Working with reputable skin care brands helps to build confidence and make your learners more employable. Therefore, our commitment to Dermalogica appointed colleges is to subsidise professional products by 25%. Your specific professional product needs will be considered on an individual basis.

retail products Retailing is a valuable skill and practicing this can start at undergraduate level. If you have a commercial salon or retail area, there is a wide range of retail products and gifts available to order. Dermalogica have excellent support tools that can be used alongside the retail experience, these tools build student confidence and help prepare for the workplace. Retail opening orders are flexible to suit the needs of your college

With a purchase order send by email to orders@dermalogica.co.uk When ordering make sure you quote your purchase order number if you require one. Orders placed by 12 noon are usually delivered within 48 hours, depending on location. Every order generates reward points, one reward point is allocated to your order for each product purchased. These can be redeemed against samples and support materials, when the order is placed.

returns We do not accept expired products or returns of products after 30 days from invoice date or goods not in a re-saleable condition. Please contact Customer Services freephone on 0800 591 818 (UK) or 1800 818 555 (IRE) to notify them of your intent to return products. You will be issued with a Merchandise Return Authority (MRA) number and form detailing your returns. Package up the products carefully and enclose the MRA form. Upon receipt of the products we will credit your account.

beware of diversion The term diversion refers to authorised Dermalogica Stockists selling products to unauthorised individuals/companies for the purpose of reselling them. As a professional product for professional people, we are very aware of the impact that diversion could have on our brand. Our commitment to the skin therapist means that taking a proactive stance before diversion gets out of hand is our goal, as well as our responsibility to you. Dermalogica has launched several anti-diversion initiatives, but we ask you to keep us informed if you suspect diversion or if someone approaches you with the intention to divert.
