DCi designed and produced a 5 day annual summit for 500 attendees in Ojai, CA. Our in house creative teams excelled at delivering bespoke designs that transformed the onsite spaces, were themed to the destination, and expertly paired with entertainment to deliver a cohesive event experience each day.

• Design and production of (10) total unique spaces ranging from hospitality suites for executives to unique seating for the general session to construction of custom structures for evening events.

• Management of over 40 vendors

• Development of (4) distinct themes that evoked the destination and elevated the already beautiful resort space.

FINANCIAL COMPANY ANNUAL SUMMIT

• A progressive production of key focal décor elements that were transformed throughout the program for a sustainable approach to design.

• Custom activation including a giant oversized coloring wall, a ribbon photo backdrop and a Yayoi Kusama inspired dot vignette

• Strategic branded perimeter fencing to create an exclusive event in a heavily trafficked area

The DCi Team developed a truly custom event experience for a group’s takeover of XBOX Plaza at LA Live for 750 attendees. In addition to sourcing and permitting, our team of in house designers crafted a sugary sweet inspired event with activations throughout the plaza.

FINANCE COMPANY SALES SUMMIT

• Fun graphics to add a big flavor to event design, from chair backs to bar fronts and more

Highlights include:

• Large themed props added a fun focal point and helped enhance the space

• Venue sourcing, design and event management of offsite events at two locations that delivered iconic experiences indicative of the destination

• Custom engineering and fabrication of a pop up gallery constructed with custom graphics, touch screens and framed art prints

GLOBAL TECH CONFERENCE

DCi was selected by a data security company to bring their program theme, The Art of Cyber Security, to life. Our team provided sourcing and on the ground logistics for transportation, excursions, hotel installations and offsite events. In collaborating with our client and their in house branding agency, we produced a seamless event series for the 1,000 international attendees.

Highlights include:

• Professional printing of high quality keepsake art books aligning with cyber security theme

• Transportation for 800 attendees from multiple airports to their (3) conference hotels and daily shuttles to the Convention Center

• Design and production of the Welcome Dinner at the Grand Plaza including custom furnishings and entertainment.

AUTOMOTIVE NATIONAL BUSINESS CONFERENCE

• The first ever buyout of the Anaheim Packing District/Farmers Park for an offsite evening event

DCi produced a conference for dealers, corporate employees, vendors, and their guests The high level attendees necessitated the very best in offerings and each element had to align with the company’s eco minded

• Impactful sustainable solutions throughout the conference

Highlights include:

DCi produced a multi wave incentive program that spanned 10 days, for a total of 1,200 top performers. Each experience from activities to evening events, had to evoke the destination and make a meaningful impression on the attendees.

• Specialty curated activities for C Level attendees and spouses

• Design and production of 3 themed onsite evening events (welcome, gala, closing reception) expertly themed to the destination while transforming the selected space.

• Management of arrivals and departures for all guests in each wave

• Overseeing a team of 30 staff that facilitations registration, activities, transportation, production and evening events.

TOP PERFORMERS INCENTIVE

• Managing 16 different daytime activities for guests on one day including custom experiences such as Dancing with the Stars and a Top Chef Cooking Demo

MULTI-WAVE INCENTIVE PROGRAM

• A street art party in the epicenter of LA LIVE which transformed Microsoft Square with edgy décor and interactive entertainment.

Highlights include:

DCi produced a large multiple wave program for a longtime financial client who booked into the JW Marriott and LA LIVE. The three waves totaled over 2,000 attendees and every experience had to embody the unique characteristics of Los Angeles.

• Awards evenings at the famous Dolby Theater, home to the Academy Awards, with dinner on the stage and thrilling musical performances.

• Consistent high level of service for each of the 3 waves encompassing offsite events, activities, transportation and staff.

DCi produced a three day program for top producers and their guests which included on and off property events in wine-centric environments and various daytime activities to give them a true Napa Valley experience.

Highlights include: Arrivals and departures for all guests Management of custom wine tasting experience at local wineries and additional daytime activities Sourcing and managing of entertainment Evening events reflective of the local style and culture including exclusive dining experience alongside vineyard and within wine cave Full in house design and production for all evening events

NAPA VALLEY INCENTIVE PROGRAM

• An offsite event where a historic Air Museum was transformed into a lively setting with glowing elements and a silent DJ that had guests dancing all night to their own groove

SPIRITS BRAND SALES SUMMIT

• Sourcing and management of two dine around evenings encompassing (15) different restaurants across the city

• (11) daytime excursions for guests to choose their chills or thrills for the day including hot air ballooning, biking, city walking tours and more

• Bootcamps and wellness clinics onsite at the hotel for all attendees

DCi was selected as the local event agency for a 2020 sales event for Tito’s Vodka. The program was designed to motivate and engage each of the 375 attendees. Highlights include:

• A lively daytime pool party complete with a custom swing set built over the pool, giant props and activations such as a braid bar, underwater photobooth and barber shop

DCi was tasked by a repeat technology client, to create a buzzworthy sales summit in Austin, TX for over 1,400 guests. The summit included a community give back, dine around, transportation, and evening events designed to international attendee demographics and the destination.

• Theater dine around evening accommodating 1,400 number of guests at 5 restaurants

• Rainey Street Crawl closing this popular party street in Austin to create a private experience for guests with entertainment and unique food at six different bars and restaurants

• Custom made themed and logoed pocket maps to guide guests through the block party and highlight features at each location

• Awards dinner for 1500 guests which the DCi team flawlessly changed hundreds of candles on the day of the event to LED after a last minute fire marshal request

• Daily unique entertainment experiences.

CALIFORNIA BRAND VILLAGE

• Weeklong event management for the event space as all activations remained present during the four day tradeshow

• Custom themed bar units and locally inspired food stands

• Custom branded design that represented each sponsor

DCi was tasked by a tourism organization to create a week long activation during a very popular travel tradeshow hosting more than 6,200 US and International delegates. DCi worked diligently to construct a “road trip” inspired brand village that represented the several California cities that sponsored the unique branded activation.

Our client needed to pivot to a virtual format for two internal business segments to replace their in person event. The challenge was to design and produce a high end virtual experience for these key 1,300 attendees. The program required various gifting solutions based on recognition level, custom content for engaging activities, and full conference platform

• The gifting experience consisted of over 1,300 items facilitated and kitted to create a progressive unboxing over the course of the conference.

• A custom online gift platform was created for the highest level winners
