THANK YOUFOR SUPPORTING CATHOLIC CENTRAL

Dear Alumni, Family, and Friends,

The 2021 President’s Report is now available online!

Honor Roll of Donors.

An honor roll of Alumni, Family and Friends who believe in the

sacred mission of Detroit Catholic Central High School and made an

investment during the fiscal year July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021.

The continuing pandemic created another very

unique year. Our Shamrocks returned to school,

while navigating the challenges of both virtual

and in-person learning. Our 2020 Varsity Football

Team finished the regular season undefeated,

but then saw the season stop in November, before seeing playoffs

resume in January, all while being tested for COVID 3 times a week,

at 7 am. Our Wrestlers, Hockey Players and Basketball Players did

their very best to manage while also being tested throughout the

season and competing in masks. Students never complained and

made the best of the ongoing situation always with the health and

wellbeing of their Shamrock brothers the priority. Our Shamrocks continued to overcome the odds by creating a mostly

“virtual” DRIVE in February 2021. A DRIVE that was the most unique

ever, one filled with incredible spirit and amazing, record breaking

results. Once again the Men of CC set another record by selling

more than $600,000 in raffle tickets.

The year culminated with the 2021 Commencement ceremony

that took place on the correct day, without any delay on May 22, 2021

here on campus in The Elm (Fr. Richard Elmer, CSB ’46 Stadium)

The President’s Report celebrates your fidelity and devotion.

It recognizes your faith in CC. If your name appears in the Report,

THANK YOU. It is our hope that others will see your name and

be inspired to do the same. It is a privilege for us to be members of

the CC family and an honor to serve you and our school.

Gratefully,

Your Advancement Team
