Home prices going up, interest rates coming back down, jumbo loan market coming back into play. Market conditions in the Orange Tree area should remain strong in 2014, inventory may increase, and we should see modest increases in prices for the remainder of the year. We will probably start to see the buyers who had foreclosures and short sales start coming out of the woodwork.
