Our ADP will continue to run for those selected – these details will be emailed out and communicated to all pupils. For the juniors, they will have group physical literacy sessions and access to a bank of exercise videos, based around their ‘At home exercise plan’ and our seniors will have 1-2-1 and group sessions, run both in lessons and as a lunch time/extended day, which will be bespoke to them and their sport. Seniors will also have access to the bank of exercise videos with their own programme to be logged on their OneNote.
