remained back on the planets, in suspension over the eons. Sometimes they roused for material activity but that was growing rarer. Few new individuals were coming into existence to join the incredibly mighty throng, but what matter? There was little room in the Universe for new individuals.

Zee Prime was roused out of his reverie upon coming across the wispy tendrils of another mind. “I am Zee Prime,” said Zee Prime. “And you?” “I am Dee Sub Wun. Your Galaxy?” “We call it only the Galaxy. And you?” “We call ours the same. All men call their Galaxy their Galaxy and nothing more. Why not?” “True. Since all Galaxies are the same.” “Not all Galaxies. On one particular Galaxy the race of man must have originated. That makes it different.” Zee Prime said, “On which one?” “I cannot say. The Universal AC would know.” “Shall we ask him? I am suddenly curious.” Zee Prime’s perceptions broadened until the Galaxies themselves shrunk and became a new, more diffuse powdering on a much larger background. So many hundreds of billions of them, all with their immortal beings, all carrying their load of intelligences with minds that drifted freely through space. And yet one of them was unique among them all in being the originals Galaxy. One of them had, in its vague and distant past, a period when it was the only Galaxy populated by man.

Zee Prime was consumed with curiosity to see this Galaxy and called, out: “Universal AC! On which Galaxy did mankind originate?” The Universal AC heard, for on every world and throughout space, it had its receptors ready, and each receptor lead through hyperspace to some unknown point where the Universal AC kept itself aloof. Zee Prime knew of only one man whose thoughts had penetrated within sensing distance of Universal AC, and he reported only a shining globe, two feet across, difficult to see. “But how can that be all of Universal AC?” Zee Prime had asked. “Most of it, ” had been the answer, “is in hyperspace. In what form it is there I cannot imagine.” Nor could anyone, for the day had long since passed, Zee Prime knew, when any man had any part of the making of a universal AC. Each Universal AC designed and constructed its successor. Each, during its existence of a million years or more accumulated the necessary data to build a better and more intricate, more capable successor in which its own store of data and individuality would be submerged. The Universal AC interrupted Zee Prime’s wandering thoughts, not with words, but with guidance. Zee Prime’s

mentality was guided into the dim sea of Galaxies and one in particular enlarged into stars. A thought came, infinitely distant, but infinitely clear. “THIS IS THE ORIGINAL GALAXY OF MAN.” But it was the same after all, the same as any other, and Zee Prime stifled his disappointment. Dee Sub Wun, whose mind had accompanied the other, said suddenly, “And is one of these stars the original star of Man?” The Universal AC said, “MAN’S ORIGINAL STAR HAS GONE NOVA. IT IS NOW A WHITE DWARF.” “Did the men upon it die?” asked Zee Prime, startled and without thinking. The Universal AC said, “A NEW WORLD, AS IN SUCH CASES, WAS CONSTRUCTED FOR THEIR PHYSICAL BODIES IN TIME.” “Yes, of course,” said Zee Prime, but a sense of loss overwhelmed him even so. His mind released its hold on the original Galaxy of Man, let it spring back and lose itself among the blurred pin points. He never wanted to see it again. Dee Sub Wun said, “What is wrong?” “The stars are dying. The original star is dead.”

“They must all die. Why not?” “But when all energy is gone, our bodies will finally die, and you and I with them.” “It will take billions of years.” “I do not wish it to happen even after billions of years. Universal AC! How may stars be kept from dying?” Dee sub Wun said in amusement, “You’re asking how entropy might be reversed in direction.” And the Universal AC answered. “THERE IS AS YET INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR A MEANINGFUL ANSWER.” Zee Prime’s thoughts fled back to his own Galaxy. He gave no further thought to Dee Sub Wun, whose body might be waiting on a galaxy a trillion light-years away, or on the star next to Zee Prime’s own. It didn’t matter. Unhappily, Zee Prime began collecting interstellar hydrogen out of which to build a small star of his own. If the stars must someday die, at least some could yet be built. Man considered with himself, for in a way, Man, mentally, was one. He consisted of a trillion, trillion, trillion ageless bodies, each in its place, each resting quiet and incorruptible, each cared for by perfect automatons, equally incorruptible, while the minds of all

