2017 started off with a bang in our area! I recently closed four homes the first 45 days of the year, priced at $2,450,000, $1,500,000, $1,065,000, and $715,000. The average days on the market for all four homes was under 30 days. Two of the four homes SOLD for full listing price. Inventory remains tight and prices have increased, so if you’re looking to sell, the summer of 2017 should be perfect timing.
