Karla thrives on connecting with new people and hearing their stories. Outside of her real estate career, she dedicates time to philanthropy, family, and adventure. As the founder of the non-profit Holy Sheets, which donates gently used hotel items to homeless and battered women’s shelters, she remains committed to making a positive impact. Karla is also passionate about architecture and design, constantly exploring new trends, and she enjoys staying active in the lives of her five grown children.
STEPHANIE RINN
Stephanie has had a passion for real estate for as long as she can remember. As a child, she loved spending rainy days drawing house plans on taped-together pieces of paper. This early fascination never faded, and when the opportunity to pursue a career in real estate arose, she didn’t hesitate to dive in. Before entering the industry, Stephanie spent nine years in corporate sales, building lasting relationships with clients. This experience laid the foundation for her successful transition into development, where she found her true calling.
Stephanie’s expertise extends beyond sales—she’s known for her ability to connect with clients and her constant flow of creative marketing ideas. Her relentless work ethic, particularly within the luxury development space, has helped her become a multi-million dollar producer. With a natural talent for negotiation and an in-depth understanding of the market, Stephanie has become an expert in high-rise and mixed-use development.
Beyond sales, Stephanie thrives in all aspects of development, from the initial concept to the sell-out and beyond. Alongside her partner, Karla, she made history as the first single team to successfully sell out a luxury high-rise property in San Antonio—a testament to their industry leadership.
A graduate of Texas A&M University with degrees in Human Resource Development and Business, Stephanie is always up for a new adventure. Her love for travel was sparked by competitive sailing around the world, and while she doesn’t sail as often, she continues to explore new destinations and create lasting memories with her family. At home, Stephanie enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen and exploring nature with her loved ones.
