By signing up for a wholesale account, you agree to abide by our MAP policy and wholesale agreement.

Minimum Order
We have a $450 minimum opening order, and a $150 minimum reorder.
MAP Policy
Havilah & Co.reserves the right to refuse shipments to retailers who have sold, or sell, our product below suggested MSRP.
Third-party Resellers
Unauthorized resale on Amazon and other similar channels is monitored and Havilah & Co.reserves the right to hold/cancel any order suspected of violation.
Shipping
Havilah & Co. partners with USPS, UPS and FedEx to make sure your products arrive safely. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders $1,000+. Other wise, we charge shipping, not to exceed 10% of order value.
Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We do not offer credit terms at this time.
Returns & C laims
Returns that are not defective will be charged a 20% restocking fee and freight charges will be borne by the purchaser. Merchandise must be returned new. Returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt of goods and must be preauthorized by a Havilah & Co. representative. Damaged or defective products must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
