We want you to be thrilled with your JILZARAH order from start to finish and if you’re not happy, we’re not happy. We are thoroughly confident in the quality of our jewelry and we are delighted to demonstrate that confidence to all JILZARAH customers by offering a hassle-free return and repair policy.
Prior to returning any merchandise to JILZARAH, please obtain an RMA number* by either:

• E-mailing customerservice@jilzarah.com
WE WILL PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS for sending your item back to us. We’ll repair it right away and even pay return shipping!
WE PAY RETURN SHIPPING within the contiguous U.S. Once you have contacted us to obtain an RMA number for any of the return reasons listed, we will be happy to e-mail you a prepaid electronic return shipping label that you may print.
