Ordering Minimum and Terms:
Order Minimum is $150. We accept all major credit cards. Payments will be processed when your order ships.
Net 30 Terms may be considered for established customers.
Sorry, but we can’t ship orders with past due invoices. NSF Checks will incur a $25 fee.
To reduce processing time and costs, we are unable to break case packs.
Shipping:
Orders ship from our SF Bay Area warehouse within 5-3 business days via UPS Ground, unless otherwise noted.
International orders ship via UPS Int'l (Canada), USPS Priority or DHL.
Yellow Owl Workshop is not responsible for customs duties and taxes.
Display & Packaging:
All Yellow Owl Workshop goods must be displayed and sold in the original packaging. Sets may not be broken up for individual sale. Retailers may not sell our products on third party platforms. Nope!
Returns & Exchanges:
Defective items can be exchanged for product, credit or refund.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within seven days of receipt. Refused packages will be charged full shipping and handling charges. We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise.
