1. Terms are 30 days net from date of invoice, unless otherwise specified when the order is confirmed. In the event of failure to pay on the due date, the Company reserves the right to charge 2 % per month on any outstanding balance until full payment is received.
2. Goods are sold in full case lots only
3. Goods are not sold on a guaranteed sale or return basis.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
All orders are subject to Option 2 standard terms and conditions of sale.
4. All claims regarding damages, misshipments or shortages must be reported by the Buyer to the Company within 7 days of delivery. Goods returned due to damages or misshipment will not be accepted without prior authorization from the Company and the “Return Authorization” number (RA).
5. Risk in the goods shall pass to the Buyer on delivery but title shall remain with the Company until such time as settlement of the Buyer’s account is made full.

6. The Company reserves the right to recover any costs incurred should litigation be necessary in order to obtain monies legitimately owed to the Company.
7. The Company’s policy is to constantly improve and maintain the integrity of its products. The Company therefore reserves the right to alter design and specification as may be necessary, while maintaining overall value.
