ABOUT US
ZOX began with a simple idea between the Kuipers brothers, each driven by a shared passion for creativity and connection. In 2010, while Jason was searching for something to match a favorite pair of sneakers, he decided to make his own wristband using a piece of elastic and a few paint markers. What started as a small project turned into a family adventure when the younger brother Jordan, joined in. That spark of creativity around our family’s kitchen table has since grown into a global brand, but at its heart, ZOX remains a family business.
Each piece we create is designed to be more than just a wristband—it’s a reminder of what matters most. We believe in the power of small moments, and each ZOX is crafted to make an impact, whether it’s a simple pick-me-up or a meaningful gift. Our bracelets are made from recycled water bottles, reflecting our commitment to both creativity and sustainability. Every limited-edition design is a blend of art, purpose, and care for the planet.
As brothers, we’re proud of how far we’ve come, and we’re grateful to be on this journey with you. Together, we’re building something truly special—one ZOX at a time.

JASON KUIPERS
OLDER BRO & CEO
Born at a young age, Jason is the oldest bro. Afraid of the sun and the outdoors, you may see Jason on occasion covered in sunscreen after his kids or wife have forced him out of his office.
JORDAN KUIPERS
YOUNGER BRO & COO
Jordan is the youngest, yet somehow the oldest bro. When he’s not playing with his yellow lab, he’s turning in for the night at 9pm or going to the chiropractor to help whatever joint is ailing him.
IT TAKES 1,000 YEARS FOR A WATER BOTTLE TO DECOMPOSE IN A LANDFILL. IT TAKES US 7 DAYS TO TURN ONE INTO A WRISTBAND.
Through our partnership with the Unifi, a worldwide leader in sustainably crafted materials, we’re working to reduce waste and create a brighter, more sustainable future for all. Our proprietary, buttery-soft elastic is now milled using Repreve, a polyester made using recycled water bottles. Through this process, every elastic wristband we sell now takes the equivalent of one 8 ounce water bottle out of our ecosystem.
But we didn’t stop there.
All of our Collector Cards are now made from a biodegradable PVC, a revolution in materials that allows us to focus on a zero-trace ecological impact. By incorporating this change, we’re eliminating nearly 44,000 lbs of plastic production a year while continuing to provide a durable reminder used by millions of people around the world.

Making an impact through charitable donations has been something we’ve done since we first started ZOX in 2011. We choose to give because we want to show up with a servant’s heart - helping those who need it most in whatever ways we can.
In the last few years, we were honored to work with a variety of amazing organizations to raise money and awareness for incredible causes. All of this is because of our amazing ZOX community, who help us support these wonderful organizations and has made it possible for us to donate well over $1,000,000 to date. While we can’t list all of the amazing organizations we’ve worked with on the remainder of this page, we did want to highlight a few of them:
Thirst Project - Helping provide clean drinking water to those in need, primarily in Africa as well as in South America.

PAYMENT
Wholesale Pricing: All pricing is as listed on the ZOX catalog, unless otherwise agreed in writing by ZOX. Payment Methods: All credit cards are accepted and preferred. Credit terms available subject to credit approval.
Minimum Order Value: The minimum order value for wholesale purchases is $100. This requirement is subject to change at ZOX’s sole discretion.
SHIPPING
For US-based orders, ZOX usually ships via FedEx Express, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday).
International orders are shipped through FedEx International. Shipping fees are billed when the order ships.
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
Wholesale orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 3-5 business days. Monday through Friday. Holidays may result in additional processing times.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final, any claims for damages or other shortage must be made within 14 days of receipt. We encourage Retailers to review their orders carefully before submitting them.
OTHER INFO
Retailers must advertise ZOX products at full Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) as listed at the time of purchase. Discounting ZOX products is discouraged unless it is part of a whole-store discount (e.g., 10% off the entire store). Specific product category sales are also allowed, provided that the category includes goods from other companies in addition to ZOX products. Written consent from ZOX is required for any exceptions.
PRODUCT CARE AND CLEANING
- Avoid oils and lotions. Fatty acids in oils and some lotions break down the natural rubbers we use in each ZOX.
- If your ZOX is a little tight, don’t be afraid to give it a few good stretches. They’re made to have a fairly snug fit, expanding to work on wrists of almost any size.
- Remember, each ZOX is made from fabric and will wear the same as normal clothing. If you wear the same ZOX all day, every day, it’ll wear out much sooner than if you rotate between different bands.- If a strap begins to warp, try placing it on a can overnight as it can help to reshape the elastic.
