If leaders prioritize fast wins over lasting value, teams will follow But if they model attention to detail and celebrate minor improvements, that energy trickles down. It's not just about fixing what’s broken it's about proactively keeping things strong

That’s why communication should be your strongest tool during growth phases Managers need visibility across departments, and frontline staff need channels to report problems quickly Feedback loops that once felt optional become vital The faster you grow, the faster you must learn from mistakes and adjust accordingly.
