Home, for me, is a physical and intangible thing.

Memories of beautiful blue skies, music carrying breezes, and the beaming sun are as much a part of remembering home as my address.

Family members - blood and fictive-, like my driveway, are home.

What I long for when I am away is comprised of both physical spaces and memories.

I am not exempt from time’s effects and rely heavily on photographs and stories to help me with my remembering.

Because of this, photographs are more than documentation; they are time machines that transport me back.

Back to my childhood, to the years before I was born, and to yesterday.

This zine attempts to capture the blissful meeting between my physical home and the home that lives within my memories and photographs.
