We know toys are fun to play with, but we have to be sure they are completely safe and durable. We use non-toxic paints, making our toys completely safe and kind to the planet. All of our toy products meet the European and American standard safety of toys according to EN71, ASTM and ISO.
We are deeply committed to protecting Indonesia’s natural resources and only work with reclaimed rubberwood, a by-product of the latex industry, grown on plantations, not forests, ensuring that our wood is completely sustainable. In addition, for every reclaimed tree we use, in partnership with the Indonesian government, we plant a new tree, driving ahead of the cycle of regeneration. This is SVLK Indonesian Legal Wood.

Our family-run factory operates with high standards of training, wellbeing and respect and provides dependable employment for hundreds of local villagers. With over 30 years of experience we have become one of the world leaders in wooden toy manufacturing. We have been awarded the ICTI and the ISO 9001 seal of approval and strive to maintain ethically high standards throughout our organisation. In addition, regular audits take place by the ICTI, ensuring the highest of social and working standards.

Our design team in London are drawing and imagining beautiful new products every day, which are then turned into endearing wooden toys by our talented sample team. They are then refined to reach the highest standards of durability, play value, and safety.
From raw wood to the finished product, every single stage of production happens under the same roof in Indonesia. Once each toy has been hand-painted, assembled and checked, it is wrapped in paper and packaged in recycled cardboard. We care a lot about being as sustainable to our lovely planet as we can be, and we are close to eliminating single-use plastic in all our packaging.
