You had to go it alone. I was lucky – I had a supportive family and a love of theater, which was my safe space. I support and salute the work of Live Out Loud because, as a gay dad, I want my son to live in a world that is more inclusive, welcoming, and more free than I could have imagined growing up.”

Tiq Milan is a thought leader, storyteller, and media personality who leads discussions onhealthy mas-culinity, intersectional leadership, and inclusion. Tiq's work on equity and inclusion has impacted the U.S. and abroad for over a decade. Tiq is a sought-after media host who moderated conversa-tions on intersectional inclusion and human rights at HBO’s Newfest Film Festival and The Tribeca Film Festival. He has been listed as one of the most influential LGBTQ people globally by The Advocate and Refinery 29. He has been a part of the coveted OUT Magazine Out 100, celebrating the work of LGBTQ advocates and celebrities.

Deena Soni is an inspired and dedicated educator who creates a safe and inclusive environment for her students to live fully. She advocates for the LGBTQ+ student body by listening deeply and supporting their needs. She is currently spearheading a Pride Event in her school and helping her students thrive in the world at large.

Ms. Taylor is openly gay and one of the most influential Black corporate executives whose leadership has advanced diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She has spoken publicly about executives' and leaders' responsibility to inclusion and diversity. Ms. Taylor has made significant contributions to supporting the next generation of leaders and advancing LGBTQ+ rights. She sits on the Transgender Policy Task Force of Spelman College to shape policy and champion change for our community. She is an active member of the Executive PRIDE + Executive Black Employee Network (BEN) at American Express.
