Water Treatment with Filming Amine-Polyamine Plus Technology

DERAMINE FILMING POLYAMINE TECHNOLOGY IN WATER TREATMENT

FOR STEAM BOILERS DERAMINE-S The use of a series of DERAMINE creates a protective film layer between the water and the mental surface without affecting heat transfer.

The film layer formed on the metal surface acts as a barrier against corrosive substances such as oxygen, carbon dioxide and carbonic acid.

The hydrophobic alkyl group makes the metal surface non-wettable with water.

It prevents corrosion in film forming amines and feed tank, steam boiler and condensate lines.

It provides pH balance of boiler water and condensate lines with neutralized amines.

Film-forming amines are not directly bulky-lime and scab-preventing like polycarboxylates.

Deramine Polyamine is adsorbed by the microcrystalline nuclei formed at the beginning of the crystallization process and prevents these nuclei formed growing. As a result, the ability to form amorphous and accumulative deposits leads to low constructions and prevents formation of lime and deposits.

Deramine cleans the pre-formed lime and deposit layer in the system.

It is all organic product without phosphates and phosphonates, it does not create environmental pollution.

FOR C0NDENSATE LINES DERAMINE-S Deramine S contains film-forming amines and neutralizer amines. It forms a protective film layer between the metal surface and the corrosive condensate.

Neutralizing amines neutralize the carbonic acid and bring the condensate pH to the desired level.

Deramine polyamine based corrosion inhibitors provide better protection than nitrite and molybdate applications for carbon steel yellow metals and aluminum.

Deramine polyamine has an organic structure and provides protection with lower conductivity without creating conductivity unlike inorganic inhibitors (nitrite-molybdate).

FOR COOLING TOWERS DERAMINE-O Sulfano Phosphino is a multifunctional product made from amine groups which form a protective film layer on metal surfaces with lime-forming polymers based on Poly Carboxylic Acid.

Deramine-O is used to prevent lime and corrosion in open, semi open and closed circuit cooling systems.

Deramine-O contains special copper inhibitors to protect the copper material in the system.

FOR FLUSHING APPLICATIONS DERAMINE-F

The new system will be activated and in the old systems, the Deramine F series provides great convenience in flushing system cleaning and washing operations.

With the Deramine F polyamine program, a neutral washing process is used instead of the conventional acid washing process. Instead of classical acidic surface active rust, oil remover and neutralizing chemical substances, flushing with Deramine F is carried out in a very small amount.

With Deramine F polyamine technology, Flushing application and systematic protection process are done together.
