Whether a client comes for five or 50 different service offerings, the Client Journey Navigator will be present and available, to answer questions and help support clients in their journey with the Center. Client Journey Navigators have varied check-ins with clients, depending on the level of client need and the preference of the client, as they access services across time at the Center.

The Client Journey Navigation team is meant to directly assist clients along the way, serving as the “insider” into all the Dempsey Center can offer.
Client Journey Navigators are clinically trained staff, holding licensure and education, with specific oncology training and education, so they are informed and aware of situations clients are most-likely facing.

Orienting newcomers (person with the diagnosis, family members and friends) to Dempsey Center programming and physical spaces.
Identifying Dempsey Center programming that is the best fit for the unique needs of every client and then assisting with scheduling and registration.

Assistance with getting clients started with Youth and Family Services
