Shipping
U.S. merchandise is shipped FOB Fort Worth, TX Any shipping, handling or taxes will be added to your invoice. We reserve the right to increase shipping costs as necessary.w

MON AMI products may only be sold in stores and websites
That have been approved in advance by local MON AMI sales representatives or corporate office.
Payment
We accept payments by check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or ACH desposits. NET terms must be approved by home office, and may be extended after first order.
Backorders
Backorders over $100 will ship when merchandise is available unless otherwise specified by customer. Backorders with missing or invalid payment will automatically cancel after 30 days.
Claims
All damages, defects, or shortages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Credit will not be issues after this time.
Returns
Customer is responsible for return freight and restocking fees. Product must be returned in original pakaging. Price tagged or shop worn merchandise may not be returned. A 15% restock fee may be applied if product is in saleable condition.
