2016 is Sizzling! Change is never easy and for the first time in 17 years I have made a move. To me, making a move has to involve several key aspects: 1. Does the move make sense for my clients? 2. Does the move make sense for me? After doing my homework I answered “Yes” to both. As a bank our rates and fees are much cheaper than your traditional mortgage company. Also, having the backing of a bank allows me the ability to use their in-house bank products for those scenarios not exactly fitting the traditional lending box. As for me, the move to KS State Bank makes great sense. The ability to grow within the banking environment and to also offer mortgage financing across the U.S. with low mortgage rates is a win for all.

he Orange Tree area has seen home sales triple the first 6 months of 2016 compared to 2015. Since the beginning of 2016 we have seen 31 sales, compared to the first half of 2015, which only saw 11 home sales. I have closed about 13 million through the first 6 months of the year, and that’s double from last year at this time. All but one of my properties in the Orange Tree area have sold, so if you’re looking to sell, I am looking to list. My inventory continues to sell at a quick pace, and I’m looking for additional properties to market and get SOLD.
