Proflush® Professional

Junior & Junior Plus Why buy the Proflush Junior?

The Proflush Junior is the latest edition to the Proflush Power flushing range.

The Junior machine is ideal for someone who doesn’t need the Power output & stats of the Professional machine. Where cost is of utmost importance but you still have to comply with current legislation the Junior fits the bill.

It is best practice to clean the system before fitting a new boiler to meet boiler manufacturer’s regulation and to comply with the warranty on the boiler. The Junior Operates at 50 liters per minute and has a tank capacity of 27 Liters, this gives the machine more then enough power to flush up to 25 radiators at a time. The Junior is also capable of dealing with temperature’s of up to 50 degrees centigrade.

In the box: The Proflush Junior is powered by a 240v motor that delivers a maximum pressure of 1.6 Bar making it perfect for flats and smaller households. When purchasing the Junior Plus you receive a trolley that makes the machine a lot more maneuverable when on site.

The Junior is very easy to use with a faceplate diagram to assist you, it is also very simple and quick to connect to heating system.

Supplied with handy carry case with shoulder strap to store hoses, funnel and a selection of fittings the junior is the ultimate compact power flusher.

The Professional machine has the highest operating temperature on the market allowing you to flush with temperatures up to 85°C. The Professional unit operates at a flow rate of 150 litres per minute and is capable of flushing up to 40 radiators over 3 storeys. It is acid proof and safe to use with all well known brands of chemicals. Thermal Heater Pack enables you to flush central heating

systems where the boiler has broken down or in new build applications where the system water is cold. By introducing heat into the system the chemicals will work more quickly, every 10°C increase causes them to work three times faster than at 40°C. When flushing a boiler at the normal 72-76°C the average three bedroom house with 8-10 radiators can be completed in 4 to 4.5 hours, whereas flushing cold could take at least a full day. The Heater Pack is designed to preheat the water in the Proflush container in 20-25 minutes and maintain this throughout the flush.

The Proflush TN2 Infrared Thermometer can measure the temperature on any given area of a radiator marked by its red laser sight. It is an essential tool used for assessing how badly sludged up a central heating system is prior to it being power flushed. It can also be used to indicate how effective the power flushing process has been.

Proflush TDS3 Meter The Proflush TDS3 Meter detects Invisible particulates of Iron, Aluminium, Copper, Chlorides and Phosphates that are invisible to the human eye, if left in the system they can cause further corrosion.

Readings taken with the TDS3 meter on the system water should be within 10% of the reading obtained on the mains water entering the system.

Prochem® Sludge Remover Prochem® Sludge Remover removes the black sludge magnetite that fouls up radiators, pipes and disables pumps. Prochem Sludge Remover is sold in 500ml bottles in super concentrated form.

Recommended dosage rate: 1x 500ml bottle to 100 Litres of system water.

Minimum order 12 bottles - can be mixed.

Prochem® Inhibitor Prochem® Inhibitor WRAS Build Cert Approved Inhibitor safeguards system against further corrosion. It is safe with all known metals including aluminium and plastic pipe. Prochem Sludge Remover is sold in 500ml bottles in super concentrated form. Recommended dosage rate: 1x 500ml bottle to 100 Litres of system water.

It can reduce the average flush by 2- 3 hours if flushed correctly.

Thermal Heater Pack Retro-fit Unit Thermal Heater Pack Retro-fit unit is easily fitted within minutes and enables the contents of the tank to be heated to 60°C in about 25 minutes. This is extremely useful when the boiler has broken down or in new build applications where the system water is cold. Flushing chemicals work far more efficiently at higher temperatures.

Magmaster Stand Alone Unit The Magmaster Stand Alone Unit is simply the most effective Magnetic filtration on the market. It comes equipped with a single pass twin magnet filtration system that sits inside the Proflush tank and houses two 11,000 gauss magnets. It can reduce the average flush by approx 11/2 hours. Proflush Junior The Proflush Standard is our entry level powerflushing machine designed for light usage.

The machine can flush up to 20 radiators over three floors with a flow rate of 50 litres per minute.
