Sauga 2030 is a three hour audio driving tour speculating on the future of Mississauga twenty years from today.

The tour is guided by a smart phone application that takes tour participants throughout the city to ten specific locations where sci-fi audio vignettes are triggered. The tour confronts the physicality of the city in the present while the audio vignettes dramatize how the lives of citizen’s and the city’s landscape may change through time. The tour is free to download from Apple’s App store and can be taken at any time.
Sauga 2030 was originally created for Meet Us on the Commons exhibition at the Art Gallery of Mississauga (07/2011-09/2011).
