PROJECT ONE: TRIPLE TREE RANCH bozeman, montana Collaboration with Ascent Home Builders & RTT Build programs used: SketchUp, Revit, VRay & Photoshop
Designed for family gatherings and access to nature, this modern farmhouse sits on a large sloped site with sweeping mountain views and nature trails close by. Following the contours of the land, the home was designed to maximize natural lighting and take full advantage of the vistas beyond and features a beautiful indoor/outdoor living area that extends to the graded yard. While keeping privacy in mind, the main bedroom suite and office are separated by a breezeway and nestled into landscaping for maximum solitude. The home’s clean lines and simple forms with combined with warm interiors and material selections give the home a feeling of relaxed luxury.

PROJECT TWO: THE LAKES SCANDINAVIAN bozeman, montana programs used: SketchUp, Revit, & Photoshop
This small single family home in a quite neighborhood is designed to be funtional for its various phases. Utilized as a primary residence for the owners part of the year and as a vacation rental the rest, the design required a layout that would allow the owners to have continued privacy when renting to out of town guests. Separating public versus private spaces into two volumes with a small passage separating them allowed just this. A modern, clean-line form and warm interior finishes create an inviting environment that opens up to a large back patio with walking trail and lake views to enjoy year round.

This modern multi-generational residence is situated on a large but narrow parcel of dramatic oceanfront land. The design of this home is intentionally broken into multiple zones. Pavilions, or modules, are connected by bridges and hallways segmenting the home into distinct use areas that not only make this large home feel cozy and inviting, but also create a dynamic living experience. Holistically designed within the firms philosophy, this project has merged the architecture and the landscape to create spaces that not only interact with one another but also provide separation and privacy.

Maximizing light and the natural beauty of South Lake Union and views of Queen Anne Hill was the driving the design for these luxury condos. The expansive windows on the facade brings the outside in and gives ample natural lighting deep into the individual residences. The shared outdoor living space is complete with a lap pool and hot tub, engineered to sit above a covered and protectet parking garage. An palette of interior finishes accentuates the architectural style and openness of the plan. The home uses modern elements and materials to emphasize the beauty and light of its setting while maintaining a private retreat for the individual homeowners.
