Our Factories Dextra’s factory in Thailand is strategically located near Bangkok’s international airport and the expressway leading to the deep-sea port on Thailand’s eastern coast. It extends over 20,000 sqm and employs approximately 400 people.

In this factory, Dextra is manufacturing rebar couplers, rebar end preparation equipment, as well as large diameter high performance anchoring bars.

Dextra’s factory in China, based in Guangzhou, is a new facility opened in 2012. This factory specialises in the manufacturing of innovative composite FRP/GFRP/CFRP solutions for the construction industry.

We also have a production workshop in Mumbai, India, to serve the local market.

Manufacturing Splices Mechanical splices are devices used to connect steel rebars for reinforced concrete structures, that takes construction technology to a new level.

Dextra couplers are used everyday in high-rise buildings and major civil concrete construction worldwide and have been accredited by most independent regulatory bodies in all relevant territories.

Dextra designs, manufactures, supplies and maintains its own site equipment to process reinforcing rebar ends. This allows Dextra to master every parameter of full performance of the splice: from the manufactured coupler to the site installation.

A combination of more than 300 rebar preparation machines are currently operated by Dextra or our partners and service major construction sites around the world.

High Performance Anchoring Bars Tie Rods For Ports & Harbours Marine Tie Rods are very high performance and large steel bar systems used in port and harbour construction to anchor waterfront structures such as quay walls, berths and crane runways.

Tension Bars For Roofs and Facades Tension bars are typically used to hold or stiffen the roofs of large structures. Most of the time they are exposed: importantly, they need to be strong but also aesthetic.

Geotechnical Range Tunneling Soft-Eyes ASTEC Soft–Eyes facilitate the penetration of TBMs (Tunnel Boring Machines) through retaining walls, using GFRP rebars.

Dextra is the developer of this technology, introduced 20 years ago, and supplied to over 500 Soft-Eyes to-date.

Composite Ground Anchors The exceptional properties of Fibre Reinforced Polymer materials allow our products to develop very high strength capacity while being very easy to handle on the project site.

Easily cut-able, composite anchors allow incomparable gains in productivity during sequential excavation. It some cases they suppress the necessity to remove anchors installed beyond the property line, generating significant savings in terms of scheduling.

Trading Plumbing products in Macau and Hong Kong For 25 years, our subsidiary Dextra Pacific in Hong Kong has been the exclusive distributor of Pont A Mousson foundry (member of Saint Gobain Group, in Hong Kong) supplying cast iron pipes to most prestigious commercial and residential projects for the drainage of soil, waste and rain water.

Building on its reputation, Dextra Pacific has extended its range of products to stainless steel fresh water supply pipes, architectural external drainage solutions and HVAC pumps.

Tan Burrup, Western Australia Dextra engineered and organized in 2014 and 2015 the forwarding of numerous shipments of industrial equipment. The impressive modules (up to 800 tons and 32-m high) were successfully moved by land and sea from Batam in Indonesia to their final location in Western Australia.
