AIR CONDITIONING
Central Cool / Heat
Push thermostat in to get to main menu
Turn dial clockwise and select as needed
Turn dial and push on "Cool" or "Hot"
Turn dial and push on desired degree
Location: In hallway & on the right side of arched mirror (see images below).
Game Room A/C
Locate Controller inside near cabinet
Follow Controller to control A/C
Note: Please read "House Rules" page for full rules on a/c
POOL & JACUZZI
Controls
Locate Remote Controller - On front side of pole (See image below for location)
1st & 2nd button: Spa mode
Press 1st button first then 2nd button to turn on jacuzzi heater. You’ll see a red flashing light. To turn off after use: Press 1st button & then 2nd button Automatically heats up to 103°F or 39°C Expect approximately 30 min delay to reach temp - plan ahead - can fluctuate depending on outside temperature
3rd button: Jets
At times, expect a short delay to start 4th button: Lights (Turn on spa & pool)
Note: Pool functions turn off automatically after 3 hours for safety You'll need to turn on buttons again to continue using Please refrain from touching pool equipment on side of house If you experience any issues, please contact host directly I am happy to help! :)
Pool Floats
Stored in bin on side of house Spa side not grill side*
Air pump is located in cabinet above mini-fridge in game room.
GRILL, FIRE PIT & BISTRO LIGHTS
We always try our best to have the propane tanks full & ready for you! However, in the case they run out during your trip, the Valero gas station is the closest spot to exchange! Please keep your receipt for reimbursement :)
Grill
Locate & open propane gas tank under desired area (stove or grill)
Step-by-step:
Push knob & turn left
Keep knob on high level
Release knob & hold ignition
Adjust to preferred level
Grilling tools & equipment are provided Box can be found in the grill
Note: Please don't forget to turn off propane gas tank when done!
Fire Pit
Instructions are hanging on metal sheet inside the opening of fire pit
Please don’t forget to cover the pit with garment provided & close the propane tank after usage so there’s no leaks! :)
Bistro Lights
White switch from photo below to turn on & off
SHOWERS & BOILER
Showers
Master En-Suite Shower:
Pull knob & turn counter-clockwise to heat up water
Pull up diverter to use shower head
Shared Shower:
Turn knob counter-clockwise to start & heat water
Pull up diverter to use shower head
Water Boiler
We maintain & keep our boiler turned on.
However, if ever necessary:
Located in Game Room
Please read full instructions on boiler for safety!
GAME ROOM
Basketball
Instructions & game modes are hanging off right side rail
Foosball Table
Extra game balls located in 1st cabinet
Board Games
Located in moon-shaped ottoman seat
Sofa Bed Conversions (Images below)
Lounger
In bed position, lift backrest upwards with each click sound until the desired lounge position is reached.
Bed
From sofa or lounge position, lift backrest all the way upwards until the last click is heard (unlocks the mechanism). Carefully return to flat position.
Sofa or Splitback
Standing at the side of the unit (from bed position), lift backrest to the desired position & secure in place by releasing to the sound of a click.
Tip: To get arm rest up, push up until you hear the click To get them down, push them all the way up then hold on way down
FIREPLACE & COFFEE MAKER
Fireplace
Locate key in cabinet & put into wall
Locate long lighter in cabinet
Turn key 1/4 left & use lighter to ignite fire
To increase flame continue turning key counterclockwise
Close guard & glass for safety
Turn off by turning key clock-wise tightly
Coffee Maker
Turn on appliance and place desired mug underneath
Open top lid & insert new coffee cup
Coffee cups are located in drawer directly beneath machine
Close lid & select size up cup or # of ounces desired (6oz, 8oz, 10oz, 12oz or 14oz)
Confirm back of machine has enough water
Push "K-Cup" button to start brewing - enjoy!
Remove & dispose used coffee cup then turn off appliance
WASHER, DRYER & CLEANING Equipment
Locations: Appliances can be found behind door in the kitchen space
Left set of cabinets: broom, duster, mop, swiffer, etc.
Right set of cabinets: Bleach, detergent & softener
Washer & Dryer
Washer is the bottom appliance
Dryer is the top appliance
Please follow prompts on appliances as needed

Doors' Instructions
Front Door - Lock Key Pad
To unlock from outside press: 1965✓
To lock from outside press: Schlage OR 1965✓
Living Room to Pool Doors
To lock & unlock from inside: Turn knob that's on left door
To open right door: On side frame click on the top & bottom appropriate areas to unhinge door
Master Bedroom to Pool Doors
To unlock from inside: On left door, turn knob horizontally, push down on left handle bar & push out on both doors
To lock from inside:
Both doors' knobs need to start off horizontal & end vertical
Start by closing left door: Close door, then hold handle bar up, turn knob clockwise (facing 2 o'clock)
Close right door, don't turn handle bar, then turn knob counter-clockwise (facing 12 o'clock)
Game Room Side Door
If you use this door, please don't forget to lock it.

Respect our neighbors at all times :)
Refrain from loud noise between 10pm-7am
No parties or events
Max 2 cars in driveway

Keep all doors & windows closed when turned on
Please don't exceed these limits:
Lowest cool: 72°F
Highest heat: 84°F
When outdoor heat reaches 100°F or more try to keep the cool air between 75-80°F (This practice is best for the equipment to function efficiently)
Pool
For your own safety, be cautious near & around the pool - no lifeguard on duty
Supervise children at all times
Keep glass objects away from water
Grill & Firepit
Close off propane gas tank after use
Firepit must be turned off after 10pm
Smoking is only allowed outdoors
Please throw cigarette butts into trash can instead of the floor
Lock all doors & windows every time you leave the house
Check-Out: 11am
Dirty towels: Leave piled up in restroom floor
Leave beds undone if slept in
Place trash in bins outside
Decorations: Remove all items brought in or set-up
No tape or glue on any surfaces indoor & outdoor
