snap and scan Customers are able to interact with the displayed items due to IBeacon technology. The feature,which can be used via the COS mobile app enables each display case to send a signal with relevant information to each item displayed.

It is an interactive way for customers to pre-order the garments as well as find out information regarding price, artist feature videos talking about the collection and care details.

photo booth Customers can take photos in the COS Touch photo booth.. The photo booth also encourages users to share their photos on social media, using a 10% off voucher for the regular COS collection. If a user shares their photo on social media, the voucher will be prited along with the photo.

Ambiance The Pop-up stores are intended to be trendy, interactive spaces resembling a minimalistic art gallery.

Several elements of a modern art gallery have been adopted,such as white walls and display cases, for a simple, clean and edgy look.

Gallery 1 and Gallery 2 will play trendy slightly upbeat music ,similar to the playlists in the COS stores. The music will be at a medium volume so it is loud enough to create a hip atmosphere but also allow conversation.

The Lounge area will play the TV sounds, such as the artist videos and catwalk replay. so customers can watch them whilst relaxing in the lounge area as well as to get outfit inspiration whilst using the Virtual Fitting Rooms.
