Pizza Dough Ball (or your favorite frozen crust) 2 cups Pizza Cheese (you can blend mozzarella with white cheddar) 7 Roasted Roma Tomatoes 1 cup Blanched Broccolini, chopped 1/2 cup Roasted Red Fresno Chilies, chopped 1 Tbsp. Procedure: 1. Roast garlic whole in extra virgin olive oil covered at 350 degrees for an hour. Remove garlic from the oil and chop. The oil can be used for the tomatoes.

2. Slice tomatoes about 1/4 inch thick and season with garlic oil and salt, pepper, and roast at 225 degrees for 45 minutes.

3. Quickly blanch broccolini in salted boiling water.

4. Seed and thinly slice chilies and toss with extra virgin olive and roast at 350 degrees until soft.

5. Stretch dough ball and place on pizza pan.

6. Distribute cheese evenly over dough and place roasted tomatoes evenly around.

7. Evenly distribute broccolini, chilies and roasted garlic around pizza.

8. Place into preheated oven at 400 degrees and cook 12-18 minutes or until desired doneness.

9. Slice pizza into 12 slices and garnish with chopped parsley and fresh grated parmesan cheese.

10. Enjoy!

Home Buyer Tax Credit EXTENDED, EXPANDED AND ENHANCED! FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS

• Tax credit of $8,000 or 10% of sales price.

• Must be principal residence.

• Could not have owned a home within 3 years prior to the closing date of new purchase.

LONG-TIME RESIDENTS OF SAME PRINCIPAL RESIDENCE • Tax credit of $6,500 or 10% of sales price.

• Must have owned home for 8 years and lived in that home consecutively for 5 years out of those 8 years.

• Current home must have been principal residence.

IMPORTANT DATES

• Sign a sales contract between December 1, 2009 and April 30, 2010 and close by June 30, 2010.

INCOME LIMITS INCREASED

• $125,000 Single / • $225,000 Married • Modified Adjusted Gross Income – can earn up to $20,000 more than income limits and still get a partial tax credit.

Additionally there are tax credits available for Members of the Armed Forces. *There are some age limit restrictions, proof of purchase requirements and some buyers are ineligible.
