Founded in 2019 by Carrie Leishman, CEO of the Delaware Restaurant Association, the Women of Hospitality Conference brings together dynamic, diverse, and engaged women from all sectors of hospitality and beyond—restaurants, hotels, catering, sales, real estate, tourism, and related markets. We are committed to education, mentorship, meaningful connections, and inspiration for everyone, from those just starting their careers to those enjoying success in leadership and entrepreneurial roles. Our attendees range from entry-level and mid-level managers eager to expand their influence and grow their networks, to senior leaders and entrepreneurs ready to create change, o er allyship, and leave a powerful impact within their organizations.
