In a world where a “new norm” has been forced upon us all, trade shows in their traditional form have had to make a radical shift towards the digital space. DENFAIR 2.0 virtual design event is the evolution of DENFAIR and is leading the way into the future.

The outbreak of COVID 19 in the past few months has changed the world and made the future somehow unknown and uncertain for us all. As a necessity to stay connected, the virtual age has had its breakthrough in many industries including the A&D. In 2020, DENFAIR is propelling you into a world class digital design experience stepping around the uncertainty of what a physical event could be like if one was possible. “The world has changed and so have we” has become our mantra and a new burst of energy with a feeling that we can once again create an inspiring experience in a new world and promote the talent of designers and their work beyond physical reach. DENFAIR’S new interactive and immersive digital experience showcase new design collections from 40 curated Australian and International brands using 3D virtual experiences, interactive video content, instant connection video calls and live chats. A series of exclusive designer interviews and keynote speakers masterclasses will enhance the overall experience for all visitors.

We take enormous pride in our Australian made collections. We’re still excited by the design process, which is often a close collaboration between the Gordon family, staff and our clients. We are one of Australia’s last large scale potteries and have been manufacturing high fired stoneware for over 25 years. Our equipment is a mix of traditional and modern tools. New shapes are developed on the thrower’s wheel or slab roller. From there, production techniques include slip casting, and other presses and machines. Unused clay from production is recycled and made into slip or milled. Each piece passes through the hands of skilled crafts people, some of whom have been with us for over 25 years. Our principles of timeless design along with an emphasis on quality, ensure that your purchase will last a lifetime. We design and develop all glazes on site. Owning our own stains and materials allows us flexibility of design. Each piece of pottery is glazed by hand, allowing for slight variations and idiosyncrasies that make our potterytruly unique.