the bodies freely melted one into the other, indistinguishable. Man said, “The Universe is dying.” Man looked about at the dimming Galaxies. The giant stars, spendthrifts, were gone long ago, back in the dimmest of the dim far past. Almost all stars were white dwarfs, fading to the end. New stars had been built of the dust between the stars, some by natural processes, some by Man himself, and those were going, too. White dwarfs might yet be crashed together and of the mighty forces so released, new stars built, but only one star for every thousand white dwarfs destroyed, and those would come to an end, too. Man said, “Carefully husbanded, as directed by the Cosmic AC, the energy that is even yet left in all the Universe will last for billions of years.” “But even so,” said Man, “eventually it will all come to an end. However it may be husbanded, however stretched out, the energy once expended is gone and cannot be restored. Entropy must increase to the maximum.” Man said, “Can entropy not be reversed? Let us ask the Cosmic AC.” The Cosmic AC surrounded them but not in space. Not a fragment of it was in space. It was in hyperspace and

made of something that was neither matter nor energy. The question of its size and Nature no longer had meaning to any terms that Man could comprehend. “Cosmic AC,” said Man, “How may entropy be reversed?” The Cosmic AC said, “THERE IS AS YET INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR A MEANINGFUL ANSWER.” Man said, “Collect additional data.” The Cosmic AC said, “I WILL DO SO. I HAVE BEEN DOING SO FOR A HUNDRED BILLION YEARS. MY PREDECESSORS AND I HAVE BEEN ASKED THIS QUESTION MANY TIMES. ALL THE DATA I HAVE REMAINS INSUFFICIENT.” “Will there come a time,” said Man, “when data will be sufficient or is the problem insoluble in all conceivable circumstances?” The Cosmic AC said, “NO PROBLEM IS INSOLUBLE IN ALL CONCEIVABLE CIRCUMSTANCES.” Man said, “When will you have enough data to answer the question?” “THERE IS AS YET INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR A MEANINGFUL ANSWER.” “Will you keep working on it?” asked Man.

The Cosmic AC said, “I WILL.” Man said, “We shall wait.” The stars and Galaxies died and snuffed out, and space grew black after ten trillion years of running down. One by one Man fused with AC, each physical body losing its mental identity in a manner that was somehow not a loss but a gain. Man’s last mind paused before fusion, looking over a space that included nothing but the dregs of one last dark star and nothing besides but incredibly thin matter, agitated randomly by the tag ends of heat wearing out, asymptotically, to the absolute zero. Man said, “AC, is this the end? Can this chaos not be reversed into the Universe once more? Can that not be done?” AC said, “THERE IS AS YET INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR A MEANINGFUL ANSWER.” Man’s last mind fused and only AC existed — and that in hyperspace. Matter and energy had ended and with it, space and time. Even AC existed only for the sake of the one last question that it had never answered from the time a halfdrunken computer ten trillion years before had asked the question of a computer that was to AC far less than was a man to Man.

All other questions had been answered, and until this last question was answered also, AC might not release his consciousness. All collected data had come to a final end. Nothing was left to be collected. But all collected data had yet to be completely correlated and put together in all possible relationships. A timeless interval was spent in doing that. And it came to pass that AC learned how to reverse the direction of entropy. But there was now no man to whom AC might give the answer of the last question. No matter. The answer — by demonstration — would take care of that, too. For another timeless interval, AC thought how best to do this. Carefully, AC organized the program. The consciousness of AC encompassed all of what had once been a Universe and brooded over what was now Chaos. Step by step, it must be done. And AC said, “LET THERE BE LIGHT!” And there was light —
