It’s no secret that the younger generations live online, but all ages take advantage of computers and smartphones for everyday needs like googling a yoga studio or researching a podiatrist. So it’s not a big leap to connecting with applications and even people for strengthening personal growth and healthier habits. It all began in 1967 when friends and fellow car enthusiasts Tom Barrett and Russ Jackson held their first car auction as a local fundraiser in Scottsdale.

It soon evolved into a classic car event that would raise the bar and smash records with the sales of such memorable vehicles as the Batmobile and Howard Hughes’ Buick Roadmaster, not to mention the 1966 Shelby Cobra 427 Super Snake that blew the doors off at $5.5 million in 2007.

DIRECTIONS Place chicken and pesto in medium bowl; toss to coat. Place chicken in large ovenproof skillet or on baking sheet lined with heavy-duty foil. Top chicken with tomato slices and cheese.

Bake at 400° F for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.

Remove from oven. Bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Garnish with basil, if desired.
