Bradley came in at number 10 on the published list of lenders with top retail volume for 2013. Inventory in the Orange Tree area remains steady, currently we have 22 homes on the market compared to 23 homes last month. The list price for homes have dropped 2.5% since last month. If we compare January 1 through April 15, 2014 the Orange Tree area had 11 sales, or $12,483,000 in sales volume. In 2015 from January 1 through April 15 we had 10 sales, or $19,834,000 in inventory sell. Prices are still flat from this time last year with the price of homes going up only 1% for the same time period. Get ready for May and June – we do expect home sales to take off once again, and inventory to remain low. If you have your home on the market by May 15th you will catch all the local moves as well as relocation moves from across the country.
