One by Sarah Crossan Sarah Crossan’s One tells the story of Tippi and Grace, two teenage conjoined sisters as they face the most difficult decision of their lives. This is a heartrending and beautiful story of searching for acceptance, friendship and love – the desire to be recognised as two individuals despite being trapped in one body. Crossan writes sparingly in clear, honest verse rather than in prose, immediately connecting you to the characters and enabling even the more reluctant reader to engage with the story. Recommended for students in Year 9 and above, this is the ultimate depiction of what love means, yet not necessarily what you might expect.

These productions are ideal for students of GCSE & A level Drama, who have to write about live theatre as part of the course. As hosts, we are offering a special deal of just £10 per student for each production! Tickets are on sale at: ticketsource. co.uk/thewhittytheatre.
