A space that has been peaceful to mindandpureinvibe!Designedto keep the “warmth” of a house intact, this 2bhk apartment is designed in shades of beige and brown. The liveliness of the space is ensuredbyhavingtheomnipresent material,“wood”initsvariousforms and applications. Work in mirror and marble, further accentuates thelook,keepingtheoverallpalette elegant.
The client wished for a white colouredhouse, whichissoberand peaceful in its nature. However, as we proceed inside, towards the bedroom,theplayunfolds.
The children’s bedroom is done in monochrome palette with heavy patterns and the master bedroom has simpler patterns with warm colours!
Materialpalette hasbeenlimited veneer,marbleandPUpaint,along withPVDfinishedhighlights.
A young couple, came up with a brief of having a european themed home.
A modern-classical design approach was taken, where we see elements of classical style such as moulded storages, which look like traditional columns and modern elements like linear grooves and geometricallights.
With design elements spanning various time periods, and coming togetherinabsolutesync,Gettinga timelesshouse,wasthevision.
Nestled in tropical village of Chaul, nearAlibaug,this3bhkLuxuryvilla was developed as a commercial touristvilla.
Client wanted it be the classic way. “Luxury villas” with Patterned tiles, wooden staircase and railings, huge glass openings and, golden chandeliers. All furniture and windows were designed in local teakwoodandmadeonsiteitself.
A material palette of wood, concrete look tiles, white and moroccan patterned tiles was continuedthroughoutthehouse.
Interior design for 3bhk villa Landscapedesign LOCATION
The villa had to be designed as a package of indoor and outdoor spaces.
The pool was designed in a way that it accommodates a Champa planter next to the kids pool. The verandah reflects the style of the interiors with patterned tiles and timber-mangaloretileroof.
Largeopeningsweredesignedwith minimum members to let the vegetation flow in. Loose furniture in form of chase loungers and hammocks were carefully curated aroundthesite.
A bedroom was supposed to be renovated, such that no civil work shouldhappen.
WIth the base of wooden flooring, and clients request of a highlight colour in a minimal taste, the compact room was designed with wardrobes on 2 sides and bed in thecenter.
The bed was shifted 6” ahead to have a ledge wall, that would compensate for side tables. Apart from the bed wall, the room was finishedinwhiteandmaroonpaint colour. InteriorDesign (adaptiverenovation)

An elderly couple intended to renovate their pentagon shaped livingroom,bedroomandatoilet.
The living room already had woodenthemedfurniture.Thenew work was supposed to continue it’s language. a minimal TV wall was designed in veneer with a basin nicheinmarble.Theceilingwasleft plain white. The bedroom was designed in grey and teal, complimentingtheexistingmarble flooring and staying true to the client’sinterestinminimaldesign. 2bhkinteriordesign (adaptiverenovation)
A ready-made garments shop was to be designed. The client was very clear with his requirement of full heightstorageontherearwall,and acounteronthefront.
Folded carpentry work, mimics the wavesofaclothtoformthedesign languageoftheshop.
The dark grey matt flooring and white furniture, leaves only one thing in colourful highlight. The clothes! Interiordesignforagarments
A CA had rented this space and wanted to do some basic interiors inminimumbudgetandtime
The goal was to fit as many workstations as possible in the open workspace and have 3 cabins forthe3partners.
The flooring and ceiling were left untouched. The workstations were made at bare minimum sizes, with Desktop screens being wall mounted. A palette of plain grey, and wood textured white was chosen to maintain a professional look.
Clienthadboughttheplotadjacent to his existing villa, and wanted a landscaped extension to be designed. A traditional yet contemporary Gazebo is designed inthecenterofthenewplotwitha lush green lawn surrounding it. Steel, timber, local chira stone and mangalore tiles have been used to maintain the earthen essence of theset-up.
An attempt has been made to seamlessly integrate the built form withthenaturalsettingofthesite.
Theclientintendedtodemolishhis existing 150 years old home and construct a new 2bhk property in itsplace.Thehousecertainlyhadto betraditionalitsfeel.
The existing house has heavy timber use, which is to used in the new construction, in its windows, door,furnitureandcertainroofing.
The context being dense urban fabric, house was planned as 2 blocks, public and private, that meetinthecentralverandahwhich eventually opens to plantations in thebackyard.
A fun VR zone, aimed at gaming and educational meet-ups for growingmindsofthearea.
A mysterious theme had to be developed, keeping in mind the, duality of the functions and uniquenessofthefinalproduct.
Futuristic in its appearance, magic hadtobecreated,throughlighting effectsand limitedmaterials.
Anofficedealinginforwardlooking sectors like VR gaming, a cafe and cryptocurrencies, had to be lively andcolourful.
The workforce expected here is young and dynamic, and so the officehadtobeareflectionoftheir personalities..
Anexpressionintealgreenandrust red, with occasional arches complimented by straight lines bringsoutthedynamiccharacterof thespace.
Settobealuxurycoffeebrand,the clients had a clear picture of an earthenrusticthemedcafe.
Exploration in terms of finishes, led ustouseacombinationofcement, brick, wood, and steel to create a luxury industrial effect. Strategic interventions of branding in metal plates, adds to the character of the alreadyoverwhelmingplace.
Lighting design is taken special care off, as cafe moods are highly drivenbythequalityoflight!
Its 2022 and we believe that the client should have a complete idea of whatever is going to come up, before starting any physical work andspendingonconstruction..
