3 Variables that will have the Biggest Impact on Selling Your Home: Condition, Location, Price Sellers need to have Buyer’s Eyes. Start looking, thinking, and putting yourself in the shoes of a Buyer when preparing your home for sale.
Condition: Inspect your home before putting it on the market. Repair, replace, or if possible, update anything that a potential Buyer can see or inspect. De-Clutter, Organize, Clean, and then Dynamize your home. Ask your Agent for advice.
Location: You can overcome an undesirable location with the “right price” and “superior condition”.

Keep in mind, a home’s location is in the eye of the Buyer. There are techniques for road noise, unsightly structures, even barking dogs! Ask your Agent for advice.
Price: Gain knowledge on Pricing Strategy and Trading Range. A typical Trading Range is between 1-3% off the home’s price. But remember, a Buyer’s Offer will be based on location, condition, and if the home’s price reflects the market. Ask your Agent for advice.
