With a strong hairdressing background, Paul’s goal as Senior Director of Education Implementation, North America is to capitalize on the strengths of each team member to ensure a well-rounded implementation strategy. He does so with progressive tools that will inspire, motivate and empower the industry to raise the bar of excellence. Paul has diverse and dedicated experience within the beauty industry. He has directed and participated in a number of editorial photo shoots with renowned artists, including celebrated photographer Babak, and has been featured in industry trade publications, including Modern Salon, South African Hairdressers Journal, Sophisticate’s Hairstyle Guide, Penteados, Beauty & Hair, Estetica Italia, Inspire and Canadian Hairdresser.

As a licensed cosmetologist and cosmetology instructor, Daniel has the privilege of sharing Pivot Point education globally. Mixing technology within the classroom and seeing others find inspiration in the hair designs he creates fuels his passion as a Field Educator. Daniel has performed hair on stage at ABS and has provided education in almost all 50 of the United States, as well as Sweden, Denmark and Canada!

His goal when working with students, stylists and instructors around the world is to ignite passion for the beauty industry and provide each one with a phenomenonal educational experience that will inspire them to a long and prosperous career. The greatest joy that he experiences as a Field Educator comes from helping thousands of beauty professionals hone their creativity and practical skills.

JAMIE JONES Business Development Manager & Field Educator Jamie started in the industry in 1977, delivering education as a platform artist for product companies, and has been delivering education for Pivot Point for the last 20 years. She has authored four books and 10 videos on long hair design.
