Measuring Instructions Step 1:

go to our web site at www.fjminc.com and print our Uniform Sizing Chart

Step 2:

Fill out the Auxiliary Sizing Chart that you printed out in Step #1 by following the guidelines listed below with the diagram. Each person's accurate measurements must be recorded in the appropriate box on the Auxiliary Sizing Chart.

Step 3:

Fax, mail or email the completed sizing chart to your sales representative at FJM.

We are expanding our sizing in each size group to include extra short through extra long. (IE: Med. – extra short, Med. – short, Med. – reg., Med. – long, Med. – extra-long) Each design can be adjusted more accurately to adjust to girth, arm and leg length. (For stretch wear only.)

(Cesario measuring information will be issued through Cesario representatives.)

5. Always send completed measuring charts with your order. Please indicate and separate male and female on charts.

1. Keep measuring tape straight against the body – not tight – do not add or take inches away. 2. Wear leotard or underwear (not street clothes) when measuring.

6. If ordering a skirt or dress – specify length from chart.

3. Best for one or two people to do all the measuring.

Chest – Measure around fullest part (A)

Waist – Measure around the natural waistline (B)

Hips – Measure around fullest part, 7" down from waist (C)

Girth – (Most Important) – Measure from center of natural neckline, down between legs and up to cervical bone on the back of the natural neckline. (Remember to push tape measure into contour of back) (D-E-G) Back Waist Length – Measure from the top most prominent bone at base of neck to the natural waistline (G-H)

Inseam – Crotch to ankle (E-F)

Arm Length – Under arm to wrist (I-J)

Height And Weight – List on sample uniform sheet.

7. Garments may be taken in, but in most cases cannot be let out. Adjustments to sleeve, skirt, and pants lengths are not uncommon. (All alterations are the responsibility of the customer).

8. Sizes over XL or that require special adjustment will incur a $10.00 charge per garment. All garments are custom made per your fabric and color selections. They are placed into the appropriate size according to the measurement information received. Adjustments for individual custom fit are the customer’s responsibility. In extreme cases we will be happy to evaluate a special sizing issue. However, this could incur an adjustment charge. Garments may not be returned. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors contained in this catalog. All prices are subject to change without notice.
