As 2012 ended, Buenavante saw sales almost double from 2011. In 2012, 23 sales occurred with the highest priced home selling for $975,000. The average price per square foot was $166, average days on market was 42 days, and a total sales volume of $10,740,200.

Principal Reduction Program Yes, it is true! A Principal Reduction Program has been approved and we are currently ONE OF THE ONLY LENDERS IN ARIZONA APPROVED ON THIS PROGRAM. There are some requirements. The loan must first be eligible for HARP (Home Affordable Refinance Program). HARP Eligibility Checklist: 1. Compared to 2011, with 13 total sales, the highest priced home sold for $748,000, an average price per square foot of $146, average days on market was 65, and a total sales volume in 2011 of $5,800,800. Everyone asks me if our market has hit bottom yet. I always refer to the numbers, and September 5, 2011 is when prices hit bottom and have been trending up ever since.
