— Orange Tree Update — Change is never easy and for the first time in 17 years I have made a move. To me, making a move has to involve several key aspects: 1. Year-to-date sales remain extremely strong for 2016. From 52nd Street to 64th Street and Cactus south to Shea we have seen a nearly 100% increase in home sales from 2015. This time last year there were 25 closings or $22,300,000 in sales, this year we have had 47 sales and $42,000,000. Prices have remained fairly flat with a 1.75% increase year to date.

Many of you have called and emailed me about the deteriorating condition of the golf course. I have been told the course will be hiring an additional 3 employees to focus on the overgrown areas all over the course.
